Long back say 2011 after shifting to Kalyan first time I visited Meera Hospital to see Dr. Gautam Ganavir as suggested one of my doctor friends. Initially I was happy with the way Dr. Ganavir handled the case of my wife. Latter slowly I got impatient due to following reasons: 1. Despite taking appointment you don't know when your number will come. For appointment at 5 pm reaching hospital by 4.30 pm and number came at 10.30 pm. And it happened during every visit. All because doctor Ganavir frequently left the OPD to attend emergency patients admitted in his hospital. 2. All the enquiry to pateint is done by his junior doctors and all complaints, observations, checking of test report resuls etc are entered in the prescription by them. Dr. Ganavir will only check physically and ask few questions and advised his junior to prescribe medicine. 3. You can not approach Dr. Ganavir directly even in emergency. You have to talk to hospital and obviously they will ask you to bring the patient to the hospital. As usual on arrival patient will be admitted & put on saline. One or two junior doctors will visit but you don't know when Dr. Ganavir will visit or check your patient. For which doctor you are visiting this hospital it is difficult to see that particular doctor when needed. They will keep the patent admitted and making the bill huge. Ultimately patient will be discharged without giving any information about the reason for discomfort and what precautions to be taken. So I left that hospital as well as Dr. Ganavir. Incidentally on 2nd October, 2019 evening I had to visit that hospital again due to some emergency of the same patient. While drinking water my wife's denture accidentally slipped into her food pipe and stuck up in the throat. After talking to several hospitals finally Meera Hospital agreed to attend the case. So I took her to Meera Hospital at around 6pm. She was left in the emergency room till 10pm. Except taking an x-ray they didn't do anything except wait for the ENT surgeon. The ENT surgeon finally came at around 10.30pm and first thing he did is to frighten me and my children. He said, she has to be made unconscious to get the denture out from her throat as it is not possible to carry out this work under local anesthesia. And there is a life risk for the patient as she was suffering from sleep apnea. She may not get her conscious back. For that we had to sign on certain bond paper. And you will be surprised to know that within 5 minutes the doctor came back with the denture and told us that he could get the denture back using only half a dose of anesthesia. So pateint was not fully unconscious. She could respond to our question. I realised that these people not only think of us fools but they make us fool also by taking advantage of our emergence situations. And very next day I was handed over a more surprising bill of Rs. 36000/-.

Admin/Reception Staff is not cooperative. They give instructions as like they are the Doctor itself. My daughter's k wire surgery on finger was done on 15.03.2020 in Meera hospital by Dr Parag Telavane. Hospital staff is not giving the contact number of Dr Parag Telavane, though several requests were made. Today, I have contacted on hospital number and had word with Mr Aniket on reception. I hv given him the brief of events happened, surgery done and oral advice given by doctor. I am having doubt whether dressing is to be done on every alternate day from today or after first follow up with Dr Parag Telavane. So I had asked the same to the staff and requested him to get it confirm from Dr Telavane, since I cannot directly contact dr Telavane due to non-sharing of his personal number by Hospital. Towards this, staff told me to do the dressing on alternate day as he is doctor... On my objection on this behavior of staff, he told everything was written on discharge card. Come and meet doctor in OPD. I said, sir since it was not written on discharge card and I stay in Titwala, I called u to get it confirmed from Doctor. Doctor has orally told us to do dressing on every alternate day, but it is to be done post first follow up or otherwise was not clear. Whatever told by doctor was not written anywhere on discharge card, due to which I contacted staff to get it confirmed from Dr Parag Telavane. However, staff is giving irrelevant answers of their own imagination which is shocking. Further, on Mediclaim reimbursement form given by me to fill part of hospital, they (staff)f the same in small letters though clear instructions were given on form.

OVERVIEW MEERA NX "WORST" HOSPITAL- Dear All, This is Worst Covid Hospital in Ulhasnagar area so I suggest everyone not to take any admission here, the entire staff is useless and non co-operative, they are not responding patient's bell or call, Sisters are also not prompt in services and most interesting thing patient's relatives can easily enter in Wards, ICU and they can rome anywhere easily in Hospital. They even do not restrict anyone to reach at Patient's bed, There is no Santizers bottles kept for anyone except one at Entrance counter. There are less number of Staff available in Hospital too which are also not interested to serve our patients. These entire staff are not trained properly in service industry and staff are very rude with Patients and relatives too. Only infra does not attract anyone however service and treatment on time matters a lot. Assistant Dr. like Milind also hopeless and they completely depend on Dr. Gautam Ganvir's decision and you can not directly talk or approach to him except when there is a evening round o(in a day) It's really pathetic Hospital which I never ever experienced in Pvt. Hospital category. Manager - Mr. Sangharsh & Dr. Gautam Ganvir not co-operative at all. Do not bring ur patient/s for his/her Covid treatment or any other treatment. Trust me. I request Indian Health department's officer / Shri. Rajesh Tope Sir to visit this Hospital at the earliest & take strict action against them. These Drs. and staff are playing with patient's emotions which is not at all appreciated!

Dr. Anita Matthew and her whole staff especially Laxmi mam too were so humble and so knowledgeable bcoz of them my wife's complicated pregnancy went smooth and she helped us in all means and making us understand every aspects of treatment she would be switching too and delivered our baby so well. I really bless the whole team for their tremendous and positive response towards the patients and it's well being. I really owe them a lot and Thanks will be a small word for all of them to describe. She tried hard to deliver the baby normally first but it was due to complications in our case.... I had to decide and suggest for C section. Note: The front desk at OPD are really a bit rude and have no idea what they are doing and when they need to do what with emergency patients and their families. All busy in phones and chit chatting with each other and not even attending the clients request and listening to what they have to say. NEED TO IMPROVE AND REALLY MAKE SURE THAT THEY DO UNDERSTAND EMERGENCIES AND PATIENTS ISSUES UPFRONT AND DIRECT ACCORDINGLY. Doctor 10/10 Nursing 10/10 Cleaning staff 10/10 Insurance staff especially Rahul 10/10 Front desk: 1/10 Just recommend this hospital for Dr. Anita Matthew and her Staffs as they are just amazing and best people to search for treatment if you really looking for hospitals for treatments with a good doctor. Wishing them the pinnacle of success in future.

Requesting parents not to visit such hospital and to Dr. if you really care about your kid. Visited to Dr. Pravin Bohra to examine my 18 months old baby who was having earlier mild fever & cough. But dr. not examine thoroughly just gave medicines and said will recover. Yesterday i.e 15th Nov 2021 my baby health severed still the Dr. without examine just changed medicines and said i think he is suffering from FLU. Seriously without examine properly just said and above all the nursing staff over there too much. As Dr. Pravin Bohra wrote an injection to give my 18 months old to reduce cough and for that on 2nd floor nursing staff treated worse, i complained to admin Dr. Rehnuman who was not available at that moment in hospital. After trying to connect on his mobile which he disconnected after calling 3 times. He called back around 20 minutes later and when i shared the nursing staff experience he said he will call back in an hour but he didn't. Dr. Dipika Ganvir & Dr. Gautam Ganvir kindly see your Doctor's are not giving proper treatments only wants patients to be il and visit multiple times if for so you have open hospital to earn money and play people's life. At least spare small children.

We don’t always get the chance to say thanks to those who impact us. Taking a few minutes to write a kind, genuine thank you note is a fantastic way to honor those who dedicate their lives to others. These hard workers don’t always get the notice they deserve. They offer sympathy messages when we need them most. They’re at our loved one’s bedside in the middle of the night. They do it all and expect nothing in the world. Caregivers, doctors, and hospital staff all work hard to make others comfortable. When those we love are nearing the end of their lives, it is these people who make all the difference. Thank you so much for the difference you make in the lives of your patients! Your kindness, sincere caring, and concern make everything better and are a great encouragement.” “Thank you so very much for taking care of my dad and being so skilled at what you do. Every day of my life I will be thankful to you and your team

  • Sumedh Alshi

This my personal experience with Dr. Gautam Ganvir. Don't visit if you want to save patient(health) along with time, money and energy. Trust me. I'll tell you why:- 1. OPD appointment process is pathetic. 2. Doctor comes like a king keeping patients & relatives in waiting state. 3. 3 patients at a time are invited inside OPD room, worst. 4. Doctor hardly listens to you. He assumes that you're illiterate. 5. Doctor doesn't answer your questions and gets annoyed when asked questions twice/thrice 6. My personal experience is there were mistakes on case papers. They don't even look at their mistakes and don't think of correcting them. 7. You might end up landing with wrong medicines. It's very unfortunate to say, but worst doctor I have seen in Kalyan. Trust me guys, don't visit them

  • Rakesh Ringe (Travel Tales)

We have lot of experience about this hospital. So definitely I personally recommend for treatment. I was admitted when my Hb is 6.5. they started investigation as early as possible. Finally from emergency ward they allot me room for further treatment. Dr. Ganveer experience in his field. Such a polite doctor and person who motivate patient that he will be discharge as a good health. Giving four star because of lot of things wanted to say. Staff is good in their work but some staff fullish patient relative for money expressing false story. Referal to specialist doctors charges comparatively more. Last one is to tie up with all insurance company so that people will get cash less benefits. Else this is the best private hospital in Kalyan.

Worst hospital ever.. If you are thinking to visit this hospital please do not!! Docs are very talented to make patient condition from good to worst and even take life... My Mother was admitted in this hospital she was all okay when we admitted but they could not find cause of pain to my mother.. And took her life..doctors are not skilled and very arrogant.. that Dr.Ganvir do not have visiting hours..he comes for round at 1 am or 2am what we wharever time he feels..Please do not visit this hospital. Also this hospital facility is not good. If any minus stars are available for rating I would be the first person to give negative rating.

This is the best hospital in entire Kalyan. My case was with Dr. Anita Mathiev when I was pregnant. Now it has been three months since I got delivery, now both me and my baby are fine. During pregnancy, my BP, sugar had also increased, calcium was low, there was a lack of blood, protein was the least, so there was only a little critical case but Dr. Anita Mam did everything right, all the problems were really done in Mira Hospital Dr. Anita Mathiev and the entire staff there is very good, taking care of the patient. Thanks to all and all the very best to all of you that's why you are doing good work.

  • Vishakha Manohar

Please humble request do not visit this hospital..doctors are not skilled and very aroggent..My aunty was admitted in this hospital she was having minor stomach ache .. They weren't able to find my mom's vein for Intra vein to insert so they decided to go for Centre line .. This doctors are so under skilled that they tried 4 to 5 times for centre line near neck but failed..then near thigh they inserted that to they took 3 trials..because of which she became unconscious and she was put on ventilator and even that ventilator wasn't properly inserted .. They took my aunt's life. Please do not visit this hospital

  • Manish

There is no cleanliness and punctuality at all in this hospital. We had appointment at 4pm but Staff kept me waiting for 3 hours and even then i had to raise complain multiple time then they let us know. They were prioritising people they personally know. Dont go here as first priority. Hospital mein saaf safai bilkul bhi nahi hai aur diye hue time patient ko attend nahi karte. Mera 4 baje appointment tha aur inka staff pehchan k logo ko chhod ke muze 3 ghante tak wait karaya. Complaint raise karne Tak unhone same chij Kiya nhi toh aise hi ghanto tak wait karate rehte. Kisi better hospital mein jaiye.

It is the very worst Hospital ever seen Doctors are useless they dont have any courtesy for patient and the whole staff is very rude they dont even treat the patient like human beings for everything money is important for them not the life of patients. So guys its a humble request to all please dont go to that hospital to waste your money or your life and dont even refer this hospital to anybody. If anybody wants to loose their life and money then they can definitely go there for treatment.... Re posted 2nd time

Meera hospital is good. DOCTORS are experience but the reception staff don't know how to handle the patients and send them to doctor in a proper number as per the appointment. If they don't want to send patients as per the appointment order then why to go with appointment formality. Patients visit doctor with the problems only that too after taking out time but these staff have no respect for the same. When I complain at the reception counter then she started sending patients as per the appointment order.

I lost my family member as most doctors are trainee I don't even want to give this 1 start. If you have any symptoms which can relate to lungs(even 0.1%) they immediately take patient to ventilator.( actually many hospital do this) but here they attitude towards you and patient is pathetic. If you already addmited check your patients health with family doctor. If you raise voice to check patients health tomorrow they will declare Dead! Be aware of this trainee hospital SCAM!

  • DHANESH THAKKAR

They are only behind no value for time.. doctor had given decession at 8:30pm to RMO that patient need to be shifted to different hospital but RMO didn't even bothered to pass on the message to us and at 1:00am in the night he came and told us that we have to shift the paitient. At that time he told sir had given this reply at 8:30. Dr. Nanjappa reffered us to Meera Hospital though he knew that the treatment cannot happen there then too they admitted the patient..

  • RK

When it was Dr. Acharyas hospital long back service was good. But meera hospital service is pathethic for opd. Mens sitting at reception have no clear idea of the doctors there. Just sitting and warming the benches busy in their mobiles. On enquiring they take their own time to call some on and find out which doctor is available. Other department also similar service. All staff busy in themselves like state bank and keep asking patients to go here there.

  • kiran kharade

  • Ashish Kale

I would give them 4 star. Although the infrastructure is bit old, however the staff is we'll trained and cooperative. Doctors give a clear visibility on the treatment and there is no hide and seek. The only cons I have observed is this hospital falls outside network of most of the mediclaim companies.
