~20 Second delay on parking meter keypad response... waking device, then at language screen, combined with incorrect keypad input (misconfig keyboard layout) and results in wrong information. ANY BUTTON PRESS INCLUDING BACKSPACE results in same delay + wrong input. "Backspace" input a number instead of removing a character! Reproduceable issues (10th time finally gave up)... I am able-bodied, willing, and available/searching for work! Just contact me. I can relieve your most irritating technical troubles quickly and pay great attention to detail. :)

Then there attendant took, was not given took, his ticket from him so now he doesn't even have a receipt for proof that he paid. DO NOT PARK HERE! CROOKS!

Daily rate does not cover the entire day! Out of state company (Colorado). Be aware that they hate Houston and will screw you given the opportunity. Park in any other lot! I paid for a daily rate and there was no way to really get the whole day. Ran an hour late and they gave me a $75 ticket with a threat of a collection agency. Appeals don't work.

Had a medical emergency and parked in the lot for 15 minutes. The attendant was writing the ticket as I was getting into my car and proceeded to stand behind my car to keep me from leaving. I begged and pleaded to not get a ticket. Not only was he rude, he was racist as well. DO NOT PARK HERE.

Easy to get too, close to hotels, Toyota center and Minute maid park. I paid $25, plus $3 nservice fee to talk for 12hrs (Rockets game). Scan the QR code, follow instructions. Only negative thing I will say is the parking lines need to be re-painted, it is difficult to see.

I got a parking notice because there wasn't the receipt on the dash of the car. And then I submitted a appeal (with images showing that I paid for the parking spot), and they returned very late and didn't dismiss the ticket. The penalty was 75$. Don't park here!

It's a $7 lot, but if you are a minute over your time you get a $75 ticket from Parking Revenue Recovery Services. This company also charges a online transaction fee on top of the "ticket". I will not park there ever again and would caution you not to either.

My friend got a ticket from this parking lot. she tried to call the number on ticket and they had her in hold for 30 or 40 minutes with no answer. I called and the person on the phone was very rude. he did not wanted to tell me his name. worst service ever.
