I just bought a new bike from Moab East Nashville and had a fantastic experience. Top to bottom these guys were so knowledgeable! They were able to educate me without making me feel inferior and they guided me to the best bike and setup for me and my skill level. Xavier and Jake were really great to work with and got the bike to be a perfect fit for me. I’m so grateful we have such a great bike shop right here in the neighborhood. Looking forward to coming back over and over! I also want to say that my experience was that everyone was very deliberate about wearing a mask and keeping the appropriate distance. I felt very safe in the store every time I visited.

These guys were outstanding. I had a flat (back tire) and needed a tune up. AND I wanted my bike back quickly- I ride a lot. They walked me through all the options- wait 5 days, pay an extra $30 to get it back sooner and a third option (which I forget). But in offering the various options the description wasn't taxing. It was quick and to the point. Then they got my bike fixed the same day!!! And were incredibly polite. I don't know who those masked men were, but they have my future bike business and I highly recommend MOAB!!!

The day of a big Boy Scout bike ride and we found that we were missing part of our front tire quick release. We showed up desperate for a part they didn’t have in stock yet (we were there just ahead of their official opening). The girl working 8/24/19 searched for the pieces we were missing and gave us the springs and screw for free. She saved the day. Thanks for the amazing customer service.

As others have said they are super friendly people who provide great service. I went to a shop on Shelby down the road, and they charged me $50 to adjust my brake cables. MOAB replaced my brakes for $50 out the door. They also were able to service my bike the same day (completed it in ~3 hours). Very e-bike friendly, as well. Top-notch stuff.

Both Evan and Xavier were SUPER helpful in helping me select a bike and getting it setup. I had an annoying amount of newbie questions and they patiently answered each one. They know their stuff and they’re nice about it. I’ve had bikes serviced here as well. The price is reasonable and the bike is always great when I get it back.

Awsome place pro riders hiding from the paperartzi thats wht it looked like to me. hooked me up with a very hard to find thing. TIME .. Valuable time. They stopped took the time to get me. Wht i needed im building a bike and will get every part i need from this shop and maybe get thier autographs u guys aint fooling no one

These guys were awesome. I was on a cross country solo 2 month bike trip and my rear wheel was loosing spokes, and I needed an upgrade due to all the weight I was carrying. They called, found and retrieved from another store an awesome wheel that was exactly what I needed. So grateful!

Everyone is really kind, but beware. No one is wearing a mask. Everyone is talking way too close for social distancing. I was very uncomfortable there. I was surprised at how close the young salesmen kept trying to get to me even after I was clearly backing up with every step he took.

I'm sure everyone at this bike shop is wonderful but Jake (Jacob) is exceptional and his demeanor is warm and welcoming. Though at the time I didn't understand, he saved me $$$$ in the long run. My bike rides like a magic carpet. Well done, well done.

I completely replaced my bike parts. When I had an issue and brought my bike in, I was told "it's fine". I have been a cyclist for over 10 years. If you only ride your bike a little, probably ok. If you're a true cyclist, pick a different shop.

I was trying to change my bike pedals and just could not get them off. Called the shop and they were happy to take a look. Got the pedals off within minutes and didn't charge me a cent. Super friendly staff and would definitely come back here!

Great shop, the guys working were awesome and very helpful. Helped me pick up some brake cables,grips, and a rear wheel for my sons bmx bike. Prices were very reasonable too. Thank you guys
