I went to this nail salon on Aug 23 at around 6pm for a regular manicure. The owner decided a new guy (clearly still in training) would do my manicure. Right off the bat he shaped my nails so horribly they were in literal triangles. I told the owner twice about my concerns but she insisted he will fix it(he did not). My cuticles were not cleaned properly, as seen in the picture. Each coat of polish was so thick and blotchy it didn’t even dry after hours of it on. None of the workers came to check on the guys work even though he was in training. I couldn’t even say anything because the owner wouldn’t listen to me. By the time I was done the place had closed so I didn’t bother talking about my experience. The next day I went back to tell the owner my experience and she looked at these pictures and said it’s “not even that bad” and that she wouldn’t do anything about it. After much discussion she gave me a half refund because apparently it’s their policy they can’t refund you fully (mind you this policy isn’t mentioned anywhere). I had such a horrible experience here and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely terrible service.

As for the previous review I was in the chair getting my nails done this was my first time here and they asked Jessica if she would like to have a seat while they finish. It was super busy yes as it new years time frames can be delayed. For your comment saying they took the person before you. Well yes she had an apt at 11 as well and got there before you! Your ignorance to these employees while they were working was just wrong while they were working very hard and while there were children in the store as well getting done and you were cursing at them all. My review I absolute love my nails and the gentleman who did them was so gentle and friendly and super polite I felt this with all of the staff. I usually don’t put bad reviews on most of the places cause I believe everyone deserve a second chance especially cause this is my place to go for my nails and they got that chance & they screw it the last 2 times I’ve been here wasn’t happy with the service especially last visit they were rushing doing my nails and didn’t clean it properly and exactly my nails didn’t even last a week on the fifth day nails start coming out and falling usually powder gel last for me over 3 weeks and go for filling and still strong but this time as well as they did a huge cut on my toe and didn’t stop bleeding and end up with an infection and couldn’t put a shoe on for a few days and instead of making ip for their mistake to not charge me they said sorry and only took $10 off only I won’t be back there again

Wow! I havnt gotten my nails done in years and came in because of the amazing reviews! If you’re looking for somewhere to get your nails done, definitely try them out! They did not disappoint! The service was quick, efficient and I felt really heard and understood when it came to how I wanted my nails done. The technician took their time to ensure the shape and tips were done perfectly. The design matched the reference photo to a T and the price was unbeatable. Literally such precise work and the best price I have ever paid. I’m just so glad I came in! Thank you!! Let me just start by saying how amazing this salon is!!!! I’ve been getting my nails done for YEARS, my nails are real and I take pride in them so finding an amazing nail tech that listens to your particular requests is a must. Over the years I’ve tried many nail salons and found that they would do a great job the first couple of times you went and then once you became a regular the service would slowly start to become sloppy. That is not the case here!!! Anna and her team at Moi nails are all very attentive, polite and personable!!! This is now my goto salon! Give them a try you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve never been to a nail salon like this one. i have very short nails because of a nail biting habit. Every salon i’ve been to has made rude comments towards me and i always felt so awkward and uncomfortable. When i came to see Anna at M.O.I, i was so incredibly shocked at the kindness she showed me. She did not judge me for my short nails instead she told me no one was perfect. She took her time and she did my nails exactly how i wanted them. I will forever come here now and i’m so grateful to have found a nail salon like this one.

I am very particular about sterilized and clean equipment. Ann, Kevin and Anna are awesome.-very friendly, efficient and professional. I tried other salons, but Moi is definitely the best. I have been getting my nails done for 10+ years and have been to many different salons, I was recommended by a friend to go to Moi and see Anna, she is by far the best!!! I got a gel set and they look absolutely beautiful. They look very natural and she shape is perfect. 10/10 recommend and I will not go anywhere else now!
