I was not delighted by the shopping experience...I wanted to try on 8 clothes in the dressing room but I was told company policy only allows 6 clothing items at a time. Hence I had to try on the 6 items, then dress up again, return the 6 Items in order to be allowed to pick the other 2 items and try them on. I complained but I was told that this is a company policy. Well this is a lousy racist policy in that it treats us customers, who are predominantly black, suspiciously and out to steal clothes. Reminds me of Apartheid. Neighboring clothing stores like vivo, Woolworth, trueworth do not have this lousy policy.

Horrible customer service at the cashier counter at the MR price at the junction mall. Had the worst experience after shopping and trying out staff for an hour after which I queued for over 10min as they watch only to get to the counter and that's when they decide to "direct" me to the "main queue". I asked why no one is directing people and explained that its not my fault plus I had a hungry child with me. Instead of getting a solution they were rude and I left everything. Needless to say, I'm never visiting your establishment again

Quality of outfits has really changed over the years.. now they offer very cheap poor quality outfits. Nothing classy nor anything that will last you years. I wouldn't recommend. Take a walk to woolworths next door and shop for some good iconic and quality fits.

mrp as it is known nowadays, never disappoints. They have the variety, reasonably priced items and deals galore. As a father of 2 growing girls mrp Junction is a regular destination for this or that item. The place is spacious and well stocked + friendly staff.

I visited this shop last week and It was so unfortunate to notice that there were nearly no 1-10 years old baby boy clothes, compared to girls' shelves. Mr Price was renowned to be fairly considerate of balancing the gender but this time, it failed us.

Amazing shop with Unique home decor and accessories. The prices are fair considering the quality they offer. If you are looking for cheap this not the place for you. If you are looking for class and value for Money, this is right up your alley

I went to look at household items and was looking at some cups when the lady attendants behind me said in Swahili to each other “ona huyu mfuate….” Implying I would steal something. I said loudly I was leaving. I will never shop here again.

It is the most fantastic place i have been to.It is neither too expensive nor cheap enough.I love the fact that this store understands what the day today generation wants.I will forever shop at this store even when i'm 80

They were just receiving stocks when i got there so got all the best stuff first. Super helpful team. To top it off eco friendly by emailing my receipts instead of a long print out. Fab!!

The store has lost its quality in their customer service, variety of clothes they have and arrangement of their store and now looks like an expensive gikomba ndogo. It ain't what it was.
