I had booked an Ertiga and I was told it is a new car with only few 1000 kms driven on it and just a few days old. Instead I got a cab that was driven more than 1 lakh kms. Secondly, I was told it will be driven on petrol but when it came it was on CNG. That had been not an issue, but CNG stations are limited outside of Jaipur and the driver created lot of trouble around refueling. Also, they said they have their own cabs but in my case, they just acted as a broker and sent someone else's cab. All in all, they overpromise a lot and tell lies to sell their service, but they under-deliver. I would not take their service again.
