It's an okay place to go for an emergency laundry situation. The washing machine I used was $7 to run a load, $11 for the bigger machines, and 25c for every 4 minutes in the dryer, I chose to do self serve, costs about $9 all together. They only let me use one machine which is understandable w how steady it was on a Saturday but not very convenient if youre in a hurry. The employees seem to hover over clients quite a bit but they also seem pretty busy doing the in house services that they offer; wash, dry, fold and bag for an extra fee. I also witnessed an employee help an elderly woman w her laundry without charging her extra. They have a few folding stations and a washroom. The washroom didn't have soap or anything to dry your hands w, I mentioned it and the situation didn't change for my stay, and I dropped a star for that reason. Otherwise not terrible. Edit: came in and had a different guy I've never seen before servicing and he insisted on charging $12 to my card before id even finished my laundry and gave me $3 back in change, then was annoyed when I came back to flip my load to the dryer and he said the $3 he gave me was for the dryer. When I asked he said the prices hadn't increased which doesnt line up w prices Ive paid previously. Not sure what that was about but dropped another star for that reason. The washrooms also seem permanently closed at this point as there's been a note on the door since I made my last post, which is very inconvenient as there is a minimum 1 hour stay to get your laundry all done and no washroom access anywhere in the same parking lot.

TL;DR: Safe, secure, helpful, extremely clean machines. First time using a laundromat (house vent broke, freezing pipes). The attendant was present 100% of the time and in view of all the machines and tables at all times. I felt comfortable leaving the laundromat to look at nearby stores. Other patrons were respectful, one spoke to me about computer chips and video games. But despite this I felt safe and comfortable, especially with the staff so present and aware of the timing of cycles. She was extremely helpful to customers, myself included. She readily provided coin change and suggestions on settings of the machines to help get all my washing done in several machines over the time of one wash cycle and with items spread over additional dryers, the dry cycles we're much much faster than I ever get at home (35min). She came to help me transfer loads to dryers, and suggested reasonable times to both wash and dry, that were frugal, and not a cash grab, (I.e I had to add coins to two dryers, so she wasn't trying to get extra money from me for no reason) overall prices were also quite cheap. For several loads the washes cost $10, and the drying only cost $4.25. When emptying the washers I noticed that despite their old outsides the insides looked brand new and outstandingly clean. Should anyone need a coin laundromat in a pinch I suggest coming here even if you're far away!

2.5 stars and just okay in every sense. It is small but seems to have a decent amount of working machines and was clean enough. I didn't see a bathroom or a sink for customer use. There is only one horizontal space for folding clothes and no rolling laundry carts in sight. If you just need to do laundry with no special circumstances, I'm sure this place is fine. A positive thing is that this laundromat only had one customer on a Saturday afternoon. It might be because the male attendant (owner?) is really overbearing. They have an extremely strict policy of not allowing customers to use the dryer only. While I completely understand not wanting people to dry filthy or germ ridden items in the machines, I think they could use a little more discretion. I took my assuredly clean (2 items were brand new) business casual attire elsewhere for a quick fluff; something I have done at many laundromats over the years without issue.

Really poor management and customer service. We had sleeping bags that were we from the rain and we came here to dry them since we're still camping. One of the staff raced over and asked if we needed to use the dryer. We agreed. He asked if they were wet. We agreed. He immediately said, "No, no, no! you can't dry them here!" He kept saying no and being really rude about it. Had he just explained we couldn't dry them without washing them first, it would've been fine. His tone and everything he said was a major put off. I don't understand why we couldn't have dried them there since drying kills germs and they were wet not dirty. Regardless, we probably would've washed them and then dried them had he actually been nice about it. Very inconsiderate. Definitely lost our business.

Easily accessible. Big parking lot. Lots to do around while waiting for your laundry. However strange rules. You cannot use the driers unless you use the wash first. As per the attendant. It is the owners rules. Wanted to throw some comforters in the drier while the covers were in the wash but was denied. Not allowed to put them in even with the covers from after the wash. Only allowed to put the clothes that was out of the washer into the drier. Didnt get the concept of using the drier on low for the comforter and washing the covers. Frustrating for using this place the first time.

Best place ever. There is a man there who is so kind and works SO SO hard. He does 10 loads of laundry in the amount of time it takes me to do 1 load. Each time I have gone I've been swamped with laundry and he's helped me catch It up so I didn't have to do it alone. He doesn't speak much English, our communications haven't been through a lot of talking, mainly through acts of kindness and compassion. I say go here... the machines themselves also work good, and I love the feel and smell of my clothes after getting them Cleaned here

The staff are not only always cleaning, they are helping who ever they can. With a honest and joyful soul behind each action. The values in doing so shine through out the establishment, The work ethic is amazing. The two who work in this laundry facilities have not lost their souls to this cold and dark world as they don't hold onto any bitterness, anti trust or lazyness. Such humble people it is truly a treat to do laundry there, such a warm welcome each and everytime. We need more souls like the two works here.

My husband took our two large king comforters in, and the price was very reasonable! At previous laundromats their largest machines could barely accommodate one of the king comforters. Here you could put both comforters in the largest machine! My husband had another errand to run nearby, and told the attendant he’d be stepping out, and the attendant was kind enough to put our comforters in the dryer so our load was done when he got back! We really appreciated that! Great machines, and helpful service! Thank you!!

As far as a laundromat goes I have to think this was a good one.The owner/manager couldn't be more helpful and polite.They have a five load washer which is great if your in a hurry plus several other multi load washers which are great if your in a hurry.They also have the option to drop off your laundry and they will do it for you for a very reasonable price.I was very pleasantly surprised when I returned for my laundry and it was all expertly washed and folded.Nothing but goid things to say about this place.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They have any kind of machines you could want. The establishment is clean and well maintained. My washing machine broke down and I had to use this laundromat for about a month and a half, until the part came in and my machine was able to be fixed. I was so grateful that there was a wonderful place like this for me to use. Sometimes I just brought a book to read, or other times I would go to the Looney Store which is a couple of doors down.

Very helpful and accommodating. Traveled from US and handled the exchange simply and suggested equipment for what we had to make it as cost effective as possible. We had to leave during the drying time and the guy there offered to bag it up and tag it for us when we could pick up for no extra cost. Many of the peopled there knew the guy by name. He remembered me when I came back and said to not worry about a tip but he deserved it cause it helped us out a lot. Top notch place!

It's been a long time since I needed to use a laundromat. I had 6 huge garbage bags of laundry...I know it's alot but our washing machine was broken and there is 6 of us plus dogs in our house hold. When I got here the gentleman helped me load my laundry in and was very professional, kind, and helpful. I am definitely coming back here next time I need to do laundry. Thank you! We are having a repair issue with our washer. Took 3 loads to McLeod Laundry. Thought I'd be doing this myself. The attendant asked me if I'd like to drop off and use thier wash and fold sevice. I went for. It was very reasonable. This allowed me to go back home and finish the yard work. I came back at the advised time and my laundry was ready, bagged up and folded. I was impressed. Will be back for sure! Thou

Absolutely amazing, we went there and he helped load everything into the washer. We had ended up leaving to run some errands and he threw it in the dryer for us. Once we left again, we came back to take it out of the dryer and it was all done & packaged up for us. We also had a 20$ bill that we didn’t know about and he taped it to the bag for us. I would recommend this laundromat hands down!!!

Wow! This place is awesome. I had to clean two king duvets for staging and one Queen. The gentleman working (I believe owner) offered to clean them for me and I could come back in a few hours for $70! They came out beautifully too. I will come here over and over simply for his kindness and recommend this business again and again. Thank you for running such an incredible place✅

The guys that work here ... my word are they fantastic! They will help you pick the right machine, make sure you don't overpay (use too many machines when one will do for example), help you load and unload if you need it, and are very kind overall. What would take us 3 hours or more at home takes us an hour to do and is less than $20 to wash and dry. This place is great.

I took my laundry here today after reading all the great reviews. I asked them to not dry my uniforms(scrubs) and took hangers for them to bed hung on. I got there and my 2 tops were hung but may pants just crushed in a bag with my sheets!!! Can't follow Simone instructions...and did not have enough time to fold 7 pieces of clothing. Debating if I should go back or not

Absolutely amazing staff and faculty. I had an emergency laundry crisis, and needed everything and organized and they sympathized with my situation, grabbed my clothes and within a couple of hours had all of my clothes clean as a whistle and folded neatly ready for pick up. I couldn't ask for better service. Absolutely outstanding work guys. I will definitely be back.

Amazing customer service by an attendant (owner?) who operates with a high degree of professionalism and integrity. Kind, helpful and friendly service - kindly moved our washed load to a dryer before we returned to do so. Bagged and ready when we returned which was not at all expected. Was such a positive experience it could not go unacknowledged!

Very pleased with my experience at this laundromat today! It was my first time there there and the man working helped me out and went above and beyond. I was running behind to pick up my queen size comforter and he folded, rolled, and put my comforter in a bag for me for pick up. I will definitely be making this my regular laundromat.

Exceptionally courteous and efficient service. The owner goes well beyond to make sure the items you bring in to launder are run through the best process. I brought in a monstrously huge, puffy king sized comforter, and he practically took care of the whole thing himself. Without being asked. Very reasonably priced, too.

Great service, very pleasant staff - I was helped straight away after looking a bit lost. There's a range of different machines to suit the load you're doing, for either $4/$5 per load. Quick and efficient machines, I walked out with clean and dry laundry within an hour. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place.

We always take our clothes to this guy he's always on time with pick up , clothes are folded so great , even fitted sheet folding is amazing , he once returned $80 cash to us that we left in our jeans , so HONEST!!!! Thanks for everything buddy!!! 5 star in our books !!

Visited today, Oct 16. Huge machines had about 10 loads of my laundry done in under 3 hours (would have been half that, I made 2 trips). The attendant was really helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back the next time I'm drowning in laundry.

I don't know if 7$ (5$ washing and 2$ drying) is a fair price for a standard load - it seems a bit pricy to me - but the machines work well, the place is clean and the staff is helpful. If you're in need while in Calgary, this is a safe bet.

Very nice place with tons of washers and dryers. The worker was very helpful and showed me how to use everything without even having to ask him, and he also asked if I needed change, etc and gave me change. I'll definitely go back soon!

Came here to wash all of my comforters and covers. Was able to complete everything in one wash and the able to use 3 driers to ensure that I was in and out within an hour and a half. These machines are amazing and so is the service!

The service was excellent; attentive, on time, and he went the extra mile helping me fold the bigger items. You can tell the staff are proud of the facility - it is always clean and orderly. Don't use if often but highly recommend!

My dryer unexpectedly quit. I arrived with 2 loads of wet laundry. I was welcomed by a very helpful and polite staff. He helped me quickly, while working hard to keep appliances in good condition and keeping the place clean.

The place is a scam! Don’t go there. I payed 10 dollars for a machine to wash two pillows with hot water and while I was gone he skip to the rinse cycle with cold water . This is now the second time he’s done it to me.

Friendly staff and I can wash all my work gear and lot of stores super close to get the things I need while and I wait I think it's great to support the small business in your area in these times instead of big chain's

Very helpful and curtious staff I would say rather expensive ...the machines aren't as efficient as they should be dryers kept on tripping the breaker, 8 bags of laundry cost my roommate 95 dollars

Owner is super helpful with our large load of bedding which took up multiple machines. He helped us get them started and would check the machines regularily to make sure they were drying properly

Second visit today. Be prepared for some waiting but excellent machines and good services. You may find it expensive $11 for your heavy duvet but you don’t want to risk your own machine, right?

Nice and clean with good customer service - they were attentive without being overbearing. Dryers run a little hotter than expected - almost fried my yoga pants on permanent press.
