Awesome store! Great customer service and really cute clothes for women and men. The men’s pants only go up to a 36 inch waist though. I usually like to get my husband a 38 because he has an athletic build but the pants actually worked well so no complaints there but any guy a size true 38 and up won’t find any pants there.

I love the clothes, but their name does not describe them. They look like they're made well, but I am yet to purchase a single thing from them that didn't shrink and become extremely distorted in the wash. All of the tops that I've gotten shrink and loose their shape on wash number 1. And yes, I washed on "hand-wash" cycle.

Unabashedly millennial and undeniably cool, Madewell is a must for urban cool girls looking for affordable, comfortable, and durable clothing as well as hard-working leather goods. I appreciate the extended size range they’ve rolled out in the last year, but I do wish that they carried more of these sizes in-store.

I've never been to Madewell before, so I went to this location to try on jeans. I've never had a better experience trying on jeans. They were so nice and so helpful! The store was extremely clean and well organized. The changing rooms were also extremely clean and nice. Great experience. I will be coming back!
