ITS A MUST! City Secreto team took me to 2 tours in Madrid. First tour introduced me to the city itself and its hidden beautiful and delicious parts. I got to see the main spots and understand the history. It was so much fun that I instantly booked their ART guided tour - with an unforgettable and stunning museum tour inside the Prado and Reina Sofia. It's a must - as they've built a very thoughtful story-line for the tour that helped me discover things I wouldn't know if without their guidance. ITS A MUST!

This was a super fun and entertaining tour of Madrid through the eyes of Casa de Papel! In this way, it was an interesting twist on the classic city tour. The tour was interactive too: with riddles to solve, my team and I became very competitive and determined to win! A special thanks to Uri for leading us and being such an awesome tour guide - you know so many interesting facts and anecdotes about this city and we have learnt so much from you! Thanks very much to Uri and his team!

Me and my boyfriend are living in Madrid for a couple of years and now because of the Covid we have more time to explore the city... we decided to take 2 free tours of city secreto company. one was a graffiti tour with Uri that was amazing and super interesting and the second was with Sharon about La casa de papel... i have no words to explain how much we enjoyed and how many new things we learned! don't miss it!!

I would highly recommend "Colon Tours" which do guided tours in Hebrew in Madrid and abroad. I would especially like to mention the guide Sharon who conveyed information in a very matter-of-fact and fun way. He has a lot of knowledge and is especially likable. We were on a tour of Madrid, a tour of Toledo that should not be missed and a tour of Segovia that was perfect !!! warmly recommended!!!!

Kevin was the most enthusiastic and outgoing guide we have ever met! Not only did he dive in depth of Money Heist scenery, he also showed us all of the buildings in Madrid with such amazing detail. He made our final day in Madrid our favourite of our trip here. We would recommend completely and go again 100%. Thank you to the Company and most importantly the incredible Kevin!

Kevin has extremely good communication skills being very fluent with the English language and is surprisingly good with Mandarin too. Apart from being well Informed and knowledgeable, he is truly passionate about his job. A very engaging tour guide with an outgoing personality and an extremely good sense of humour, he absolutely deserves more than just 5 stars!

Manuel was amazing. His knowledge and insights brought every painting we saw into a new perspective. He navigated both the Prado and the Reina Sofia very efficiently, showing us all the highlights and more in a relaxed manner. He was genial and receptive. We spent a very pleasant several hours with him. Highly recommended!

Always a great way to experience the city. Great guide, useful tips and interesting facts! Service here is always provided with a great quality but as it’s in high demand expect big groups and overall approach is less personal. The guide was talking fast so it might take an effort to keep up. Would still recommend it

Great tour! We are glad we joined the Classic Madrid tour! We got so much information we would have never gotten without the tour and our guide Uri was super nice and could answer all our questions. What a fun tour! Kevin is witty, very knowledgeable of the city, very engaging. He pointed out many things beyond just the Money Heist spots and shared his pride of the city. It was a great way for us to start our 4 days in Madrid. He ended the tour with some local restaurant tips that we will use.

We did the "Money Heist" tour and it was wonderful. Manuel, our guide, was very knowledgeable about the history of the sites and neighbouring buildings. We had great conversations, even on world history, and felt like we made new friends. Thank you Manuel. I highly recommend this tour
