Magic Auto did a great job a restoring my dusty, grimy, never detailed before black Honda Fit. She's shiny and looking fresh all thanks for Magic Auto. The prices here were the best I found in the city. While the location and process is a bit quirky (the place is inside of a Japantown Center garage, and communicating on the phone can be a bit touch), the team is so kind and thorough with their work! The owner was cracking jokes and seems like an all around personable and lovely person. I'll definitely be back here the next time I need a detailed cleaning. Oh also they only take cash or check so have that when you go to pick up your vehicle.

Ok....but I expected better. Got a Super Wax with a mediocre polish prep, which means the paint surface is not glassy smooth. As with so many things, God is in the prep - details. I am now two washes downstream of their Super Wax, and the imperfections in the prep work are even more apparent. On the other hand, they charged me about half as much as California Detailing, so I probably got what I paid for. My main beef is that I do a better job than they did.

Great job for the price! Make sure to check their service menu and know what you want. There is always a bit of left over wax or dust on some spots but you get what you pay for. The prices here can be a lot cheaper then some other places in SF depending on what size your car is. Steven and his team usually do their best and the location is nice since it gives you something to do while you wait for your car.

They missed a lot of spots, they put a major scratch on the front grill, they crack the inner clear coat of the driver side tail light and they apply wax on matte body moldings. Their service were exactly until these past 2 times. I already advice them what is going on but they still insist on doing things their own way and create additional damages to my car.

Steve and Bryan are the BEST. This place is amazing. My car had some scratches and they got them out so I didn't have to go to body shop. They conditioned my seats that were getting a little brown. I feel like I have a new car again! And only for 90$!! Usually this would have been a $300 job. Highly recommend!

This guy is beyond legit. He has 8 spot lights on the car from the ground, more than 12 over head and he hand carries another one to finish the detailing. He does his best to buff out any scratches and hard to clean spots. Highly recommended.

Hard to find the first time but they do an excellent job. I recommend scheduling a service ahead of time as I've been turned down.

Nice people but insanely expensive for the level of service offered. They also left some wax stains on.
