This branch is absolutely not friendly at al and not helpful but rather lazy staffs. I went there on 25th April to send a document overseas and get to hear that it will cost me Rm282 to send it overseas by using FedEx and it will take 1 week to reach the destination. When I asked the lady if she could check DHL instead, I get to hear that DHL is not sending overseas (very weird as a leading International Courier Servicen and the only courier service who sent overseas even during MCO according to the MBE branch in Publika) and I asked again the lady (as I thought I heard it wrongly) and the lady re-confirm again with me that DHL is not sending documents overseas but only Domestic Courier Services available. I left and checked online with DHL and indeed DHL do send documents overseas and it will cost RM242++ and it will take 3 days only. At last I went to PosLaju to send it away which cost me only Rm12 but will take 11 days (which I am fine with it as it is not urgent). MBE Ara Damansara, if you do not wish to continue with your business anymore, you might consider to close down this branch asap rather than hiring staffs who are either too lazy or they don't have much knowledges about courier services.

Saya ni seller shopee.. Bila guna shopee salu je shopee bagi poslaju. Pastu poslaju pun boleh tahan jugak laju dia sebab poslaju kan.. Banyak barang saya jual dalam shopee semua saya guna poslaju Dan drop off kat mbe dataran ara damansara ni.. Servis yang staff dia bagi pun the best.. Banyak barang shopee saya yang poslaju ambik semua sampai.. Kadang2 saya guna poslaju jugak untuk postage.. Sebab Tu saya suka pergi mbe dataran ara damansara ni.. Saya suka datang sini sebab tempa dia senang parking, pastu semua service ada.. Macam aramex, DHL, FedEx, Bagusssss sangat mbe dataran ara damansara ni..

I just noticed the tracking did not update yet.. supposed to be the tracking update to shipping "seller has drop parcel at Ninja Point"... but nothing to show up.. sms also dont have received.. I send 7 parcel Ninja Van at this MBE..but no one scan my parcel yet.. I send on 5/5/2020 until now (6/5/2020)no one scan the parcel... Updated : After calling MBE, they informed the barcode cannot be scan.. Thus, need to wait hub to scan.. Luckily, today all 7 parcels already updated =) - 07/05/2020-

My experience has generally been good with them, quick and easy service. However, I went to pick up my parcel on a Saturday (wasn't a public holiday or anything) and according to both their website and their GMaps info they are open until 3 pm. You can clearly see the time on my watch and all the locks on the their doors, definitely not open... doesn't even look like they closed any time soon

Used to collect shoppe self pick up parcels here. Staffs here are pretty smart and savvy, saves me alot of time while collecting parcels. While a lot of stuffs are stacked in the shop and looking messy, i believe the staff has managed it very well as they never had problem looking for my parcel however small my parcel is.

Don't come here to return parcels. They charge you RM0.80 just to print out the return parcel slips. Go to the nearby J&T they offer free return without any excessive charge. Also take note during Ramadhan month the workers are lazy and they close the shop at 5pm without updating the website or customers.

I love this MBE because they have three staff so things get done very fast and I don't have to wait. Parking also is very easy, ample space on road side. The staff will look out for the MBPJ people so no worries. I come here every week now. My only wish is that they one day start to open on Sundays.

This MBE DataranAra Damansara are really recommended. Because the staff especially the young lady (idk her name ) are very knowledgeable about the international shipment. They prommised me 3 working days but my parcel only take 1 day to reached in Singapore. Thank you. …

Dropped parcel in the morning . Next day only scan ? What a joke ! Delayed the scanning time and got a penalty from shopee and Lazada due to late shipment . Won’t recommend if you are requesting for direct scan / scan on the same day !
