Title: "A Night of Thrills and Entertainment at Main Event Fort Worth North" Review: Recently, I had the pleasure of experiencing an unforgettable night at Main Event in Fort Worth South. From the moment I walked in, the vibrant atmosphere set the stage for a fun-filled adventure. The variety of activities offered something for everyone in our group. The state-of-the-art arcade had a fantastic selection of games, catering to both classic and modern tastes. Whether competing for high scores or collecting tickets for prizes, the arcade provided hours of enjoyable competition and camaraderie. The bowling lanes were well-maintained, and the staff was both friendly and helpful. It's a great spot for both casual bowlers and those looking for a more competitive edge. The cosmic bowling added an extra layer of excitement, creating a dynamic and visually stunning experience. The dining options were diverse, and the food exceeded expectations. The menu offered a range of choices, from appetizers to full meals, ensuring there was something to satisfy every craving. The service was prompt, and the staff made sure we had everything we needed for a delightful evening. One highlight was the laser tag arena, providing an immersive and energetic adventure. The well-designed arena added an extra level of intensity to the game, making it a standout experience. Overall, Main Event Fort Worth North is a fantastic destination for a night out with friends or family. The combination of engaging activities, delicious food, and friendly staff makes it a top choice for those seeking a memorable and entertaining outing. I'll certainly be returning for more fun in the future!

Just play games here please do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else! Came here to celebrate my 30th birthday with my family with food and games. Firstly, upon arriving on a Friday night at 5:45pm, it was not crazy busy yet (was actually slow), however, we waited awhile to find and flag someone to seat us for dinner. Then they told us the family section is closed for the day and we can only eat at the bar dining section with our 3 kids (all under 3). The table we sat at was sticky and I had to ask someone to come wipe it after we had already been seated there. After our drink order was taken our waitress disappeared. We had to flag someone again to have her come back so we could order our dinner. Even that took awhile waiting for her to come. Then after we ordered and the food came the waitress did not bring us any napkins, utensils (we ordered Mac and cheese with 3 kids at the table needing to eat it), or extra plates. We once again had to flag someone else to go find our waitress to get these items for us. Finally once we were able to eat the bacon burger I got was so salty it was burning my tongue. I couldn't even finish 1/2 of it. The nachos we got as well were very poorly put together and I had to scrounge around for cheese. The margarita I ordered was watered down like it had been sitting there for awhile before serving to me. The food was so awful and disappointing. Not only that but the bill was $95. For terrible food and the worst service I've ever received. I was feeling positive and generous through this incident cause it was my birthday but this really affected my time at Main Event.

Bought a gift card to this place under the false statement that it could be used for food and drinks. Get to this location and I am served with a blank look and told this is not Dave and Busters. Food and drink was not available from my gift card. So I sat at the bar and bought an expensive beer. Was trying to enjoy it when an abrasive loud mouthed employee came over and was demanding the bartenders ear. She was complaining about customers and coworkers in a very loud offensive voice, very grating and annoying. I had to get up and find somewhere to go. Wanted nachos, but they had no chips. Breadsticks eventually came out cold. Place is very mismanaged. Manager nowhere around, until I see the gaggles of employees that wanna do nothing but congregate on their phones snap to and scatter, must be them(manager). That person was just walking around eating and hiding somewhere in the back themselves. It comes down from the top people. Corporate party dudes started gathering around bar trying to get served, but the one I suspected to be manager just came up instead of helping stole a redbull from the cooler and popped it as they walked off. Saw numerous groups of people, whether trying to get games or seated for dining, being ignored by staff off socializing with each other instead of manning stations. Actually there was more, but I'm exhausted.

I just had my daughter’s birthday yesterday 11/10 at this location..Lets start off by saying that this location is not organized at all. When we first got there, my bowling lanes were not ready(keep in mind they were the ones who scheduled me at certain times for certain activities). My party of less than 23(I payed for 23) had to wait 20-30mins, so all activities were pushed back. Well we finally got our lanes, my party host later comes and tells me what drinks did we need. I proceeded to tell him, which were 3 different one(Pepsi/Sprite/Diet Pepsi). He comes back and tells me he cant find enough pitchers because they had over booked themselves!! Like what!! Are you serious?! I dont care nor do I care for your mistakes, I payed for a party of almost $1000 and you mean to tell me you can’t get us enough drinks!!! Whatever, we had to wait, once again!! Food came out fine, but we constantly had to ask and ask for refills because of the lack of pitchers! Whatever, we played did our laser tag and our arcade. Keep in mind we were pushed back on everything because they over booked, not my fault!!! Well we were still kicked out on time according to our party times! Terrible place! I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE TO NO ONE AT ALL!

We came for my brother in law’s birthday to bowl, wait was 30min so we decided to play some games while we waited. Selection of games is small but still fun, bar was extremely slow it took almost 20minutes to get 2 shots and 2 beers, there wasn’t a long line either…I excused it cause it seemed like the bartender was training someone new that was having a hard time. The problem wasn’t until we finally got our bowling lane, I asked for service from a server many different times and the first woman I spoke to dismissed me and pointed to another worker and said “can’t you see she is taking someone’s order” and walked away, I decided to wait but every-time I tried to flag her down she would look down or away from me..eventually we decided to just bowl and try and enjoy our evening as much as we could but without service we left hungry and thirsty and couldn’t stay as long as we wanted since no one wanted to attend us…

The gravity course and games were fun, but the staff were complete jerks. After I ate the pizza I went and threw up in the bathroom, please eat something else. My last complaint is that the games take a lot of tokens to play and it is fairly expensive to refill the balance on your card.

Vegetarian options
Hard almost no vegetarian options that I could find on the kiosk or the menu
Dietary restrictions
If your lactose intolerant there are options such as chicken, otherwise there are no vegan options.
Kid-friendliness
It is an arcade, and the games are very good for kids, even teenagers.
Wheelchair accessibility
Definitely not wheelchair accessible anywhere except the table areas, very difficulty to navigate the aisle even when not in a wheel chair with a moderate amount of people in the building.

Went there for a friends 23rd birthday. Immediately after ordering one drink while bowling everyone was IDed twice, while everyone was well above 22, which was fine. But then we tried doing the rope course and were kicked out because the manager said our “she friend” fell for “no balance” … after that we tried playing laser tag and they stopped us mid game and kicked only our group out for “screaming” when everyone in the room was running around yelling…playing laser tag. We were all kicked out for no reason, they told us they had no reason for kicking us out. We asked several times why we were kicked out and there was no reason. Ended the night by trying to give us cards to come back…we will not be back. Racist and homophobic facility. We would love for you all to look at the cameras and see what we did wrong..

My kids love coming here because they play and play until they drop. Just be careful because it can get a bit expensive if your not paying attention. The games use a card you preload with money and then swipe at the game console. This is great in theory, but kids don’t understand the cost of the games… so before you know it, you’re having to reload the card. Laser tag, gravity ropes, and bowling are all great. It can just take some time if the place is crowded. When I have eaten there, the food has always been consistent and tasty. I generally stay toward the restaurant said and play billiards while the kids play as I don’t like how noisy it can get around the games. If you’re looking for a good spot to get out of the heat and enjoy some family time, this is a great spot.

We went here for a work event, they didn't bring any food out to set up for us to start eating until a few mins after the alloted time for eating. Then, started taking it away before that time was over. It was pizza and salad. 3 mins after our dining time had finished, they shooted/rushed us out of the room we were in. It didn't matter if some were finishing up. We were told to leave. They moved the semi-sweet tea and water containers out by the bowling lanes for us to use. The staff over by the laser tag was actually helpful and friendly. My vest and gun weren't working the greatest, so I dropped out of the game before it ended. I can honestly say they do a better job with a kids' birthday party than with a business social function.

I visited on a weekday afternoon with my grandchild, for his first-ever bowling experience. The front desk person was super friendly, welcoming, and made my little one feel extra special. She made conversation with him, asked for his input, and brought him little trinkets for added fun! I feel so bad that I don’t remember her name. The atmosphere was bright, energetic, and clean. Our server was kind, although seemed preoccupied. As for the food, my chicken sandwich was tasty, with fresh veggies. The fries were delicious and my grandson gobbled all of his mac and cheese! The bowling experience was great, with no mechanical issues. Bumpers and a ball ramp were available for our use. We had fun, we'll be back!

My boys had a blast. Food is expensive but decent. I suggest u eat before u go. We bought a wristband but the lines were so long for everything included on it, which discouraged the kids a bit. Long wait for bowling and the rope opened late at like 6pm but was apart of the wristband. The escape room is $20 for 10 mins, not worth it in my opinion, the puzzle was super easy for my boys who finished in 5 mins. The games are expensive and u can only load dollar amounts so $20 is 100 credits, game are like 7.5 to 28 credits. So it doesn't go far. But the kids are entertained which is all that really matters. And as a bonus they have a full bar which keeps parents entertained lol.

Nice environment. Super clean. Upon walking in I was not greeted by Alec R. I asked him a question and he looked and me stupid and repeated the question. He was not helpful to anything I asked as if though I was bothering him. I asked if I could use Apple Pay he told me yes. Only for it not to work and proceeded to tell me that only Wells Fargo only worked on tap. I work in service industry and I know for a fact a guest should never be treated that way. I spoke to a small manger lady whom also helped with an issue with the E Claw and she was super professional. I really commend her. Wish I knew her name. She’s awesome. The request that I gave the bartender worse burgundy hair was granted and my drink was amazing.

First time here and was very unimpressed with the one of the staff members. Took grandson for a fun day and first time ever playing laser tag. I was advised where to line up and that the attendant would come get us. We sat at the entrance but no one came over so I finally went in ( apparently after the previous players started another game) to inquire. The attendant couldn’t be bothered to even get out of his chair to help or advise on what to do. I explained this was our first time ever but he still would not offer help until I asked where to enter. The attendant pointed to the EXIT and said enter here. Dude! How an I supposed to know when it is clearly marked EXIT! Won’t be wasting my money here again!!!!

The food was tasty and our server was great help. Family friendly place staff except for the fact that there was a elderly man (do not know what position he does there man light skin) been racist and had a bad attitude towards my friend dark skin that was seating in our table. The rest of the staff was kind to us. Games where good for any age. I will definitely come back to try play the rest of the games. Hopefully I don't bump into that man again.

Our server was nice but after our food came out she asked us if everything was ok. I told her the fries were really salty. Her response was "yeah I don't know what theyre doing back there", didn't offer to fix it. I asked for the receipt after I paid she said she didn't think she could print it out because she already cashed out. The chips were very salty along with the fries. The burger was good. We ordered michalob, miller and 1 Bud light. When she brought us the drinks she said "here you go I'll let y'all figure those out"... Yes let us all just put our mouths on each glass til we can figure out who's drinks belongs to who. Definitely could have had a better experience.

Don’t know if it’s a lack of staff at this location or what was going on. We chose to go to main event for a fun dinner while bowling date and the whole hour was spent trying to get attention of a staff member and even having to walk up to a gentleman in a pink button up ,who I assume was attending the bowling floor, to ask how we put in a order for lane 2 considering it was our first time. Was just told someone would be with us in a sec. Never serviced through 3 rounds of bowling! although 45min into the hour 2 lanes over, a family arrived and was immediately attended. Left thirsty, hungry and disappointed. Wish we would have taken our night and money elsewhere.

We’ve been to this location lots of times. They are always consistent with service and keep the place maintained. Games are serviced regularly and swapped periodically so there’s always new games to play. They have bowling, laser tag, arcade, ropes, full service bar, and full dining options, billiards and shuffle board. Food is very good and bartenders are trained well. We have rarely had any issues when bowling and problems are addressed immediately. The staff is always friendly no matter what section we are in. Only downside to this place is they can get very, very busy, but that’s no fault to them, just plan accordingly.

My mom is disabled and there’s was a brown skin young man Chase or Chance not sure about his name at the attendant desk about a few days ago who absolutely took care of her. He treated her like family and it was really appreciated. He made her smile and made her feel welcomed. Thanks main event that’s what we’re started to love about this place no matter who you are you get treated like family. Food was ok though. Servers seem like they don’t want to be there. There are so many things to do here, from bowling, laser tag, skywalking, arcade, and pool. They have phenomenal food with great pricis with great prices and a great bar with great prices. It's very family friendly. They have amazing prizes in the gift shop for the points that are earned from the arcade. The restrooms are very clean and the staff is very customer service or Is rented and very helpful and polite. They were amazing with my autistic son. This is a very clean facility. I definitely recommend coming here!

Good bowling place with lots of games to play. The laser tag is really fun and they have a store for tickets you get from winning games. It goes in your card and you can refill the credits that help you play the games. The lady at the laser tag was rude and it didn’t seem like she wanted my friends daughter to go in. She measured her and said that she was too short, but there was another boy the same size as her inside. She finally let us in but I don’t appreciate that we pay money and get rude service.

My daughter wanted to have her 18th Birthday party here, when we got there it was packed and only one table to fit 20 people which wasn't going to work; the waiters were so awesome and got extra chairs until the other tables around us left and even then they cleaned them to fit everyone nicely. My daughter had a great time as did everyone who came, I highly recommend this Main Event rather it's a party, gathering, or just a fun day out this location has been our favorite!!!

We took my kids from Nebraska there Friday and we were sold the full wristband package. What was neglected to be mentioned was that the sky track and the escape roo.s were not going to be opened for another 5-6 hours and the times were also not posted anywhere near where you purchased the wristband. You would think that would be posted or that the person selling the wristbands would have mentioned it before we dropped almost 90 bucks to bowl and play laser tag.

My boys love this place. I have an 11yr and a 6yr. They are both into different things. So there is intertainment and games for both 2 enjoy. Even I enjoy myself there. They also have bowling, which is great for family. You can have a pizza bday party for the kids. They have pool tables and bar for the grown ups. They now have an escape room. Pizza is good, but they also have other good items on the menu.

Not a bad place to go and have fun, but do know that any slight downside that you mention to staff/any small problem you might have is going to be used by managers to abuse their staff. Good place to hangout with friends and family. Would love to give 4 but will close with 3 stars only. Shoe rental is half the amount of Monday night madness. I think it should be less. Only 6 billiards/pool tables and then for your surprise you need to be in a long wait to get the table. Bowling and laser tags are good but that too comes with wait. So be prepared that in order to enjoy you need to wait. So all the best.

I just wish that when we had our little bowling incident that it could've been resolved faster, and we didn't run out of time to make it to where we couldn't finish our game. We absolutely enjoy coming to the main event when we come down to Texas it's fun for all ages from 4 to 34 we all can find something to do. Bowling. Pool tables. Video games laser tag. And gravity ropes along with some other things. Service wasn't horrible. It did lack in a few areas but nothing major. Price was affordable.

Great place to go bowling and not too expensive. They even give you free socks when you forget yours. Of course they are really cheap and have no shape and they’re very uncomfortable but free socks are free socks.

Another one of our favorite summer stops of fun, but the VR was shut down because they had no one to run it. The drinj prices are just outrageous and a hundred dollar game card wont get you very far BUT everyone was nice, it was clean and we had a blast.

I mean of course the place is expensive and when we came here for a birthday party about 3 months ago I found the meet-and-greet staff to not be that with it but today everybody seemed quite with it but it was definitely staffed well for

This location is smaller than others I’ve been to. We went a little after lunch and two of the attractions were closed which was annoying. Also, my kids wasted money on a few games that were broken and we couldn’t find staff to help. The

Machines were malfunctioning taking points when you'd swipe to play a game but the game wouldnt come on. Prizes were ok. Ive seen better out of this location. Disappointed.

Usually good deals, but watch out for the bar tender working during the day. I tipped her $5 and she changed my tip to $16. I wonder how often she steals from customers and and they don't catch it?

Great time! Bowling is fun, but had to get 3 different pair of shoes due to insoles coming out, velcro strap was broke. Games were outstanding! Food was good, and the Staff was very nice.

Lots of fun stuff to do, including bowling, gravity ropes adventure course, laser tag, billiards and more. Go on a Monday and ask about their unlimited play specials. Great deal

Great fun for the whole family. Brand new indoor facility with a gorgeous laser tag area. They have bowling, billiards, rope climbing course and a giant arcade.

It's a good spot. That day was not too busy because it was during the day however at night it is too busy to enjoy. The main event chain is cool though.
