The owner is one of the rudest ladies I've met. Zero customer service post - purchase. When I tried to return an item that cracked, with bill and 10 yr warranty in hand, she did everything in her power to blame me and has refused to exchange it. I've never been spoken to like that by anyone, let alone a store owner. A true shame.

Very well stocked store with high end mostly kitchenware and small appliances, very helpful and knowledgeable sales staff . Best of all prices are very competitive. Store is located in a small strip mall and a next door location houses their outlet which has high end kitchen ware at great prices.
