Today was bad experience at Malabar Gold the staff is useless at Platinum counter no ethics no idea of dealing with customer manager with beard is useless i loss my mind with there behaviour I am buying from Malabar since 2000 but this is unfortunate . I dnt want talk much but I just want To Tell Mr Ahmed the owner of Malabar Empire that your business is stand due the honest customer of certain community please make sure your staff behaviour should be polite and decipilned I am really feeling sad but I have to discontinue with Malabar and assuring you that from my family no 1 will buy from Malabar I know Malabar is big company that dnt feel pain and will not make any difference to them if we will be not part of the Malabar but I HATE Them

Malabar is like our own family store where we get fulfilled beyond expectations in one stop in means of fare price tag and more exclusive collections in all branches. Have visited more stores in Tamilnadu, Kerala and Karnataka and Dubai. This purchase was at Bangalore Dickenson road branch, where we came for small ring pattern stud, but took one extra dubai design ear hanging because of the the nice design and sales guy Mubarak. The hospitality of Thoufeeq was impressive who manged to make us space within crowd. Appreciate the head Mr. Amjad Manager. Thanks for wallet parking team too.

The staff was very friendly and patient. The prices and discounts are awesome. Good choice of popular design. However the shop was very stuffy and it got very uncomfortable after a couple of hours. If the owners could spend a bit more on the shop environment, it would be great. Also, I noticed that there were no safety procedures followed in the office where the gold that was to be exchanged was melted. They used an open flame, no fire retardants and the staff operating the flame didn't have any protective clothing. I felt a bit sad for them.

Including Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and Shaan asst store manager and our store manager ( name unknown ) were helpful . Collection variety could be improved with 75 - 100 varieties or items in every product like rings bracelets etc so that customer is impressed with the richness of variety and will buy from Malabar

Yesterday rate 5685/-in here , bhima 5609/-lower however 100mg offer so got a good small necklace ,nice design and Arun the manager helped out to seal the deal ,Prasanna salesman really good hardworking and showed several patterns and concluded on a very positive note,designs of jewels must be further enhanced and making charges further discounted considering high price of gold today

I had a very old scheme and was not able to close it as I had relocated myself to Mumbai. After 12 years got a chance to visit Bangalore again and was not sur if the scheme would be valid. This branch has the best design collection compared to other Malabar branches in banglore . Was mostly assisted my Nikhil who is amazing with giving clarity regarding any purchase . The manager Arun is also very good in nature . The staff is incredible , they are super polite and take care of the customers properly .

Yesterday we visitedthe store with my family.. First thing once we entered,nobody bothered even to ask why we are here.. After 6 min a gentleman spoke to us and assigned somebody.. But tge salesman who has been assigned to is was very helpful and he did his job to the core..

I bought a diamond ring here. And the ring has glue all over it and they are taking forever to clean it. Now it doesn't look like a new ring at all. I spend so much for this service and product. I would never recommend to visit this place. Manthan is not cooperative at all
