Wonderful vets. Really helpful and understanding. The only thing I would say is its really hard to get through on the phone when wanting to speak to an actual person. But the vets and members at pdsa are helpful and understanding and wonderful with nervous or shy dogs like mine is.

Never answer the phone. As an emergency vets to have an automated message on loop, gerting to 'number one in the queue' only to be disconnected is unacceptable. It wastes valuable time of a pets life. Such time that my dog could ill afford and had to be put to sleep!

DO NOT TAKE YOU PETS TO THE PDSA ! I know the pdsa is the more affordable option especially for those struggling with finances but the pdsa do not have you pets best interest in mind they are also looking for the most affordable options,

I would give zero stars if possible. I took my cat there, and because she hissed at the vet, she wouldn't examine her. Yet when I took her the week before. She was much, much worse with the hissing, and that vet still managed to get a

I gave a bad review last time my friend went there but we've been again yesterday and had last times mishap explained to us. It does make some sort of sense now, though I'd still debate the issues.
