It's like a store in the former Warsaw Pact countries. The shelves are more than half empty and there is nothing fresh - no produce, no meat, no bread. I had forgotten what a reviewer had said about the canned goods being so old. I got something and it was awful; I looked at the expiration date: 2014. The best thing was the freezer cabinet right next to the door. It had juice and milk and some good frozen dinners. They also have very fresh flour tortillas. One star for being there at all, another because the woman behind the counter was very sweet.

The market, on the old trail used by explorers and settlers from southern Mexico (Camino Real) is family owned and operated with a very old lady at the counter. She must be like 85 years old at least. It is a very small shop with very basic day to day merchandise. Sodas are only 50 cents. Fruit paletas are $1.00 and home cooked tamales are also $1.00 There is no produce here. Things sold here are low maintenance with long shelf life ( some items actually are past their label shelf life).

Very small family owned business with a long history in the neighborhood. While it has a limited stock and is cash or EBT only, they are friendly, and it's a quiet place to stop by for a quick gallon of milk or eggs or other staples, and one of the owners also makes handmade retablos and other traditional NM religious art while minding the shop.

Excellent neighborhood grocery store. Well stocked and rather unusual for a neighborhood market. Historic pictures throughout the store of notable political figures at important periods of United States history. Professional wood carving of furniture ongoing in store. Manuels Food Store. Treat yourself to a good trip.

It's the local La Ferria market. They are heartless that they don't pave the parking lot is makes it impossible for a person in a manual wheelchair to get to their door. Until they pave it they get a low score.

Lovely atmosphere went by a coke and what a warm welcoming the Mrs. Still looks great. I hvnt been there since my son was 3 he is now 18 love love my old neighborhood Market God Bless you.

I love this place. My great grandmother use to have them deliever groceries when I was a child. And my grandmother and uncles would always take us here.

Lots of expired inventory. Canned goods that have been expired for over two years. But nice folks.

Always a great neighborhood store. The Martinez's are such good folks.
