We needed professional mechanical support following a kerb incident that resulted in a broken track rod, out of line steering geometry and 2 wheels that were scraped to ribbons. I rang Chris at Marina Motors. I should say, I rang Chris at 6.30 PM, long after the garage had closed. Chris, as ever, was brilliant. He arranged for our car to be stored until he could get there and see what needed to be done later the same evening when he should have been enjoying his evening. Chris arranged for the car to be collected, stored and then managed to source the parts needed and make the car completely roadworthy all within 24 hours. It really doesn't get any better than that. This is the reason our cars are always serviced and maintained by Marina Motors. They are an absolutely fantastic team and the quality of their work is, without question, the best by far that we have ever experienced. Chris, thank you so very much. You are an absolute star. And, as always, thanks also to Yvonne and all of the staff at Marina Motors.

Due to my car being out of warranty for the first year I did not have a local garage as everything until then had been done through the dealership. I therefore was last minute trying to find a garage to fit me in this year. Marina Motors were more than happy to accommodate me at short notice for both; doing the MOT on the first day and the Service the next. The work was high quality, done in great time and communications from Yvonne in the main office were second to none. Calls were received to update me on things needing to be done giving me full clarity of the situation and of course cost. As it was the 4 year service it had to have the full point checks performed (all mentioned up front) but when I picked up my car it had also been fully cleaned which I was not expecting but was very grateful of. The experience was excellent and I would have no problem at all recommending them to family and friends should they need reliability. Thank you all.

I work away from home weekdays so it’s always an issue trying to get my car repaired in time over the weekend. I needn’t have worried, the lovely administrator at Marina recognised the problem immediately and explained that although she couldn’t book me in for the weekend (they were fully booked, I can see why) she would lend me their courtesy car, free of charge, ‘just check you’re covered to drive it and top it up when you bring it back’. I couldn’t believe it! Not only did this save me hundreds in car hire for a week, they fixed up my geriatric Aygo for a great price. When I contacted them later that week in a panic after discovering my MOT was due in two days (yikes!)...not a problem, they sorted that out too. Truly fantastic service and value. Since moving to Leeds I’ve been a bit of a garage nomad. I’ve found my garage now!

Fantastic and welcoming garage. I bought a car from an online car supermarket last week which had a small issue with the centre console being loose and lifting up every time you put a charger in. The company said if I found a garage to do the work, they would pay for it.... No need, this garage asked me to bring the car down so they could have a quick look at it before they 'opened' and they were able to fix it within 5 minutes and didn't even charge me. It was the type of job some garages would have said, 'it only looks a small job but we will need to rebuild the car!'. Really impressed with the service, welcoming nature and the skills of the staff and will now 100% be using them for my upcoming Service and MOT. Couldn't recommend enough, thank you!

Avoid at all costs. These are a rip off garage. Can’t believe the service of this garage. I break down on same street as garage. Took 1 hour despite it being emergency to tow my car few yards. Then 3 hours later still on recovery truck. My daughter walked past at 16.15 still on recovery truck. Despite ringing they hadn’t looked at it till 16.15. They rang at 17.30 and lied about labour time saying it took 2 half hours. Which was a lie and excuse was it took two men to drain a fuel tank and change fuel filter. Then my car was left over road in a muddy flooded area. Total to drain fuel tank and change filter £272 total rip off. He already decided I needed a fuel filter before even looking at the car as well. Not trustworthy best going else where

I have used marina motors for many years now and I can honestly say they always deliver on value for money service and professionalism. On my latest visit my car was booked in for a service and MOT While doing this they also diagnosed an issue on the vehicle which was promptly price for and fixed. The whole team at Marina Motors have always been fantastic and looked after us every time the vehicle has been booked in they have provided us with a courtesy car when we have requested one which again is really helpful as we do not live close to the garage I would highly recommend Marina Motors for anybody who is looking for a independent reliable garage thanks again To Phill Yvonne and Chris and all the team at Marina Motors.

I cannot fault the excellent level of service these guys give. Their prices are fair, work is carried out quickly & to an excellent standard and the customer service is quite simply outstanding. Their guys in the office break everything down into plain English when you're discussing your options with them, they're always calm & professional & you really feel like your in good hands. They clearly want every motor they deal with to leave in the best condition and it really reflects in the outcome. I never think about going to any other garage now after the service I've received. They have won yet another customer for life from me! (Of many, i'm sure!)

First time at this garage for an MoT. What lovely staff, from point of booking through to end of service. Sadly, the car failed its MoT spectacularly. However, all of the faults listed by Marina were things that we were already aware of, as either potential, or past problems, so we feel confident that we had an absolutely honest assessment. The garage did not attempt to up-sell or sway us towards any work; they just gave impartial advice and when we decided to scrap the car, they arranged that for us, without charge! We will definitely return to Marina Motors now that we live in the Pudsey area... once we've got a new car sorted. :-)

After reading Marina Motors reviews I’m absolutely bewildered that anyone could have a negative comment to say about this company...!! They are the most friendliest, knowledgable people in the car repair business I’ve ever come across. They bend over backwards to help you out regardless of the severity of the work that’s needed to be done. Obviously I know everyone isn’t perfect but I know for a fact that Chris and Phil and the whole team at Marina would go above and beyond there means to resolve any issue that they encounter in a positive outcome for the customer. Hence the reason I have taken the time out to do this review.

I was in desperation trying to find someone to fix my car when I went to marina motors. The lady was very friendly and welcoming and helpful to me as I was explaining what was wrong with the car. When I took it in they were looking at it straight away and was then directly phoning me to let me know what was wrong with it and that it could be fixed. They were very reasonable with the price and only took the two days they said it would to fix it .I can't thank them enough and would use them again and also recommend them to my friends and family . A big thank you to all concerned at marina motors .

Firstly, What a great service. My car developed an electric window fault and we’re covered under a warranty policy I have, Now not many garages can be bothered with this sort of thing because as we all know the warranty companies can be difficult, This was not the case for Marina. Challenge accepted! My window was repaired quickly, Professionally, all duct tape residue I used to hold the window up cleaned away and the warranty people sorted This is a highly recommended company, which has gained another customer, well done Marina

Amazing service. Quick, reliable, friendly and honest. The gentleman that collected my car for It’s MOT was very helpful and friendly. And the receptionist was equally as amazing! I had also dropped my late Grandmothers gold bracelet in the car and was unable to reach it, and to my amazement they found it and returned it to me!! This goes above on beyond the service they provide. I am speechless. The car passed it’s MOT and it was returned back to me in less than half a day! I would highly recommend this company!!! Previously been quite helpful,but found non existent faults for my MOT ,"heavily damaged balljoint" however when replaced by a different garage they couldn't understand why it was being replaced as the current one was like new.same story with some brake pipes and a 'cut' tyre(again a different garage couldn't see where this cut down to the cord was) .this has left a sour taste and certainly wouldn't trust them with mot or diagnostic,however if you have work you want doing and know what you want it's done to a good standard.

Absolutely fantastic service from Chris I had a flat tyre and even through they were short staffed that day Chris changed my tyre put on my spare tyre nothing was too much trouble ordered a new tyre let my daughter collect the tyre then let me call today and he fitted it straight away He could have just said no can't help you were too busy but he didn't in this day and age its nice to know there are still genuine and helpful people I would highly recommend marina motors to anyone

Had a bit of an emergency as the car wheel was making a horrible noise! Chris from Marina motors said I could come straight down and they'd check it out (despite them being fully booked). He was really helpful and got it straight on a ramp and fixed it really quickly so I could use the car (i had some urgent stuff to do). They also did a big job on the car before we went to Cornwall and we drove there and back with no issues. Great work and great service. Thanks Marina.

Marina were outstanding! They came straight out to me in the evening to remove a damaged locking wheel nut and fit a spacesaver, and then managed to squeeze me in the following day to fit a new tyre before the weekend. This exceptional service meant I avoided all the inconvenience of not having a car, and it was all carried out at a superb price too. I would highly recommend Marina Motors to anybody needing work on their vehicle. 5 stars all round!

Amazing service, I was booked in for service B on my Mercedes A180 fleet vehicle and the team at Marina Motors were spot on. I had requested a Saturday with the fleet management company, Marina motors fit me in last minute and did an amazing job. Had an MOT done here today as only moved to Leeds last month and wanted to find what I hoped to be an honest and reasonably priced garage. Car needed a few bits doing, was contacted and everything explained and a couple of things turned out to be nothing major ie a fuse and bulb. Had some front near-side damage due to a crash on my Jaguar F-Type. Rang up Marina Motors and after receiving a no-obligation quote, my car was repaired back to factory standards for just the fraction of the price that Jaguar themselves quoted, in just a matter of days. Car was going in to limp mode (Service ESP). The diagnostic test was £60 which I was never consulted about. I was told the ECU was faulty £400+. Took the car elsewhere; handbrake cable (the reason for the esp was coming on) not even £100! Lots of good reviews so maybe they are genuine or people are just accepting what they say, not a good experience for me.

The most reputable, trustworthy, and USEFUL garage anywhere! The list of things they can do is endless, no job is beyond them, and their level of customer service and pricing is absolutely unmatched. Phil, Chris, Yvonne on the front desk as well as all their mechanics there are absolute heros. I wouldn't dare to take any car anywhere else for any job.

Booked my car in for full service - very friendly, knowledgeable and honest reception staff. On the journey home I already could notice the improvements - breaks were much sharper, hand break perfect and no more struggling noises coming from the engine. They even washed and vacuumed my car out! Very happy customer. Will be back.

Had an MOT in May 2017 on my 2001 Nissan Micra. Flew through, with only a light bulb needing replacing which they did straight away for £9 which is fair. It's nice to have a friendly garage you can trust
