If Sage and James (two star reviewers) REALLY want a Mexican Food letdown, they can go to Fresco's off 377. That place has gone downhill in a BIG way by owners that you can tell are just trying to get the joint and reap whatever profit they can. So, we got take-out here tonight. Not really sure why I have not reviewed this place before, as we have done here maybe four or five times in the last 10 or so years. Every experience has been at least a four-star review. This experience was definitely a five-star review.... well, a 4.5/5 star review as I will explain. Placed an online order, which was ready 5 minutes early and the hostess was very polite and cheerful. They seemed to be rather busy. Got the food home. I think I remember the guacamole the last time being pretty much a "make it as you want it" situation. They literally give you avocados and all the accoutrement and you can make it however you want it. Nice touch. Some people don't want tomato. Some people want less jalapeno. We made it delicious and were able to add some of our own spices as well. We both got poblano dishes. The chicken/pollo poblano was really awesome. My wife's pablano relleno was a little lacking in flavor but the poblano sauce was trying to speak for the dish and did so very well. The batter seemed to have a fair amount of egg in it so caution for those that might be a little bit sensitive to egg. Chips were nice, fresh and delicious. Mexican rice was proper Mexican rice, not made with mole sauce like the "new" Fresco's. The crazy thing is that this place is only 5 minutes away from our house, and now we feel bad that we have driven all the way over to Fresco's, especially given that they have gone downhill we will frequent Martha's and the huge menu that they have. Looking forward to trying new things. The only thing that I will definitely give a half star detraction is their flour tortillas......they were really quite awful. Could not have been more out of a box if they tried. So yeah, they really need to improve upon that. If we take future orders to go, as is extremely likely, we will use our own tortillas. Food is delicious however. Not really seeing that two-star reviews by Sage and James really have much substance to them other than to complain about pretty miniscule things (y'alls food looked pretty delicious to me! ). Support your local Mexican food restaurant, and this place is definitely worth the support. We will be back.

Ok so let me start out by saying our server, Tennant, was extremely fantastic! Both he and the Manager (didn't catch his name) made our first experience at Martha's great, and I made sure to let them both know how much my girlfriend and I appreciated their service. It was a Friday night and the place was understandably packed. Plus, they had a very large dining party that night that was having a remembrance party for someone who was a regular there. He loved the place so much they had a huge remembrance party at Martha's because that's how much Martha's meant to him. It spoke volumes about the Manager and location as a whole. The bar area was packed with people. Our "10-15 minute wait" turned into 30 minutes. We attempted to go up to the bar and get margaritas while we waited for the table and THAT just straight up was a HORRIBLE experience. The 3 -THREE - girls behind the bar moved SO slow, didn't bother acknowledging my existence for the 15 minutes I stood there, and were clearly messing up other customers orders. So we decided to just wait until we were seated to get margaritas, and luckily, Rennan made up for the lack of service we experienced at the bar area. He was attentive, gave us so much information about the menu, and made a great dessert recommendation that my girlfriend's daughter LOVED (fried ice cream) Major kudos to Rennan!! Now, as for the Margaritas: I had a strawberry margarita and my girlfriend had a mango margarita. We are always going to new places strictly just to try their margaritas (they're kinda our thing lol) They were delicious, strong, and worth the afore-mentioned wait. The food was good. I got the #21 which was 3 different enchiladas... I've had better from other places, but I honestly think if we had gone on a night that wasn't as busy they might've come out a little better. Maybe the kitchen was just super rushed...? My girlfriend and her daughter split the beef enchiladas and my girlfriend was blown away by them. She was super impressed! Overall I give Martha's 4/5 stars thanks to the Owner/Manager, our server Rennan, and the great frozen Margaritas. Those girls behind the bar gotta go though. They were horrible to say it nicely, and the hostess's weren't so great either. The poor manager was having to step in and help with so much because a lot of the staff just didn't take their job seriously at all or gave any effort.

We absolutely loved this restaurant! Where to begin?!? If you have seen my other critiques, you will see that we are certainly no stranger to Mexican food establishments. We love what we love! The food was a great value, and really good! Their combination plates, and even the “build your own” offer a great selection of delectable Mexican inspired eats! The Fajitas where absolutely wonderful, and they didn’t overdo it with the vegies trying to make it “appear” to be more than it is. The childrens selections are price and portion appropriate and were enjoyed by all offspring. As a little side note, the chips and salsa are fresh made every day. The salsa could use a little more bite (this is Texas after all), but was flavorful and enjoyed by all guests. The atmosphere is a little “diveish”, but it lends itself to a more laid back and inviting environment. The staff was wonderful, and a little devilish if I may add in how they present their desert options. I can’t wait to go back and indulge a little with their strawberry sopapillas. And now for my favorite part, the adult beverages. Though I only had the chance to try one of their literal menu of margaritas, I tried the house margarita. This is no mix! This is the fresh real deal made in the restaurant everyday margarita. And it was wonderful! Perfectly blended to let the vapor of the alcohol mingle with just the right level of tang. Beware, these could get you in trouble! Absolutely wonderful. Congrats! I’d give it 2 thumbs up! You’ve got some serious repeat customers!

I’ve been coming here a few years and it used to be my favorite Mexican restaurant in the area. But it’s like the restaurant has done a complete 180. Last two times have been horrible food and environment. 2 months ago my husband and I went on a date night…ordered shrimp fajitas and found a hair in the food. Asked for a new order and they took only the shrimp away. I had to ask for fresh rice and beans because they would be cold by the time the new shrimp came out. No apology or anything for nasty hair in my food. And refried beans were obviously days old…they were the consistency of peanut butter…had a stomachache the rest of the night. Last weekend went with the whole family. My rice was crunchy and not cooked, salsa was sooo over seasoned with garlic the garlic flavor was still in my mouth the next day. Chili relleno has a weird fluffy egg thick coating. Margarita was weak! Floors looked dirty, tables were wobbly the whole time I’m trying to eat, the place looks outdated, new layout is weird. Huge wasted space when you first walk in. And the new “cantina”…. My only thought is “sterile”. It’s so bright with fluorescent lighting and hospital style ceiling tiles. Lighting is even brighter than the restaurant side. Very odd. Also had a stomachache that night and the next day. Sadly it’s no longer a place I’ll visit again.

This was our first time At Martha and more than likely our last. The restaurant, staff and definitely the food was lackluster at best. Not only did we get sat in the “New bar” area with extremely loud music. I’m younger and normally music doesn’t bother me but this was so loud even my children commented on it. We got served salsa in mini Jell-O shot cups not big enough to even fit a chip. The salsa part alone had me rolling laughing. This can’t be normal!! And to top it off I got the sour cream enchiladas took a big bite and had two large chicken bones inside my one bite. I was not happy, sent the food back very nicely and ordered something else. No one came to apologize, no one said anything, like having bones in my food even mattered. I have no clue what the names of our waitress even was. We did not even get the bare minimum at this restaurant. I would not by any stretch of the imagination recommend going to Martha’s restaurant.

My children sat and stayed in their chairs, asked questions about the menus as it was our first time in the restaurant. Our waitress acted as though my children were more of a nuisance than costumers wanting to know an answer.

UPDATE 8/16/23 Went back again to try it one last time, had combination plate taco with chicken enchilada with poblano sauce and they didn’t put much on so when I asked for a small side (pointed at hot sauce bowl) they brought a cup and charged $3.95 for the extra sauce… and charged $1.99 for something else wife had jalapeño soup, something had a form of msg before we left she was starting to have reaction and had to take her prescription pills to counteract it. Needless to say we won’t be back. 1st time we’ve been back since our only visit when they first opened this location many years ago….. food was good, I had Martha’s Nachos that weren’t bad, nothing great but not bad, they don’t give much pico for all the nachos, wife enjoyed her shrimp fajitas…. They have many shrimp dishes but no shrimp tacos so we asked and the waiter (who seemed fairly new) stated kitchen said they didn’t have stuff for shrimp tacos yet they have shrimp listed about 7 different ways on menu and tacos of other sorts, just not shrimp?? I don’t know….. anyway, she liked her shrimp fajitas. Salsa is excellent….

We went in for dinner. There is a threat of bad weather, so the place was not very busy. They had nice music and a sweet host. We were seated right away. We had a nice young man as our server. He was eager to take our order, then he sort of disappeared. There were three of us, so not a large group. We ordered relatively simple meals. The food took a long time to get to us, considering that there weren’t that many customers there, and it looked like they had plenty of staff. The plates were hot, but the food not so much. Cheese enchiladas did not have melted cheese inside- ugh. I ordered a shrimp dish and was surprised to get the shrimp served on Tex-mex rice. Usually seafood dishes at Mexican restaurants are served with white rice or cilantro lime rice. Overall the food was OK. I think we would have enjoyed it better if it had been served sooner and hotter.

Was credited for a pricey Taco, and got a sarcastic and rude comment back from a guy that looked like he was a manager ," you took some meet out of taco u returned too,", that's not his or anyone's business what I had put or done with a taco unless it was completely eaten, never back talk a customer or make fun of them, u can say it's nice to have a taste or ma'am did you happen to like the flavoring of the taco, while customer is not happy,b kind and polite as possible and sorrowful.. there was non of that , they seemed very arrogant and irritated of me even being there, in which I had been coming here for a few years now. But they had decent prices back then and now no word as to why the up change. Waiters were nice but need better training on how to read menu and explain things in detail better but also needs right items on menu.. menu was all wrong and nothing showed what they charged me for ,as receipt had a different name to item of choice..I will show a picture down below..

Not happy at all about my experience! It was a Monday night and it took over an hour for one order of double fajitas!? They were supposed to be a double order. They barely made 4 tacos with maybe 3 pieces of meat per taco! They do not come with cheese and had to pay 90 cents and literally the cheese brought out I wish I would of took a pic. It barely covered the bottom of the small circle within a small side plate(aka the size of about 2 quarters and not stacked!) The service was terrible! It took so long to bring extra chips that our queso was ice by the time they brought more out. My strawberry margarita the server asked sugar or salt. I told them sugar and of course they brought salt. Again took about 15 min to find waitress and fix. So of course we called the manager and he admitted in a certain way that were not staffed appropriately and did not offer to fix anything bring more cheese or take that off the bill. Didn't even offer dessert. The person in my party it was their first time and I was embarrassed I recommended this place. Do not go on a Monday especially if you have 1 hour before needing to catch a movie you won't make it in time.

Martha's Mexican Cocina is definitely in my top 3 favorite places now! I always judge a Mexican restaurant by their salsa, if the salsa is good the food is gonna be good. The salsa was so good that I purchased an 8oz cup to go!! Next the margaritas were a hit! It wasn't too sweet and had the perfect amount of alcohol in it and I was told that the margaritas are discounted on Tuesdays. The food was cooked to pure perfection, the steak was tender and flavorful, very delicious. Last but not least, the service was outstanding. Our waitress was Nelly and she was so sweet and efficient and so were all of the other staff members. So overall my family and I had a great 1st time experience here and look forward to going back soon.

Family owned and operated... Martha's may be one of the best places to eat in the Keller area. The brisket tacos are hands down the best brisket tacos you have ever had the pleasure of eating. I really do not understand how they do it with the brisket, mind equals blown. Next up is their amazing RIB special. Man o Man... Let me tell you something, if you stop in on a Friday or Saturday and they are having their RIB Special... GET IT!!! Its mouth watering just talking about it. It can get very busy on Fridays, the wait can get up to two hours and people still wait. Saturdays are still busy but nothing like Fridays. So lets talk about service, because its so busy and each waiter/tress seem to have 3 to 4 tables each, you may wait a couple minutes before getting your drinks, chips and soda refills. I personally do not mind, the RIBS make up for everything else. Don't get me wrong, we have never had bad service.

  • Cat Four Feathers

I just had lunch here. Threw up on the side of the road just outside my neighborhood. I got the fajitas. Their tortillas are store bought. And I suspect the chicken may be the bagged fajita chicken you can buy at Kroger. I didn't want to be rude or wasteful so I ate the meat and now by golly I am regretting it so badly... The service was nice. Place was clean. But check out what is going on in the kitchen please. Keep things out of the time temperature danger zone and work on your salsa. Learn to make your own tortillas. And season your food. Fajitas should come with cheese. We got charged a dollar for asking. And the rice was undercooked. The salsa was watery. Three 1 ounce dollops of guacamole on a huge bed of lettuce should not be 7 dollars. Just... so much wrong. The service was good but the food. The food was so bad. We drive by this place all the time and now I advise keep driving.

Oh times have changed. We haven't been here in several years. Shining star..this is a great place to stop and have some drinks. They're creative, balanced, and tasty. But the food...yeah, it's just not good or Mexican in any way. The veggie fajitas were onions, green peppers, 2 slices of carrots and 2 slices of zucchini. The shrimp chile relleno was a disaster! A chile relleno is dipped in fluffy egg whites, this was dipped in an egg batter yolks and all. What!?!? They didn't roast and clean the skin of the poblano , so it was super tough. Please do not serve a Mexican dish if you have no comprehension of how to cook a dish honoring the true traditional meaning of a chile relleno. Great service for first 15 minutes then she never came back. We just walked to the bar to place our order and refills. This was an extreme disappointment.

  • Bobbie Sanchez

I was not impressed. The food wasn't bad, although I don't even remember what I ordered, but definitely wouldn't go back for it because our service was terrible. It took way too long to get chips/salsa to our table. We kept looking around wondering if anyone would ever come to our table. Then after taking our drink/food order, our server was either preoccupied or forgot about us. He came back to our table once and we never even got the chance to order a second drink and never got our waters refilled. It was a Thursday night and not even a wait, so not that busy. Oh and while I waited on my 2 friends, I sat at the bar and when I asked the bartender a question about what was written on the chalkboard at the door, he couldn't answer it and acted like I was bothering him. Plenty of other places I'll take my business.

  • Isabel Hernandez-Nava

First time here and was very disappointed. We were seated quickly after that we waited for at least 20 minutes. Another table was seated after us and they we waited on pretty fast. I had to get the attention of another waiter to ask for our waiter. Finally our waiter came we placed our drink order he forgot to bring our kids drinks. My wife ordered a paloma, all you could taste the grapefruit juice. The food we order was not all that good, the rice was over cooked. We waited another 20 minutes just to get ticket. Not once did the waiter apologize for making us wait. We will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone. Way over priced.

I love going to Martha's on a cold rainy day. One of my favorite things to order is the Martha's soup. It is rich and flavor and it also has rice in it which I think adds to the flavor. Their chips and salsa are delicious and irresistible. I also love order the beef fajita salad and using the salsa and ranch on my salad. For such a small restaurant, they are able to seat a lot of people because they have a patio as well. It does get pretty busy Thursday through Saturday so I would recommend going early to beat the crowd. It can seem a bit crowded and busy at times. The family that owns the restaurant is very nice and they recognize their repeat customers. It's nice to find a place of business that fosters new relationships like Martha's.

My husband and I wanted Mexican food and Martha's was close to where we were. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious food! When I think of eating Mexican food, Martha's is exactly what I hope for. I had enchiladas and my husband had chicken fajitas and we both thought they were delicious. The chips and salsa were great, too. My only complaint is that they don't have coke products. I'm not a Pepsi fan. We will definitely be back to Martha's and have already shared with others our great experience.

Martha's when Martha is there is smooth sailing. When she's not there, you can tell the staff doesn't run well without their Queen B. Food- was delicious Margaritas- wonderful Service- was just ok- they seemed short staffed, hurried, and like they were having trouble in the back of house (running food). The hostess was definitely ruffled by the business, the manager was head down busy and seemed to struggle with filling in the gaps. Our waiter seemed preoccupied but eventually slowed down long enough to remember our food orders and bring them out hot. We go back for the food and drinks, this was the first time service was subpar.

  • Laura Lee McCartney

This was a really disappointing experience. We ordered for the first time online tonight. We picked up our food— and they left out our chips, our salsa, our cheese and our grilled jalapeños. We had to drive back down to pick it up the items we paid for but didn’t receive. They didn’t care or make any adjustments for the inconvenience— no manager made any effort to make our awful experience right. The food was mediocre (and cold by the time we drive there twice) and the service was terrible—despite the fact we had already tipped online when we placed the order— before we received awful service. We will not be back.

Goods: Margarita: strong with a good flavor Ultimate Queso: guac, pico, & beef should be in queso dip. Who knew? Average: Chimichanga beef was full of ground beef. But not good enough to take with us Cheese quesadilla Bads: Chip size is a joke. We had mostly broken chips that was through 3 refills Chips unsalted, that was just weird Slow service for refills, stingy with ice Polo con mole was rubbery chicken with a jar of premade mole over it Fajita beef was identical to the johns soules brand you buy at Walmart Could not provide empty crunchy tortillas because chicken and beef were already in them Flat sopapillas

  • Loni Sñow

I previously would give 5 stars as I am a regular, but lately the drinks have been bad, and the food not as well prepared. Service can be bad and slow sometimes. Happy hour specials don't compare to other similar restaurants in the area. I'm disappointed and I want my old Martha's back. Update.. This place is no longer family friendly. I used to go with family and it was a nice environment., but today there were tons of drunk people yelling vulgarities loudly. Not just cursing but sexual conversations that a young child shouldn't hear. I was disappointed with the staffs inability to address the situation.

My fiancé and I came here a few weeks ago. We normally go to ‘On the Border’ but decided to try a different place. I am glad we gave Martha’s a try! We were very please! Stacey, our waitress was amazing! The food was great and tasted more seasoned than our usual place! Lol. Now on to the drinks…WOOOW!!! We had one drink each and let me tell you, lol. We were buzzed. Just from one drink. At first, we were drinking them like juice because that’s what it tasted like and it slowly caught up to us. If we didn’t have other plans that day, we would’ve had another! Stop by Martha’s, you won’t regret it!

  • Jhonny Torres

First and last time visiting this place. I'm only given it a one star because there is no option to put a negative star..I ordered the Michelada which was too spicy, it would have been nice if they warned me about it. The rice was warm but from the heat lamp. The Carne asada had way too much fat which was hidden by this white cream..to top it off the so famous sopapilas were this little time squares made out of dough and just did not taste right...sad to say that the place is lacking flavor and Customer service...

We had tried coming here before but was told of a long wait. We tried again recently on Valentine's day thinking during the week it wouldn't be as busy and there was availability. We got the ultimate fajitas and oh my gosh, the steak was juicy and not tough. I didn't have to fight with it like I've experienced with other places. Elvia was a fabulous server. She took great care of us and our four year old daughter. Highly recommend and will return soon!

Everything was wonderful, starting with the chips and salsa. Not to spicy, but a good kick, chips fresh and cooked perfect. The food was hot and well prepared. I had a taco and enchilada combo. Taco was crispy, ground beef was well seasoned, lettuce cold and crisp, plenty of cheese. The enchilada was also very good. The beans and rice were among the best I have ever had in a restaurant. Usually it's one or the other that are good, but here they were both outstanding.

I don't typically write reviews, but I am tonight. I stopped in to order their cheese enchilada plate to go and try to grab a margarita while I waited. No service in the bar so waited for my food. The hostess (NOT of the mostess) tried to charge me $23.70 for a $10.99 plate of enchiladas. I questioned the charge, she said that the prices went up and whatever. Nontheless, I left my $10 enchiladas behind and just made a better marg from home. This place has changed, just a heads up.......

This place has authentic Mexican food! It has flavor and the serving sizes are fairly large. The atmosphere could be improved by more music or lighting but overall the place is nice inside! It smelled incredible when we walked in and our food was hot and fresh. I ordered squash enchiladas and they were amazing! Their tea tastes fresh and as you can tell, I’d recommend this place. I will go back - and thanks for your great service, Alex!

Beautiful atmosphere and food was average at best. Very bland. Went in for a late lunch and we we're the only customers eating. Several white trash customers at the bar talking loud and must have been over served. We could hear them across the entire restaurant. Sad, this is in a nice area of Keller and you do not normally see this behavior. The management should have stepped in and done their job. If you are a Mexican food restaurant, why can't you have decent hot sauce for the chips. It was garlic catchup.

Superb Mexican Restaurant ….. I had an early dinner today with my Sister. This was the 1st time to dine here in several years for both of us. The WHOLE experience was Amazing ! We both had #21…1 Chicken Enchilada, 1 Cheese Enchilada, 1 Beef Enchilada with beans / rice and guacamole. The portions were Very plentiful, the food was Very hot and Very tasteful. Our waiter was impeccable ! He exceeded our expectations. I recommend this Mexican Restaurant to anyone looking for a Great meal and Great service.

  • Ona Agori-Iwe

Amazing hopefully not hidden gem. The food was really good and the Margaritas are the best I've had in Texas. The vibe is very chill and family oriented. If I was local I'd be a regular lol. So many options and the drinks are really good I prefer frozen Margaritas. Oh and watch out they don't skimp on the alcohol. That's to say I'm 6'4 but 2 Margaritas are my limit. Too legit of a place so if you in town stop by. I always stop by when I'm in town. The pic below is the nachos I had as an appetizer.

This is going to my new go to for Mexican food cravings! I took my 5 yo son. We both loved it. And he is a tough critic! My only advice would be to improve the refried beans. They were just average. There is also a more cantina type area for adults to gather. I tried the house margarita frozen. Very good. I cant wait to go back to try their multiple margarita flavors!

Great food and service for a small place! First time here meeting friends. We came with a group of almost 20 total and we didn't need for anything. According to my wife, the margaritas were strong and the drinks and her food tasted great. I was impressed how good the food was. Taste, texture and quality were top notch! This is a place we will frequent in the future if you want a great meal without all of the big restaurant waiting, lack of service and sub par issues that arise from being too big!

  • Jonathan Phillips

We’ve been going to Martha’s for several years now (even before Covid). The margaritas are still some of the strongest, yet good tasting as they come. The staff has definitely turned over and there’s lots of new faces. Unfortunately, the service isn’t what it used to be when the owners were always there. The food has never been “great” but it’s definitely good. There were a few areas of the restaurant that needed repair as well. Sad to say Martha’s isn’t a favorite of ours anymore.

  • Vashhy

Went here for lunch with a friend and loved it so much I came back again on my own.. The chips and salsa are delicious and the queso here is divine I got the Danny's Brisket Tacos and just omg Words do not describe how much I love this place! Only downside is there isn't a location near where I live so I have to go a little out of the way for it but.. Overall 15/10! Will definitely be going again whenever I'm nearby

Tasty ancho poblano sauce on a grilled chicken breast was absolutely delicious. The fajita salad was meh. The waitperson was attentive. The salsa was fresh, and the chips crispy. The place was quite slammed for Cinco de Mayo, so we'll forgive the restaurant's disheveled appearance that night.

Great service, pretty good food. Had the three enchilada dish, #21. The queso enchilada was great the cheese sauce one was pretty good, the one with the red sauce was unfortunately not good at all. It is what I always call the “throw away” enchilada. You know, the enchilada put on a plate with the main part of the dish as more of a garnish than anything. That was it. Other than that the experience was good. As I said, great service, very prompt and attentive.

Great staff, good food great service. Went for a birthday for an 11 year old and they pulled out all the stops to make it special for her. We brought cake but they still gave us complimentary sopapillas. We gave them some cookie cake and they each made it a point to come and thank us. Service alone was worth the visit.

All the wait staff was nice, and the manager made a point of cleaning the table in front of us to free up his waiter and I appreciated everybody working together. Ultimately the food just wasn't that great. It was Bland and one note and somewhat lacking in portion size. Probably not somewhere we would return.

Used to love this place. Feel like its worse each time i go. Had to find someone to seat us at lunch time but they were not that busy. Beer wasnt really cold. Carne guisada was good but beans were cold. Out of avocados so they couldnt do tableside guac. Took my son for the first time and very disappointed.

We became frequent, loyal customers when we moved to the area in 2016. Over the last couple of years quality and customer service has declined. Tonight, we are officially done with Martha’s. Disappointing take-out and horrible customer service. I have recommended this restaurant to countless people; that won’t happen again.

I was really excited to try this place based on all the good reviews. The workers here were so nice and welcoming. Ultimately I was let down by the quality of the food. I paid almost $50 (including tip).. the food tasted like it came from a can. The plates were really hot but the food was luke warm. This really was a huge let down given the reviews and how friendly the staff was. The stars are for the staff, not the food.

  • Dennis

good atmosphere though a bit dark inside. food is not necessarily photogenic, but is satisfying and will tackle the craving for Mexican without the hurt of over eating. sidenote; chips are thick compared to the almost paper thin that some restaurants have.

This was my first try and I won't be back. It started out by sitting at a table where somebody left a hair on it. Next I ordered crispy tacos. They should be renamed greasy tacos because when I picked one up the taco shell was soaked in Grease and when I leaned it over grease just poured out of the shell. Next the Mexican rice was too dry to eat. Come on now isn't that just basic Mexican food that should be done right.

  • Carolyn B Melby

All the employees, servers were wonderful! Had a chicken salad...was delicious. Great experience and their new bar area...looks beautiful. Their remodeling is still in progress and yet...you wouldn't really know...no interrupted service! Nice job and recommend eating here. Alot of locals eat here often.

I hate writing this review because we've gone to Martha's for many years but the service has really fallen off and just today we ordered a 32 ounce salsa that cost $10.00! and a bowl of queso that was $7 and was given a tiny bag of chips to go with. Do better. Not sure what's happened over there but we will not be going back anytime soon.

I had the Jade's combination on the appetizer it was really good. The staff was kind, courteous and helpful. On top of their game. Two of my friends had different margaritas they really enjoyed and another had a michelada beer who said it was the best she ever had. For mexican food and drinks this is a place where I definitely will return to next time I'm Texas. This is the best mexican food I've had in this area.

  • Houy Yang

Food/ pricing was decent. I had the steak, they cooked it perfect but the quality wasn't expected. My husband ordered the beef fajitas, which was tasty. Their rice and beans were really good. Id go back and try something else, I just wouldnt order the steak again. Service was good at first, then we waited around for 15 mins for our check, he was just hanging in the back chatting. I'd give this place another try.

  • Jeremy moore

Great food.. great sweet tea and economic prices. Service was good - food took a little longer considering the time of day (2pm on a Sunday) but overall was a pleasant experience. Cozy and dark environment - definitely a hidden gem among Mexican restaurants. Salsa had a little more cilantro than I typically like but it wasn’t bad.

Martha's is my go to Mexican restaurant. They're super good and are family owned. I have known the owner for about 20 years she is still the same sweet woman to this day! The food is always fresh and delicious. There's not anything on the menu that's not good in my opinion, and whatever you do make sure you get chips and salsa to go because you will crave them later that night....or at least I do lol!

  • angela mcmillan

I came for lunch and I had to say the food was a serious disappointment. I do not know who made my Chili Relleno but it was made so incredibly wrong. It was more of an omelet with pepper inside covered with a cheese sauce that tasted like the cheese from school cafeterias. My taquitos were stale and too hard to even eat. I will never come again.

Our first and last time there. Chicken was very dry, rice, beans and chips good. Hosts was very nice treating us good. The people that got seated after us got waited on fast. When their food came out we just got waited on. They messed up my husband 's order. Thanks but no thanks not going back. Would have gave no stars.

Pretty average tex-mex restaurant. I ate the beef fajitas, nothing particularly stood out as being better or different than other places. Menus were visibly soiled, there seemed to be no change to the seating layout to promote distance between tables, and the food took a long time to come out when the kitchen didn't appear to be too busy. Overall I wouldn't recommend if you have other options.

  • Jason Ferguson

Good food. Salsa was good but wish it was a little more spicy. Had a hometown feel to the restaurant which was nice. I had the chicken enchiladas and wished they were a little larger. Tasted great though. Refried beans were good especially with some sour cream and salsa mixed in. My mother had a chili relleno and it was large. Overall I would come back again. Prices were reasonable.

To start the wait to be seated was prompt, the service provided by our sever Jose was fantastic ! He knew what to suggest and we enjoyed the food especially the brisket queso and margaritas the food was good too, ordered the fajitas. Now the margaritas ....they are exactly how everyone suggested ...really good! Our family enjoyed the food and drinks will definitely come back.

It’s trying times for budgets and living. It’s a luxury to go out enjoy yourself once in awhile and it’s tragic when I place like this tries to take advantage of you. If you make a mistake, fix it. Resolve it. What’s hurting your company so bad that you feel the need to steal from customers? If you want your card charged twice for $88 bucks enjoy!!!!!

It was smaller than I expected so there was a bit of a wait at 8pm on Friday night but that speaks to how good everything was. Drinks, food, service. All really good. I'd definitely be back. It was too noisy for a nice date but just right for a girls night or casual dinner and the patio and bar were a tight fit but the booth we ended up in was roomy and comfortable.

  • Dolores August

We just moved to the area and decided to give this restaurant a shot. So glad we did! The food was delicious (brisket quesadilla was yummy) and they treated us like royalty. The owner really wanted to make sure we had a good experience and all of the staff, including the general manager, were so friendly and accommodating. We're going to make this our regular spot!

  • Daniel Hughes (LordValkedu)

Went there with a friend for dinner. Food was great. Our serve at first seemed like we were bothering him but I think he was having a bad day. Once we started talking to him he seemed to cheer up and smile more...got a laugh too! I wont fault the server for anything. Honestly he still took good care of us. I would go back again when the opportunity presents itself.

Tasty quesadilla and fajitas dinners. Generous margaritas that were not skimpy on tequila! The personable servers and wait staff were awesome. Our table of 5 were well attended throughout our meal, and we never had to search for a waiter to ask for anything, as they anticipated our needs beforehand. A great evening was had by all. Will definitely be back!

Love Martha's food. Consistently delicious, plus the hospitality and atmosphere are always great. Great chips and salsa, great chicken enchiladas, great fajitas, basically good everything. In 20+ years of eating at Martha's multiple restaurants I've never been disappointed ever. If you've never eaten here, do yourself a favor and go asap!

The place is small, but the food was delicious and the drinks were soo good. The menu is so big and has alot of different drinks, foods, dessert! The wait was only about 30 minutes, but once seated it was all fast. The waiter gave us suggestions on drinks and food and they were all great choices. Definitely worth coming!

  • Jerry Scripter

This place has amazing food. I have never had a bad meal here, period. The Margaritas are usually on point, I would say the last nine times out of ten my Margarita was just the way I like it, not some sugary lime water. The food prices are very fair, the margaritas are in line with other similar restaurants in the area..

  • Colin Knowles

Went here with my elderly grandfather. Our waitress, whose name I believe was Rebecca, was very accommodating and helpful when it came to my grandfather. She was quick to refill our drinks and let us know about the daily special, which my grandfather in turn ordered. Great service, great food. Will definitely be back!

  • Colin Hodges

Martha’s is fantastic, nothing more to say. The food is great and the margaritas are strong. My family loves this place and they were a saving grace during the peak of the pandemic with their great take-out service. All their workers always have smiles on their faces and are happy to make your meal great.

  • Mirna Thompson

I go here for drinks often, the margaritas are amazing! I ate once here last year and loved it, instant favorite with authentic mexican flavors. Just went back for the same dishes we fell in love with and this time the food was mediocre at best. Margaritas were still great! Will go back to drink soon.

The salsa was ok, the bean tostada was ok, the margaritas were good. The bartender we ordered from told me the tostada had queso fresco but it was actually shredded cheese, some type of yellow and white blend. She also obviously didn't want to be there but stilled smiled.

Really wanted to love the place. The drinks (Coco margarita and blue moon beerita) were good, not the strongest and prices were on the high side, in line with restaurants around the area. The free chips and salsa were good. Now, neither did

Very disappointed. While I understand that being understaffed impacts overall service it truly becomes critical to properly gauge how long customers will need to wait. Quoting 20 to 40 minutes and still not being close to being sat 1 hour
