I was very disappointed with what I got. I wish my food looked a little like the picture, but I guess you can't always get what you want. And on this day I went to the plaza just to be able to stop and grab something from Wendy's. Only fast food burger chain that has not disappointed, regardless of location is Whataburger.

The service was much better this time around. The first time I went was when they first opened. The guy accused me of raising my voice and being loud with him. He charged me for two drinks which he didn't give to me. I sent a complaint on their website and NO ONE responded back. I decided my visits would be very limited.

Went in to get a lettuce wrapped burger after standing at the counter being looked at by employees for 5 minutes they told me the only drive-thru which could get orders taken not walking inside when I went to the drive-thru there was only two cars ahead of me I waited almost 15 minutes to get one lettuce wrapped Burger

The parking lot is an obstacle course. Whatever direction you go, you have to watch out for bicycles, pedestrians, homeless people with or without dogs, and line after line of cars blocking your path. You end up feeling like you are in one of those parking lot video games.
