The worst buses to use, I travelled last week, I booked 6:30pm bus where they advised me to be there by 5pm which I arrived at 4:50pm only to find the bus has gone on the other side, so I had to get myself extra costs to catch the bus,there was again a passenger to be picked on the way, he was there waved but they left him and after realising what they did they called the bus behind to pick him, at the booking office no customer care at all, in those buses they have nasty language on passengers, coming back I said I give it a benefit of doubt, we were supposed to board at nairobi at 7:30pm we left from nairobi at 9:30pm,no apologies, no nothing only to arrive at kampala at 4pm,again they removed all our bags to their one of the offices and when we reached at CBD,they told us that the bags were on the upper office we refused to go under other costs and waited with no apologies again upto 6pm to get our bags,what is the use of the tags they put on the bags if they can't tell a passenger still sitting the bag should not be moved out...it was my first and last travel with the bus...it was a referral bus by a friend I never knew she meant the worst and its through experience.

Sent someone to buy tickets for two friends, headed to Nairobi February 28th 2018, the time was not understood, and we had no knowledge that there were no day buses for Nairobi from Kampala, my friends have a strict policy from their employer against travelling at night. now getting a refund for the tickets is proving to be quite the project, its not a lot of money but sure tickets issued in the space of two hours could be refunded if they wont be used. I made suggestion to at least have them reissued for 10th since me and my wife will be headed to Nairobi, and same thing, spoke to someone from 'Head office' in Mombasa and, same arrogance and a total lack of interest to help was what i gathered from a short conversation. With this behavior i would never recommend anyone to use the service doesn't matter how good the service may be when you steal from people, this behavior should never be tolerated. It is in fact someone can run around 'terms and conditions' decent human behavior in the service industry is to be flexible and what happened had no understanding or flexibility at all

They don't keep time especially the trip from Kampala to Nairobi. I have travelled twice with them on my first trip from kAmpala to Nairobi the 6pm bus left 30 minutes late. On my second trip I booked the mash cool bus VIP sit but instead they brought an old bus that goes to Kigali with no air conditioning to take us instead of the usual bus. Making matters worse we left 56 minutes latefrom the usual 6pm They didn't have the decency to communicate yet when you are booking the first thing ur asked is ur phone number. They need to style up asap.

The bus stop is private for Mash Bus. The office is basic but with an ok space to wait. There is an exchange service right beside them also. Mash bus is air conditioned and relatively comfortable. There is no Wifi onboard. The journey to Nairobi started on time at 18:30 and arrived next day morning at 10:00 a.m with 1 hour stop at Kenya Busia border. The drive overall was good. However the part of the road in Kenya was very bumpy and slow. We had a stop in Jinja, Borders and another stop 6 hrs from the borders.

Even before I could get chance to experience the services my friends so greatly talked about I had to encounter a very rude arrogant lady at their dewinton offices she is light skinned I guess the one in charge of people booking and she did tell me what I wanted to know but she had to make every bit of the explanation painfully rude. Kindly change this lady we all have bad days but you dont go around irritating the rest just cause your day was bad

I took the night bus from Kampala to Nairobi. The bus left exactly on time and the driver was good. I paid a bit extra for a business class seat which was more comfortable. There are also VIP seats which almost fully recline which I would recommend if you want to sleep through the 14 hour drive.

Worst travel experience ever, the driver has no sense of time consciousness at all, reached busia at 4am, two hours later we were all seated in the bus but no movement. A 5pm departure from Nairobi set off at 615pm and 12hours later we are just at the border

The bus from kampala to mbarara a mess because of their ever changing fares. Passengers to mbarara were paying 15k but towards fill-up time, this was increased to 20k.....just like that. I dont have any reason to travel with such scrupulous people

Worst experience! Your bus stop isn't as indicated online, the bus arrived late after one hour from the time communicated at the time of booking, the supposed to be VIP has bugs and this actually makes your bus company Mess POA!

I liked the fact that I could charge my fone battery to and from Nairobi while on the bus. Turns out I didn't need my powerbank after all. It was a smooth ride to and from. Journey mercies to all future Mash Poa users.

Terrible customer service I book a bus then I get there and tell me the bus is not coming and i have to be on a later bus and they didn't give me a good seat or a full refund. Would not recommend to anyone again.

Went over to receive a package from Nairobi. The package had been ripped open and vandalized. The staff on site weren't bothered and quickly lost interest in helping me. They didn't even notice me leaving.

This bus company has the highest travel fares to the West, yet the worst travel experience. From my experience, i advice anybody planning to travel far west to travel with Jaguar.

Very bad service no body responsible no one picked phone to give update till 4 four days im not getting my cargo boxes in Nairobi and i paid double payment for each box

Averagely Good if you don't encounter a problem or challenge. There is no proper system to report, correct or compensate a customer if he is inconvenienced or cheated.

Your services a becoming bad everyday, I book vip 24 Friday Feb .only to find you changed bus without notice .shame on you wicked people

Bus always leaves at the exact time it is supposed to, minimal stops ( necessary ones) and comfortable, Constant AC.

I only put one star coz there is no zero Mash powa is the worst bus and I advice you to stay far far away from it

So loud music the whole way! Though requested the driver so many times please decrease the volume, but hopeless!

Whenever you make stops please do check if all passengers have boarded back before you randomly take off.
