Soooo I threw the keys into my safe thinking it wouldn’t lock on it’s own...and surprise surprise it did. I know, amateur move. I messaged a different locksmith company and also allowed yelp to mass send my message to other locksmiths as well. 4 other locksmiths messaged me back saying they couldn’t help me with my safe..to be honest I was feeling a bit defeated. Thankfully Johnathan messaged me, we set up a day and time. I met Johnathan in the lobby..I could tell he knew his stuff, he was lugging a whole bunch of tools..great sign! Immediately he started working on my safe, I offered him water set it down, I sat down and he was done...literally. It took more time for us to walk to my apartment than it did for him to open my safe!! It was like magic? Definitely recommend him! Last weekend my front door lock stopped functioning. It simply wouldn’t open or close. I called Master Locksmith, it was after 9 pm on a Sunday. They sent someone over within half an hour, he looked at the type of lock I had and told me it’s a special order lock that he will try his best to get it the following day. I asked how would I lock my door since it wasn’t functioning. He calmed me down and told me not to worry and did something from inside the box that locked the door. The next day, Monday he came at 10 am and replaced the entire lock including the casing. He had gone to several of his suppliers in order to find the same lock system I have. I was very grateful for his efforts and the service.

I had to have a custom deadbolt installed on a set of very old non-standard french doors. Several other companies told me they couldn't do the job and gave me the runaround for several weeks. I'm a carpenter, and decided to have all my doors and knobsets on my house, re-keyed. So, I just googled who was a best rated locksmith in my area and landed up choosing Master Locksmith. My project involved replacement of indoor /outdoor locks and repair of indoor looks . It was a long overdue project . My wife found Jonathan with 24 Hr Emergency Service locksmith. I was pleasantly surprised and very satisfied with how quickly Jonathan responded. He identified the problem and completed the work in a very short period of time . All of the locks worked perfectly . I am very happy with his work and would recommend Jonathan to my friends and family .

Scammed. Called after hours(9pm)for a quote and he said “$29 to come out and it could be low as $80 and highest $120. After the service, he asked for almost $500 and telling me it’s a good deal because this is considered emergency. It is so upsetting because I even said to him I’m trying get quote because if it’s like $500 we can’t afford it and we need to seek other options and he laughed and said no and assured me it will be somewhere between $80-120.

I looked for a cheap locksmith near me to get me and my kids back in the house after I broke the key and was locked out and all the locksmith near me wanted to charge more than I could afford. At last I found this 24 hour locksmith to come by and he really did a good job manipulating our lock open without drilling it and over charging us like previous experiences we've had.
