Bought my first carbon road bike from here and it has been a fantastic experience. The team is really supportive and there is real "after sales" support as well. To put this in perspective, I bought my previous bike from a reputed bicycle chain, which has branches across India in every major city. The bike had multiple issues, including a potential safety hazard, but I received no support from them in resolving these and had to spend more money to get it sorted out elsewhere. With Mastermind, you know that there is someone you can rely on for support. I am based in Bangalore and the bike was assembled and sent to me by courier. However, every small question and clarification was provided promptly. I had a minor accident on my second or third ride - and the team from Mastermind, including Mukund himself, followed up multiple times to make sure that I was OK, if the bike had sustained any damage (it had not!) and how they could help. When you spend the kind of money needed to buy high end carbon fibre road bikes, it is very reassuring to know that the team is there to support you and help you when needed. Highly recommended. Update: Very good support at all times. From shipping me a replacement seatpost wedge within hours so I wouldn't miss an event, to sending me replacement headset bearings within 30 mins - their support has always been exceptional.

The ambiance over here is awesome for a cyclist. It is like a cycling paradise. The people working over there have great knowledge and are very helpful. If you are going there keep a good cash reserve because the products over there are branded and costly but don’t think of them as waste of money think it as an investment which you are making because these costlier and branded products go through a series of testing which help them to be long lasting and can work for years and years instead of this if you go for a cheaper option they 99% of the time work for only 6 to 7 months sometimes there are exceptions but you can’t be always lucky . The products they keep there are costly but long lasting one. While buying a cycle ask whatever doubts you have they will tell you the correct answers. I also went to there toilet because nature was calling me but when I saw the handle there were pedals kept as a handle to open and close the door. It was first time I saw something like that. If you want any cycling products or want to buy a new cycle I will undoubtedly recommend you this place. Because whatever they have are of very good quality .

I recently serviced my bike at MasterMind Bicycle Studio Mulund under senior technician Bheem. I must say he did a good job am I am totally impressed with his work. He is very passionate and will listen to the issues and are facing with your bike and will fix it in not time. He has years of work experience and also I was recommended Bheem’s name by my cycling friends who already gets there bike serviced from Bheem and are totally happy. I know Mastermind since 2016, when I was looking for my first bike. It was already a renowned place for complete cycling solutions, along with an impressive collection of only the best, high end, and imported bikes among randonneurs and traithlon enthusiasts. Finally in 2020, when my wife and I wanted to buy a Merida MTB, we decided to go with Mastermind. Although, their focus is currently on road bikes solutions, they helped us out on our MTB quest. Purely on the basis of my previous visit to their store and a few more acquaintances with Mukund, they gave us an unbeatable deal and guided my wife on choosing the perfect fit. Mukund, his sister, Vaibhav and the cycle doctor Lal made us feel really proud while delivering the Merida. It's a must-visit store on this side of the town, if you want a serious solution for your biking needs. Currently they are on an expansion spree with new stores opening up at Bengaluru, Gurugram, Surat, and Ahemdabad.

I was on a two day trip to Mumbai and went to mastermind bikes to have a look at their bikes. My intention to buy one was low, though i hav been i search of a good road bike for long time. I met Mr Vaibhav, who explained to me abt ther collection. The factor o2 frame was mind blowing and he helped with proper bike sizing. The ceramic speed bb , the mavic wheel set , and 105 groupset with mechanical disc on this frame was mind blowing especially at the price they offered. They shipped it my place ( Calicut, Kerala) via Fedex n my bike reached me safely. They helped with bike registration at factor site as well. I wud recommend them to anyone who are looking for a good road bike n my experience with them is definitely a 5 star Once u visit them, u ll understand why they hav so many 5stars

You may buy any bike from anywhere.. However, buying a bike from MasterMind is an EXPERIENCE!! I have been fortunate enough to visit some of the renowned bike outlets in different countries - Singapore, Germany, UK, HK, Mauritious and Dubai. Trust me, there was not even one place where someone had the patience & passion to suggest the right product as per my needs.. Everyone was just trying to pitch their costliest bike and accesorries.. Thats when I postponed my decision to buy one after sometime.. Later, when I visited MasterMind, I was amazed to get a feel of a trainer bike and get mind boggling choices of colours and brands in MY budget.. Whether it's knowingly or unknowingly, they sell wrong sized road bike to consumers. Usually it's oversized. Anyone with basic knowledge of bikes would find it evident in their Instagram profile, where there are images of bikes they sell to respective customers. I have tried hard to get across to them but to little effect. I think we should sell right sized bikes to all consumers or put more of an active effort in it nevermind consumers who spend 3/4 Lakhs plus on a bike. The rest of the store, their marketplace technicians are all great. But they have suggested oversized bikes on too many occasions for me to have not posted this review. And sizing is very sensitive when it comes to road bikes.

I have been shopping there since its inception in 2014; over the years, the quality of service has consistently remained first-class, as has the product range. A personal experience was way back in 2017 when my wife, a non-cyclist, wanted to buy me a gift for our first anniversary; the founder Mukund patiently advised her on the options and personally delivered the facility to our house. Mastermind Bicycle studio is one of the best there is in Mumbai. They have some exquisite collections of Pinarello, Ceepo and Factor bikes and other high end cycles. Apart from this, they also have high end equipments which are much beneficial for professional riders. The best part about the studio is also its customer services and the people involved in sales. I was guided by Mr. Parth Deshmukh who quite efficiently showed me around the studio and provided me with the equipments that catered to my needs. Got my bike fit done by Vaibhav from Mastermind. Good methodical approach to the fit. Solved a lot of my bike issues. Currently don’t know anyone else who can perform a similar bike fit in Mumbai. They have a good collection of road bikes and Tri bikes too. Colango, Ceepo, Factor, QR. They are official dealers for Merida. Other bikes are imported. Good collection of cycling accessories. The shop is on 5th floor. Don’t worry you can take your cycle in the lift. The lift is big and fits the cycle easily. There is parking for customers also. Overall a good bike shop for serious road bike cyclists

its September 2023. The food here has changed so much and it seems the chef/staff doesn't care much for the service. Had a blueberry cheesecake but the blue berry compote was stale and tasted very bad. Had to return the cheese cake. Ordered truffle fries but it seemed the oil wasnt changed in so long. the fris had black black burnt particles that are left after using the oil too much. The pizza wasn't made with love and car and was just oit together for the sake of it. I loved this place so much but it seems it isnt being managed well. I do hope it gets back to how it was before!

A day well spent at MasterMind bicycle studio If you are looking for premium accessories for your bike ( and by bike, I mean bicycle), this is the place. I can spend an entire day here just looking at all the bikes , the helmets, the accessories, that they have on display. Got my bike fitted to my size. I wanted to get my bike fit done which was backed by some theory. I was so impressed that this session was backed by science. Pankaj and Parth were super knowledgeable. It was a day of learning something new.

One of the best shop I have visited till date. Everyone from the owner to the last guy in the shop is very customer focused and always there to help the customers with their needs. My favourite shop. Their AMC for the maintenance is one of the best in the city and I would recommend people to enrol for the same if they want to keep their bike nice. My purchase experience was awesome. Hey Vaibhav… Amazzzziiing. I am so so pleased with the service I got this time around. You and Bhim have done a fab job. Saying so, because, there seems to be something set right about my 5 year old bike; the cross chaining noise is no more there no matter from which chainring I shift to any of my cogwheel - smallest or biggest. Also the shifting is super smooth and as good as new. Can feel the acceleration, efficient climbing from this old lady of mine. Thanks a lot

I was not in town i reached home after 4 day and checked the product which was not what i ordered then only i will intimate to seller. Any other websites weather india or abroad give a week time. For exchange or refund.

The staff is very good as they have done the basic service of my bycycle xc900 cradiac - and after the service the cycle is running smooth then the previous - the cost of service is bit high as they are brands but all that matter is service they provide is excellent - as I am even working with well known brand which is high in costing - so can understand there management - so the rating is 5 star.

The good folks at Mastermind hooked me up with a Ceepo Stinger. They are very professional and did an excellent job with the bike fitting. Other than a bookstore, this is perhaps the only Store I look forward to visiting. 99% of my bike/cycling related purchases have happened here and I will keep going back. And why not? I went with a broken pedal arm.....that particular model pedal arm was not in stock.... generally no bike shop keeps the stock....but to my surprise...they checked with other buke shops in Mumbai..and got it and problem fixed within 24 hours......I was needing the bike immediately for my morning rides....which I got it.... thanks Lal.... thanks mastermind...

Not only did they give me options in the budget one chooses but they are constantly in touch with you till delivery. When you take delivery, they will assist you with everything required. I've recently purchased an assos bip short and the experience is way better than cyclop or bots. It came with proper washing guide and how to take care of it pre and post ride, which wasn't present with castelli endurance 3 bip which i purchased from bots. Looking forward to purchase more stuff from them online.
