Cricket - not working Bowling - they took money through card from us in advance. Their machine stopped working. Made us wait for 50 mins. And then told us that it will take time for the machine to be repaired. When we asked for a refund, they said only cash can be given as refund. I then requested an online transfer only as the payment was done online. They routed me to the "manager" and he had no manners of talking to customers. He said - "nasamjhon wali bachchon jaisi baat kar rahe ho". If you value your time, you should not go there. Also, all their employees looked so dull and uninterested. At an arcade for kids, they should at least hire mannered people and energetic and positive employees.

They offer few mins of bumper car ride if you follow/subscribe mastizone on social media and give give stars on Google. I believed the guy there and hand over my mobile for posting review. Later on i was shocked to see that he opened and posted on my Facebook and also he opened my WhatsApp and put a status. I got to know this some time later. Pathetic behaviour from the gamezone employee.

Pathetic service,rude and misbehaving person at the bowling alley, bowling board not working properly,and they just behave like that we don't know how to play,not have proper shoes sizes for females.And won't accept their mistake will just say take ur money back without any manners and etiquettes.Always check when they swipe ur game cards.

Very bad experience they tell us to give good reviews to their mastiii zone , follow them on YouTube, Facebook so that we can play the bump cars for free but it only lasts 3 minutes which I think is not worth it. I came along with my friends and was utterly disappointed.

There is an amazing play area for children for a physical play. The ball pit, slides and trampoline are the best. The balance beam, rockabye horses and overall set up could be better. The play time is 30 minutes. Worth exploring!!!

It's small fun place. I wish they add few more things along with good music/songs for kids. This place need a bit of a makeover. The price is 200 per half an hour which is high considering how small the place is.

I have had a exciting time here but the problem is constant pestering of workers there ... They will force you to subscribe and give ratings ... That part was irritating for me .. won't recommend

Best place here I experienced vr but according to my opinion it is costly because we were three people per person 200 for vr in just one game our card limit exceeded 3 floor is best florr in lulu
