They’ve gained a customer!! I called the shop and Paul answered. I explained to him that my tire valve popped out after having air put in it since I found my tire flat after getting off at work. I explained that I worked at Mayo on San Pablo, I had just moved to Jax in December, I knew no one here AND I lived far west Jacksonville near Normandy and Chaffee. He gave me some local towing company numbers and agreed to stay AFTER HOURS so that he can fix my vehicle. I made it to his shop and didn’t get done until 8pm!!! (Mind you I got off of work at 4pm) Now there were some struggles because he had no help! He sent the rest of the staff home. I have a Chevy Tahoe and I had deep tires on 22 inch rims (heavy). Wen I went to pay for the hard work he put in he told me he wasn’t charging me!!!!! I’m so grateful to him and the shop. I’ve never met Paul before this incident but he absolutely changed my life!!! Thank you so much because of you I was able to make it home to my kids and work the next day because I was STRANDED!! (This isn’t Paul in the photo it’s security at my job trying to put in air in my tire before the valve dislodged)

I wish I could give Mavis (Beach blvd location) zero stars and that would still be over rating - this was by far the absolute worst experience I have ever had. The establishment is completely unprofessional - I made an appointment TWICE for a simple alignment and each time I was told to come back at a later date. They clearly do not operate towards client service - they want you to accommodate for them! The employees are also rude, and condescending, and are complete amateurs. Once my “service” was finally complete (after multiple reschedules by them) my truck felt worse than when I brought it in. I called to ask them to check it out and they refused so I took it right next door to Midas, which was the best decision. I asked them for a full diagnostic and all the work I paid Mavis for, was flagged as needing work. The Midas employees showed me in-person, real-time as they evaluated my truck - which I appreciated. I will NEVER do business again with Mavis.

Worse Service Ever. I dropped my car off yesterday afternoon and was told I could get my car completed the same day. They then told me 3 hours later that they wouldn't be able to get it done until the next day and that they will be able to "at least" look at it on the lift, completely understandable. I then show up the next day 2 hours after they opened (10AM) and my car was in its same location, completely unlocked all night. If I hadn't spoke up and asked "Why is my car still not on the lift yet? I've been here since yesterday." it would still probably be in the same location in the parking lot. I literally sat here and watch 15 people walk in and got their cars fixed before me. It is now another 3 hours later, almost 4, and my car is on the lift, but not a single soul has even looked at/touched my car yet for the past few hours. At this point, just give me the tools, I can take care of it myself.

I had gotten a screw in my tire and my dad recommended I take my car here. While they were repairing my tire, they found that my brake pads were almost nearly completely worn out. They had called me and asked if I wanted to come in person to see it, and even took pictures of them and showed me when I got there as I wasn't nearby during the call. They never made me feel pressured or like they were just trying to rip me off like other auto repair places I've been to. So now I had to replace all four brake pads and rotors, on top of my tire repair. This team was not only extremely helpful and kind to repair my tire for free, but also offered me a generous discount on having all those repairs for my brakes. They even did a brake fluid exchange for free as it became an issue during the repair. I cannot thank the mechanics enough, and I will definitely be back for any auto problems in the future.

I’ve have various things that I’ve taken to Mavis over the years, a brake job here and there when I got lazy. I’ll be honest I usually chose them out of convenience, they happened to be close by, and I’ve had fine experiences every time, no problems, nice customer service but all that changed today. Paul and his team earned a Mavis customer for life today. I won’t go into details about all of the service they provided, but it exceeded expectations by a landslide. Most pleasant experience I’ve ever had dealing with a shop of ANY kind. I look forward to giving my business to this local Mavis in the future. Outstanding job from the management down to the shop members.

Doug and Cory helped me with a tire stem valve issue I had on my jeep. I had just recently brought it to another mechanic who supposedly replaced the stem valve 3 weeks prior. And come to find out he replaced it with another faulty stem valve. At midnight last night I was stuck at a gas station with a flat tire and nothing open. I had to have my car towed a mile down the road to Mavis. I booked an appointment online that night and the next morning an hour later it was fixed and complety free. Mavis tire will forever have my business and my families business. Thank you guys I really appreciate all your help!! Great customer service.

These guys are the absolute Best! Had appointment at 10am got there, and they took care of our tire. We actually had an appointment with Tire Plus on Atlantic Blvd last Friday took my car in and it sat in their parking lot for 3 1/2 hours when I got there to pick up my car they hadn't touched it! I was very upset! So I left and we found Mavis! We didn't know there was a Mavis in Jacksonville, so very Thankful we found them, made me smile, because they took us in at our Appointment time and Fixed my tire! THANK GOD! I have been coming to this location for 3 years now. The staff is always cooperative and customer service centered. Today there was a slight mix up in the system because I had changed the tags on my vehicle. Although Clay, the asst manager, wasn’t familiar with me as a customer. He was kind enough to listen to what I had to say and took extra time to look into the computer system they use to ensure he was taking care of me as a customer. I noticed it was a busy time and every bay was filled. I appreciated Clay’s customer service and how he handled my situation.

I came in on a Sunday, frantic to get my car fixed. Abraham, along with the rest of the staff at the Beach Blvd Mavis location were kind, accommodating, and worked quickly to get my issue fixed. The store was clean, and the staff was efficient. Got my car fixed quickly and without fuss. I'll definitely be back the next time I have an issue with my vehicle. I have an hour long commute for work, and was in an absolute pinch to get my car fixed. I was concerned about having to get a rental. They put my mind at ease and got me in and out.

It’s a Sunday and I find a nail in my tire my tire placed is closed. Recommended by a friend to go to Mavis. I called the office spoke with Doug and he said come on in. Even though had to wait a little bit, Doug got me in and out of there less than 2 hours. Doug and other Staff were extremely awesome and did a full overview of my tires. I can’t thank enough for helping me today. Highly recommended for great customer service and I will definitely be back again and inform others who need a weekend service.

I called them when they were busy today but i hadn’t had an oil change in 2 years and let them know i had some problems occurring and they kindly squeezed me in to get that taken care of! i couldn’t be more appreciative for these people! I had 4 new tires placed as well as evaluation for an alignment (which I was not charged for because I did not actually need). I was taken care of exceptionally by the manager when a few unexpected hiccups occurred. The manager took accountability and went above and beyond to make it right. Will definitely be coming back and I recommend that you take your vehicle here as well. Nice to know that there are still businesses that strive for honesty AND quality services.

Clay and Joesph were extremely helpful. I didn’t have an appointment and came in needing a quick fix. They squeezed me in their busy day and got me in and out in less than an hour. I also have a big dually truck, other tire shops didn’t have a jack big enough to lift it but these guys had the right tools to lift it up and fix my tire. I’ll never go anywhere else to get my tires changed.

So I went to Mavis and the service tech Lyle pulled the nail out and told me it didn't put a hole in my tire it was to small. He was honest he could have had me spend hundreds on a tire. Anthony was awesome!!! My daughter got a flat and was on the side of the road. I took the tire off and was looking for a shop to plug the tire. I called Discount and Goodyear right down the street and they said it would be 1-1/2 to 2hr wait. My daughter can’t sit on the side of the road for that long. Anthony took care of it immediately! The guys at the shop made my Christmas Eve. I woke up on Christmas Eve to discovery I had a flat tire. I was scared I would end up on the side of the road, but the gentlemen at the shop took my car right away with amazing attitudes and tons of help. This is my all time favorite Mavis to go to. They are super nice and accommodating. I ran over a nail and they did whatever magic they do and didn’t charge me. This is what makes a repeat customer. Fantastic team working to make sure the customer has a clear & concise understanding of maintenance. When I was driving a ran over an object in the road and after I parked at Mavis I found I had a nail in my tire. They fit me in and we’re able to patch my tire and send me on my way! Had a great (emergency) experience with Mavis today. After getting the run around from 3 other stores, they worked me in and resolved the issue quickly and courteously. The store manager, Paul, and the tire techs, Terry and Tony, are extremely customer focused. Not close to my home but they’ll have my future business.

These guys are amazing! Most of the places I hit up today were out of the oil my car takes, so I was expecting to not get lucky. Instead, they took care of my oil change and the leak in my tire while I waited in the building being entertained by Abraham. Everyone there is nice and the work good anytime I go in.

MY SECOND POST, YOUR STORE IS IN DIRE NEED OF REPAIR AN CLEANING. SAW A BLOODY BANDAID ON THE FLOOR IN THR LOUNGE, BATHROOM SMELLED BAD, COULDN'T SEE THE TV FOR THE GLARE. THE MAINTENANCE AREA IS FILTHY AND THE WORK DOESN'T FLOW PROPERLY TO MAXIMIZE PRDUCTIVITY. NO STARS FOR YOU. THE ONE STAR IS NOT WARRANTED.

Although I didn’t get the work that they recommended done, I had a wonderful experience here and everyone was so helpful and gladly showed me why they recommended the work in the first place. Would highly recommend. Shout out to Anthony for trying to help make it more financial and all my payment options.

John and Clay provided excellent service today. Very honest mechanics. I took my car in to get a patch for a screw that I found in my tire. The screw was so short that it didn’t puncture the tire, so no charge to me. This is why we have been going to Mavis for years.

Phenomenal shop, I set up an appointment at 11:30 for a leaking tire and they had me out by 12:07, didn't try to up sale me, pull any gimmicks about a new tire, they fixed it and sent me on my way, need more spots like this

Darios and luis helped me at mavis to figure out the cause of the leak and helped remove the oil filter and adapter and a free oil change. They were very nice and explained everything for me and even showed me the problem.

The guys here are super helpful and take great care of their customers. I came in as a walk in for a flat repair and they were able to get me in an out in about an hour on a super busy Saturday. I will definitely be back!!

Customer Service is good, but the workers are careless. Got a tire changed and the mechanic proceeded to get oil all over my door, steering wheel and floor. Don't come here if you have a nice car. Not a good experience.

Guys were nice to deal with but after washing my car I noticed scratches all over all 4 my wheels from alignment heads. Good to deal with if you don't care about your wheels.
