Greedy Murderers If you really care about your pet, please don't go there. After admission, these pets are not taken care of at all. I wish there was an option to not give even a single star.Theu don't deserve even a single star. We had admitted our pet Stellar for a kidney related issue. He got well after a few days. But while in the hospital, his leg started swelling. Despite our daily inquires, it was a normal thing for the hospital doctors. After some time in the afternoon, the senior doctor was ready to make his discharge plan and send him home. But the same night , we got a call from the same doctor that Stellar's leg has become rotten . Gangrene has formed in the leg and it will have to be amputated now, otherwise the infection will spread in the whole body. He did not bother to check his leg for 2-3 days. It was quite surprising for us that in the morning these people were talking about discharge and in the evening about amputation of the leg. The entire hospital staff was responsible for his condition, who did not listen to us and did not pay any attention to his leg. Despite his condition being so bad, these people delayed his operation for 3 days. Before the operation, all his reports were normal. Our pet was absolutely fine except for the leg. The time of operation was told to be 10:00 am and it was said that we were taking Stellar for operation but they did not take him to the OT room nor did they feel the need to tell us. After a long time when we went to ask, we were told that his operation will be done at 04:00 PM. The 2 hours that we used to get to meet him the whole day were also snatched away from us by these people. Shortly after taking him for operation, they told us that he had died. We could not even meet him for the last time. All our hopes were shattered in a moment. These people were only concerned about their money and when the bill would be paid. These people are murderers. The life of an animal does not matter to them. No one should go to this hospital for the treatment of their pet. My request to all of you is that you should do research and go after reading the reviews of this hospital. I could not save my dog's life but maybe someone else's pet's life can be saved.

A hospital which is grossly lacking in skills.I am myself a physician and i can admit this. They have started an antibiotic which i have asked them to upgrade. After upgradation of antibiotics his sepsis had resolved completely.A pet with a counts of 41000 with sepsis was started on ampicillin and his counts were rising.Anyways you cant teach a 5th standard solving problems of 10th standard. They called my brother to plan a discharge and in evening head Mr Bhanu called and informed that your pet has developed a gangren. This is the negligence that they didn't open the dressing and see a gangrenous limb.Last day, they didn't have that courtesy to inform that surgery is being delayed and we couldn't see our pet.Dr Bhanu ,Dr Shradha and many more such heartless physicians which i would now called as quacks. They treat your animal as animals. There may be unfathomable reasons for mishaps but team like maxvet will change it into a catastrophic event. So its my sincere request to seek for different options for your pet and if your pet is critical, dont ever visit to this hospital.I am saying this on a perspective of doctor that we lost our pet because of medical negligence. Please do seek other hospital so that they won't be able to drink any other blood and won't be able to take another innocent life. Thanks

One of the very few good veterinary hospitals in South Delhi. It's open 24×7 and the night-time emergency care comes at a reasonable fee. I have had to take two of my dogs to be seen by the veterinarians (senior as well as junior) at the hospital for different conditions over the past 2 years. I have noticed that they are well staffed, follow protocols, have a sense of work culture, have the facility of digital health records, and, in particular, take interest in counseling and patiently attending to the various queries that pet parents often have. As a doctor who cares for humans, I like the way they approach their animal patients and the caregivers. That sort of service delivery is something that's lacking even in a lot of clinical establishments meant for humans. Their high patient load (which, in a way, probably speaks of good user experience) along with ample time allocation to each clinical case may end up overstretching their human resource a bit on occassions, and also lead to increased waiting time, but in my personal opinion, it's still worth it. Veterinary care is extremely diverse and challenging in its own way. Hoping that they, at Max Vets, continue to set standards despite the odds and bring state-of-the-art care to India.

**Title: A Disappointing Experience** I recently visited Max with my small kitten for an injury, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The hospital rooms were visibly unclean, with used syringes left on the desk. What concerned me even more was the excessive dosage of medication administered to my kitten, who was only 3-4 weeks old. The injury wasn't severe, yet they prescribed a high dosage, including a deworming medication that left her vomiting excessively and significantly weakened. Two days later, we had to rush her to facility for emergency care. They conducted necessary blood tests, discontinued the previous medications, but failed to send me the promised reports via email. This lack of communication and follow-up is concerning, especially when dealing with a pet's health. I have all the bills and pictures documenting the deterioration of my kitten's health post-visit. This experience raises serious questions about the hospital's standards of cleanliness, appropriate treatment protocols, and communication with pet owners. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Max based on my distressing encounter, and I hope this feedback prompts improvements for the welfare of future patients and their owners.

Max Vet (East of Kailash) has been such a good hospital for our dog - a true blessing! This facility is very different from any other place we have been. I had taken my dog here after being misdiagnosed by my vet and he was not doing well at all. His blood work reports were at their worst. But under the treatment of Dr. Bhanu Dev, we were able to receive an extremely professional treatment. With doctors like Mr. Bhanu you can ensure that your pet is in good hands. Max Vet services have been incredible as they were very clean, professional and super loving. The recommendations they give and the sincere follow up goes such a long way and is much appreciated. Our pets are our family members and I would highly recommend this wonderful place to anyone! Thank you for all efforts and giving our dog a speedy recovery. We do not have enough words that can  express our gratitude.

Dirty, unhygienic, terrible experience, no proper waste disposal - used bloody needles lying in a plastic container (temporary dustbin) on an exam room table, what looks like bloody water in a surgical tray lying on the table, the exam table where I am supposed to place my pet was cleaned poorly - this is the room they brought me and my pet into to be examined. I am worried about what other infections she may have picked up just from being there. And they were pressuring us to have a Rs 17000 procedure the next day. Also pressured us to buy a Rs 3000 supplement which clearly does not do what the doctor said it does. They think their customers are fools. Never going here again, would not trust anything their doctors say.

  • Tanvi Mittal

It was good before, now they just want to make money. I had FHO surgery of my dog in May it costed 30,000, in July it costed 50,000. After coming back from hospital, dog was in lot of pain tried calling hospital twice but they never called back. I tried calling hospital again today and they cut the call without listening. I made a very big mistake taking my dog from haridwar to Delhi for this 1 grade hospital. They neither worry about customer nor about their pets. Worst service ever. they don't even deserve one star now, google doesn't allow negative stars. If you can spend money better go to nice hospital not this hospital.

If you are among the ones who chose only the best for yourself when it comes to healthcare, then this is the only pet clinic / hospital you should be coming to for your pet too. Caring staff, experienced doctors and a fully equipped hospital ensures you don't have to run around at multiple places to get tests done or specialised treatment done as it's all available inhouse. And yes, it's more expensive as compared to what you'll pay at the local vet, but that's only because quality comes at a price. And to me, there's no price that's too high for quality healthcare.

  • Ashish Bhati

They looks like professional, but actually they are not.. i took my dog for ct scan and FNAC test, they said the report will be delivered to ur email within 24-48 hours.. after 3 days i tried to reach out them… they were saying the doctor was on leave so report will take another day.. and my dog is critical.. they are behaving like a govt organisation.. and they even haven’t shared the FNAC report which takes one day to get from any other clinic.. i called their reception and they are saying we are busy at the moment

  • PRADEEP PANICKER

It surely is a hospital with all desired facilities for dog, cat, Avian and rabbit . I happened to visit the hospital for my cat who met with an accident. Having been diagnosed for spine broken, was sent back with an estimate for surgery and an advise to decide further. The next day, I visited my family vet doctor who could diagnose the cat for internal injuries as well - just with observation and bare hands. It is surprising that Max Vet did not conduct a full fledge investigation of my cat??!!!

  • Ayush Rana

Very bad and careless staff ... We specailly came from Dehradun for surgery but the staff is very careless and doctors too.. They dont feel any responsibility towards pet after surgery. They just left the operated part open without any dressing and it got infected and now our pet is facing too much problem and the stiteches are open now..And after that again we need to do surgery beacuse of increased infection. I just Want an strict action towards this careless vet clinic.

  • Achal Gupta

Earlier had great faith in the hospital, but now the hospital has infact started working for only money. 2 healthy cats died in 3 months, nothing done except a bare 'sorry'. No fear of law either, no response to legal notice sent. Records made available after 18 days of regular follow up, and that too prepared days after death at hospital. Inexperienced staff, and misdeeds covered up after certification and verification by senior doctor working at hospital itself.

  • Parvinder Singh

Max Vet stands out distinctly with its 24x7 availability, ensuring that our pets have access to immediate and thorough care whenever needed. The wide array of facilities provided is commendable, covering all potential needs our furry friends might have. Both the doctors and staff exhibit exemplary professionalism and kindness, making each visit a reassuring experience. A beacon of reliable and comprehensive veterinary care!

  • Nityash Solanki

One of the best pet hospital in Delhi. Doctors, nurses and other staff members are highly dedicated and committed in taking good care of pet's need. We were comforted by Doctor's (Dr. Ankita) professional advice. Our concerns were well addressed and resolved by the advise and treatment of the senior Doctor named above. Highly recommended if you love your pet as much as we do. From Noori & Buddy

I have spayed my Persian cat at Maxvets today, Dr Kunal spayed her and the staffs took great care of her , after I took her home she started having breathing issues so immediately took her there and Dr Kunal n Dr Sunaina again checked her and made her feel better and Shreya helped me too with resolving my queries ! A big thank u to maxvets and team !

  • Diptadeep Paul

The hospital is opened 24 hours and provide emergency facilities during night hours. The consultancy charges for night emergency is on the higher side. All the staff including doctor and other helping persons were quite professional. We have received prompt services related to our pets. The hospital was neat and clean.

  • Sudhir Verma

Caution!! Enter at your risk as they don't have any clue what they are up to. I took my pet there just for x ray and given them the prescription as well but without reading it they were going to inject some medication again. Also without even asking me they were preparing for surgery. Won't go again here

  • Ropka Sherrill

Dr. Bhanu has been a lifesaver for my dog who had tick fever few days back. Blood tests were carried out at maxvets itself and treatment began. His condition started becoming normal within 2 days and is thankfully perfect now. Dr. Bhanu is undoubtedly one of the best vets in Delhi.

  • Sania Iqbal

Terrible service non effective treatment. Just trying to get their pockets full nothing else.If i could give 0 star rating i would. Don't go there. There is a government hospital in motibagh NDMC veterinary hospital their treatment is far better than maxvets.

  • Udit Jain

Max vets are having Gems not Doctors. Dr. Kunal, Dr. Bhanu, Dr Sudhir, Dr. Ankita, Dr Rahul to name a few. They are highly professional and have great experience in their field. Dr. Kunal has treated my paw friend many times . I wish all My Good Wishes .

  • Jamir Sk

I fall short of words to express my thanks to Dr. Kunal for saving my lil pup brio’s life when he was in acute pain due to kidney stone. The surgery was performed with utmost care and weekly follow ups were provided to track his condition.

  • ghzl tnsr

Disappointing experience at this hospital. They dont have expertise for management of the sick animals. Just because the animals cant speak, doesnt mean they get tortured!! Please see other options rather than this 1.

  • SHANTANU MUKHERJEE

Both the staff and doctors are very caring as far as pets are concerned. The facilities are very good, their pharmacy as well as pet shop has a huge variety of products. They also have a valet service available.
