We hired Max Prop to handle our rental property at the Gables in Durban a year ago, however we've had nothing but troubles. We receive varying amounts of the rental charge, do not receive payments on schedule, and always receive an answer to everything. We decided to divorce them since they are really unprofessional.

My experience with Maxprop is second -hand ,since they managed the complex (Chan Ridge) where my mom-in-law owned a property. I was invited to attend meetings at their offices.They were both friendly and professional and took charge of situations, and made the necessary decisions where needed.Highly Recommended.

Very poor. Property was not inspected properly and Maxprop listed and hide behind voetstoets once sale is in progress. Very hands off. STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY.

So annoying when closing time is stated as 16h30 and you arrive just before 16h00 only to find it’s already closed. Poor customer service!!
