Placed my order at the touch screen display and paid cash for my Natzo Cajun Meal. I selected no lettuce. But left all other toppings on the meal. After leaving the store I had my fries and once I arrived at the venue I was on the way to I discovered the burger was just a patty and mayonnaise. Nothing else. No cheese nothing. The grill slip states Cajun no lettuce. Guess lettuce includes tomato and cheese. Don't get me wrong the staff were great and helpful and actually walked my meal to me and handed it to me directly. Just unfortunate that the burger was incorrect.

When you order through Uber eat, they swap the orders and tell the driver that they have already informed the customers about the swap; except that they just swap without even bothering to phone the customer They claim to open very early but actually start serving at 08h00. I saw them shouting at a white customer who wanted to cancel his order because they took almost 30 minutes to bring his order. They were just plain rude; like a bunch of uncivilized people who have been given the task of running the restaurant.

One has to wait for food for a long time even when making cash payments, one has to stand on a very long que and they don't care the staff just continues to chat to each other sometimes I wonder if they have managers. I don't think I'll go and buy there anymore. Jabulani Macdonalds needs to up their standard

I arrived just after 8pm, see slip picture, they said that they no longer allow people for sit ins, they literally barricaded the sitting area, see pics, I asked why, they said the sitting area closes at 7pm, I asked the other lady why they no longer allow people to sit, she said, ishayile(shift is finished). I had to enjoy my meal in the car, really disappointed...

I've come to review again. The service keeps on getting worse. The staff has bad attitude. They are always out of things.
