I came through the drive thru and right away the girl says they only take cash. So I leave and go get cash and come back. Then she tells me they’re not open (despite the location being open 24 hours. They have a huge sign that says 24 hour drive thru). Then she tells me I can only order breakfast but not for 5 minutes. The menu on the board is not breakfast, it’s 3 am. I leave and go place an order through the app to pick up. Which went through just fine, I was charged for the food. I go try to pick it up and now she tells me that the store is not even open. I tell her I already paid for my food and she says well I need to cancel it then. The app does not allow the customer to cancel on their end, it says to contact the store to get refunds. I go through and tell them this and they refuse to help me. They will not give me my money back or give me the food I paid for. I talk to the manager, named Louis and he acts like he has no idea what I’m saying and then shuts the drive thru window on me while I’m still talking. He was incredibly rude and I’m baffled that a huge company would employ these people especially in charge as a manager. He was totally clueless! So I basically just got robbed of my money and no way to get it back. I will contact somebody higher up in corporate on Monday. It’s illegal to just take someone’s money and not give them what they paid for!!

A typical McDonald's experience, with an average wait time nothing spectacular. Ordered food via app rather than half to go through drive-through lions, and still waited approximately the same amount of time had we gone through the drive-through. All food was present and accounted for, fries were fresh sandwiches had been modified as per request without issue. This is a problem I have had in the past with other McDonald's, even when using the app they don't seem to properly modify the sandwiches as I've requested. I always wonder why I don't go to this location, despite it being close by my residents and each time I go, I get my answer again - poor service, long wait times, clueless employees that want $25 an hour and put no effort into their work and consistently cold and incorrect food. Waited 15-20 minutes after ordering in line for my food because the person at the second window couldn't use critical thinking to have the car move up and wait for their order as whoever it was kept having back and forth conversations with the person at the window and was given 3 DIFFERENT ORDERS in the span of 20 minutes - yet, when I have an order with only 3 items in it, I am told to pull forward. I'd go to the one on Halsey that's near 102nd however, that one is just as bad as a majority of the time, they close their location early so the workers can just chill in there, doing nothing, even though that location is also a 24 hour Drive-Thru service. The state of McDonald's in this area is a joke.

This isn't really a review, but I'd like to share my perspective on this McDonald's location as someone who knows this area well. Due to the nature of this neighborhood with the homeless community and whatnot, I have seen this location getting the weirdest and meanest customers on the planet. Having to deal with all that bs, I can imagine a high turnover rate with their employees (hence all the wrong orders and delays you might be experiencing). Because I'm aware of how the customers in this area act, I treat all the employees at this McDonald's with so much respect. The employees here are incredibly nice to me and not once have they messed up my order so I must be very lucky. As far as wait time, expect to get food in 5 minutes one day and then 25+ minutes another day because for some reason the customers here crave McDonald's around the same time lol. If you're not prepared for that, skip this location all together.

If I could give it 0 stars I would give it 0 stars. Multiple times we have order from this McDonald's and keep in mind that we live 0.2 miles away. The delivery shouldn't be a problem whatsoever. Multiple times have they been absolutely careless with tag back up and things have been thrown all over in the bag. Multiple times have items been missing. Consistently almost every single time that we have ordered from this Mcdonald's. I have spoken to multiple managers about telling their employees to fully read their tickets before they send out an order. And again every single time we order from this place, We have a consistent issue. Ther Has always been an issue the food has been undercooked, There has been items in the salad and vegetable category that has been so old it was on the The verge of completely being expired. In the fact that I live 0.2 miles away it shouldn't take an hour and a 1/2 to cook food and get it sent out that is utterly ridiculous. You all got a lot of work to do.

We sat in the drive thru for what seemed to be forever. It’s always busy, must be a good sign right? Wrong. After we order and verified it we pulled to the window. We then asked the lady to verify it one last time and she refused. We paid and pulled to the next window. After receiving the food we pulled off to park and check the food. The order was wrong. 2 whole meals were missing. We took the food inside with the Receipt and they had to verify it with the manager 3 times. As the receipt shows we didn’t get what we ordered. We waited for new food for 20+ mins. This time trusting they got it right we drove our 5 mins drive home. WRONG AGAIN! Seriously. The happy meal we ordered; just a burger. No fries, apples or milk. We were missing a burger and got 2 drinks that we didn’t order at all. We were kind and patient while waiting and when we went inside to correct the wrong and they were still unable admit fault or get it right.

I know I'm the minority in that I tend to order Doordash at 1-3am. McDonald's says it's always open on Doordash but the two times in the past that I tried to order from this location at night, my orders were cancelled. I thought it was a coincidence. Tonight was the last straw. My order was cancelled at 12am, I thought no biggie and waited a couple hours to order again. I tracked it on screen as THREE different drivers showed up to wait for my order before abandoning it and eventually my order cancelled. What is going on here that 3 separate drivers would abandon my order in the middle of the night when there's not much competition? Something fishy must be going on here. I have never had this problem ordering anywhere else in the middle of the night. All my respect for the food service workers employed here, but they must be grossly understaffed or something.

Update ... They still get it wrong I decided to give another chance the morning crew never and mean never gets it right!!! lunch and evening is fine but morning doesn't care. I had talked to the regional manager already about this and I guess her talk to them didn't work. Sounds like retraining needs to occur I'll go to the other stores for now on and order on apps from all other locations. I could give zero stars and leave a review I would. They have never gotten our order right like EVER! I've also hair in my food. I'm not talking special order I'm talking order a bacon mcgriddle and they give sausage or I order sausage egg biscuit they add cheese which I can't have. When u try to call to tell them they never answer. I'm gonna have to order from other mcdonalds. I just wanted to not cook for mother's day but thanks alot for messing up yet again.

So picked up an order that I made through the app, was missing items.when did they stop checking the orders? They have great parking. But if you park in a spot looking at 122nd Ave and the drive thru is really busy you will never get out of your spot until someone decides to pull up then it's difficult cuz people like to block other people in. Then if you pull in the driveway from 122nd people don't like to let you thru because they are afraid you are going to take their spot in the drive thru line.

When the food finally came to me the fries were cold the burger was barely warm. I didn't get the extra salt that I ordered for my fries. I tried eating this place after hours and before the morning when they opened the restaurant dining room and I had to go through the drive-thru and it was even worse than this time I would probably only to read it that 1 - along with everything else still on 1 - I don't recommend go in there especially if it's between the hours of 9 p.m. and 7 even at 7 a.m. the Bobby doesn't seem to want to open on time for always short help so when you go through the drive-thru and they gave me the run-around.

This store and the morning manager is ridiculously rude and unprofessional. This is a 24 hour location and they are constantly turning off the drive through with no signs. When you ask management they will tell you they are closed and she is extremely rude and snarky. On top of this they refuse to honor the app and will only take cash without honoring the app. Their computer systems are visibly working. Not to mention there are multiple concerning OSHA violation both inside the store and out. Friendly service the food was hot and good. I ordered ahead of time so we could go right though and just pick up our order cause I was a bit in a hurry. It was very easy to order on line they have a good lay out and the app is easy to navigate. Needs to be a spot for you can click on to and anything else you want done to your order you can type anything extra special like extra ice in my drink but I couldn't find a place to put that in my order. And make sure you check your bag so you can make sure you got all the right condiments you wanted. I've been a delivery driver for about two years, and every time I have an order to pick up from this location it's always been a bad experience. Every time I show up, one of three things happen, they can't find the customer's order, they change their menu to breakfast a couple of hours earlier than they're supposed to, and their staff are extremely rude. So if you order anything from them either from Uber Eats, doordash, or some other delivery service, be prepared to wait a long time to get your food, assuming you get it all. And normally they get it wrong anyways from the customer feedback that I get so all I can say is roll a dice and take your chances.

Manager is very rude! I go here when i get off work around 4:30am because it is my only option. I stopped going because half the time they say they are not open even though it is supposed to be 24hrs. Apparently, McDonald's only sells bags of ice in the summertime. However, it's available to be ordered and paid for on the app even though it's not actually available. To top it off they offer no resolution at the restaurant or in the app. According to the FAQ's question of "what if I am charged for an item that isn't available", the answer is, "we don't offer unavailable items in the app". So, basically they're saying, "that's impossible, therefore, no resolution is required". They take your money and your time and wash their hands of it. I only gave one star because 0 stars is not an option.

Well this time I had to repeat three times please may I please have some cream please may I please have some sugar for my coffee and then I thought I was getting two burritos breakfast burritos and they said no you only get one and I said well it says two up there for $4 and she said well you need to pay another $2 for an extra one and I only got one size a little confused on that but I'm just going to have to find a different McDonald's cuz I like your coffee and we do like your burgers and this first time I've tried a breakfast sandwich but we'll see how it goes thanks

Staff is okay, they don’t take into consideration I’m hard of hearing so when I ask if they can please repeat themselves to make sure I heard them correctly they’re rude about it. I don’t ask multiple times, usually just once. The loitering problem there is ridiculous. They have a big homeless group that just hangs out knocking on everyone’s window asking for money. The staff don’t do anything about it and allow that making it uncomfortable for people wanting to get their food.

This location actually charges more than any other location! The service is not friendly at all! The americano coffee you sell for 2$ more than the premium coffee is the same coffee! This was the dirtiest, nastiest McDonald's I've ever been in. Floors, counters and kiosks were filthy, there was dried liquid on the counters, the card machine was so dusty and had food crumbs on it. There was trash on the floors and the tables I saw, looked as though it had been a long time since they were wiped down. It wasn't even 10am and it looked trashed. I went through drive thru and ordered the buy 1 get one for a dollar sausage mcgriddle, they only gave me 1 charging me full price for it, I noticed this between first and 2nd window so I told the girl at 2nd window and she just kept saying no, she couldn't do anything. I asked for a manager and she said I had to go back through drive thru cuz apparently the 2 windows are at complete opposite ends of the earth, then got dirty looks when I went back through to get my other mcgriddle

It's on okay McDonald's they usually only have one drive through lane. Service is slow they never have ice cream or soda how do you go to a McDonald's and they tell you they are out of soda the ice cream I understand but not soda. Coffee is good and I use the restroom. Employees scream across the dining room to each other and from the restrooms with the door open. Menu includes unhealthy, indigestible processed foods that should not be fit for human consumption. Are you joking? This place is literally hell and a burger meal is $12.

Dang ice cream machine is always broke. C'mon so better. I refuse to eat the pink sludge burgers but my wife and daughter love fries and ice cream. Cold fries and a broken ice cream machine means I will never have to pull in this drive through again and I'm happy.

This McDonald's is literally the worst McDonald's I've encountered in all my 35yrs on earth... I honestly think they don't train any of the employees... Ariana one of the managers here is beyond just a mad sad little person with no common sense she clearly hates her job an can't get past the fear of leaving the establishment I feel for her.. she was literally blowing kisses at a homeless person how paid for an order online

Food was good,service unprofessional , rude,Wasn't able to use restrooms because they didn't give me a receipt,in drive threw , even with an ice cream cone in my hand showing that I got food,i understand they have a homeless problem,but I'm not homeless,i was just dirty from work,an my frapay (sorry can't spell)was not full ,im Just never going back to this McDonald's,other then that food was hot an fresh an oh so good, up

If you want cold fries, old food this is the place. Expect to pay top dollar for old and cold they should be reported for unsafe food. I will be reporting this store not only to corporate for lack of customer service and care but I'll be making a call to food and health . They need to be shut down for not knowing how to make something fresh . Didn't even bother replacing the food. Won't be coming back to this location

Going thru the drive thru, the man could not hear us with the other outdoor sounds. There is no scream to check your order with. Our order wasn't quite what it should have been.. and to top offf a bad timer, we had to pull around to the front to wait for one of the two iced coffee drinks we bought. Which should have been a LG and in reality it. Was a small.,,,, I'm tired of paying for something I don't get?.

The food was good but they forgot an order of fries. Edit: Man I don't know what happened to this place they used to be cool let me come through The drive-thru on my e scooter. now all of a sudden I can't and then they want to smile and laugh about it like it's funny. Not cool

Unfortunately this location is racist. My husband and my daughter and both black and I’m white. We never get helped at the counter but when Hispanic people are waiting they get helped at the counter no matter what, before or after me and my family. We ask if we can get help and they look at us and then go back to work with no response. It’s unfortunate

McDonald's are pretty much all the same experience unless they do something out of the ordinary. If you have experienced 1 then you can say you know what they are all like. And this is a pretty ordinary McDonald's, fast, friendly, good service, competitive pricing. I would have to say they are still the king of fast food.

Definitely my last time coming here. I just left drive thru and the guy that handed me my food had the DIRTIEST NAILS IVE EVER SEEN. I Threw my food away cause I was grossed out. So whoever was hanging at the food Sunday Oct 8th around 4:25- 4:40 needs to wash their hands. That is gross. I wont be coming back.

So I had a order messed up last night when I got it, the manager on duty I spoke to over the phone said that they will make my order for me if I come in with my ticket. Skip to today went in there for my lunch to grab my order and then manager that says she wasn't there over the weekend says she doesn't know anything about it and can't help me and there's nothing McDonald's can do about it.

Way better than the one on powell by the 205. No math heads outside smoking crack Thanks to the drive thru for fixing my order and being so cool about messing it up!! I’ve literally NEVER had that happen. Thanks guys!!

Specifically this location of McDonald's is possibly the worst one I've ever been to. Always a 20+ minute wait, and that's with online ordering. I'm constantly using door dash from this location because I live close and there's always a wait time and issues with every order, I have to have my dasher triple+ check everything is there, or even when I order myself at the location or online.

I would give this mcdonalds a zero my 16year old child works there and the manager Jose was threatening my child and telling him he can go home when Jose the manager feels fit. he refused to come to the counter when I walked in. he said he dint have time to talk to me but has time to tell my son when he can mabey go home. I watched him answer his phone while handling food with no gloves.

I had literally just finished eating Waiting for a friend to leave the restroom and one of the staff misgendered me saying little boy u can't sit here after I told her I had finished. . Extremely poor costumer service as well as ALot of the staff is condesending

This McDonald's is one of slowest ones I have ever encountered. 14 minutes going thru the drive thru. And of course they got my order wrong. They also had some homeless clown standing in the drive thru begging for money. I would recommend avoiding this location. Nothing has changed, still can not suck enough.

The store manager was impolite ! I waited and waited in line and still no one came to take my order (Aug-02-2022 3:30pm). Been to this store many times . Not great but OK. McDonald's management need to have a talk with this guy. . . BTW, I am a disabled veteran sitting in a wheelchair. I've called the VA and local VFW telling other vets not to waist their money at this place .

They close the dining room at 6pm, which is way too early in my opinion. Once it's closed you can only order through the drive-thru, from the mobile app, or by using a 3rd party service like DoorDash. This location almost always gets my order wrong despite not customizing it in any way, which makes not being able to go inside to ensure order accuracy a big hassle.

I had a good experience, the service was decent and the staff were polite and helpful. The wait was kind of long but they were busy and got to me as quick as they could. The food was good, no complaints here.

After 11pm the guy at the drive thru window was and is always obviously extremely high on meth. Almost incomprehensible when your ordering or speaking with him directly. My dr pepper tasted like chemicals, was sick for days afterwards. I get it'd a tough time to find competent employees, but this is insane.

How hard is it to get a very small piece of cheese centered on a filet of fish. And have it sort of resemble a filet of fish sandwich when you open the box. Sadly this location is always sub par on assembly of food. Lines are slow with very little customer service interaction. Room for improvement for sure.

Ok first off french fries are not even half full and they are literally cold not even remotely warm. My hamburger was so loaded with mayo that it's all you could taste, food took forever to get and I though o hey maybe they are making fresh fries or something. Worse McDonald's around stay away.

If you want to breakup, take them to Domino’s for a bbq pizza (you monster), if you’re looking to solidify your relationship- two large fries and some frozen Dr Peppers as you head out on a three hour car trip. Hot fries and cold drinks - I can’t complain!

It was great. I was hungry and needed a quick bite to eat. They're very fast and food was very warm when I received it. The staff was also very polite. I'm definitely going back and would suggest it to anyone who wants very well quick service and a smile.

Only doing two stars because I’m nice but tell me why it’s only drive thru and order through the app? Not dine in . I was with my family and we took time taking the kids out and walking up to the door where by the way there wasn’t any signs saying it’s not dine in . Plus when we ordered food it was cold never again.

I ordered a happy meal for my son, made the mistake of not double checking the order, because they didn't even put the burger in the box. Even my kid was appalled. How do you forget the burger?

I went to this location at lunch for an adult happy meal. I was sadly informed that they’re out of them. I’m currently sitting at my desk eating my disappointment meal, I can’t even wipe my tears because I never received a napkin. My other two toys are very lonely and sad because their friends are not with them.

Bro I just got the most stale, old tasting hash browns at 7 am... Not even hot either. I'm glad they're pretty much three bucks a piece, I love throwing out 10+ dollars! Gross!

Depending on what management staff is working you may get great customer service and food or absolutely terrible customer service and food. Some managers charge for dipping sauces and water..... others gladly give it to you for free with your purchase.

Sometimes the food is not so hot, tweakers tapping on your windows and standing in front and around your car to get your attention to beg for change in the drive through every time and parked all over the lot and surrounding area. The few times I’ve been here the workers are fast and decent communicating.

I had to return my order twice to get what I wanted. The food was correct, but not cooked to my well done request. Definitely not impressed with this specific location. Also, there appears to be a major language barrier present.

Would have been nice to actually get the Sprite that I ordered, rather than seltzer water. Would have been even better if I didn't have to wait 15 minutes for my order that I was told would be about 5 minutes. I would rate directly to the restaurant, but since they did not include a receipt, I can't.

The workers including manager here are rude constantly interrupting while ordering, always missing food and tend to have an attitude when you explain the window person didn’t listen to begin with. The shake machine is always broken and they don’t add sauces when requested. Hate this location.

The parking lot seems to be a flophouse like most of Portland currently. I don't feel as safe there as other locations. The food and service are decent, though.

Asked for a quarter pounder plain. Have an allergy. First one isn’t plain. They “replace it” by wiping off the sauce and condiments. I take a bite and have a reaction. They take 15 minutes for the actual replacement. I cannot believe. Screw them. I want my entire online order refunded now.

Gave my drive thru order to the car ahead of me. Ok fine, mistakes happen. I wait for them to make my order and then of course they get that wrong and give me a regular quarter pounder instead of a double quarter pounder. So now my time and money have been stolen …

I ordered a quarter pounder deluxe meal and the meat was pink and not cooked. The sandwich was cold inside. I couldn’t eat it because I was worried to get food poisoning. Plus it is was done so sloppily. Isn’t there any quality control? Very disappointed money wasted.
