Update from aug 4, 2019 at 12pm via the drive thru: Ordered a Caesar salad and 1/3 of the lettuce was brown (see pics). Definitely didn’t appear to be made “fresh daily” as they advertise. If it was then some retraining is required for whoever selects the lettuce to include in the salad. Calorie-wise dressing was also not in stock although we were not advised at the time of ordering. However, at least this time the girl taking the order was aware they offered calorie wise dressing, which was not the case in the past. Again, no napkins or ketchup were provided or offered. The girl taking the order was very friendly though so that was a positive. ————- This location does not care to provide good service. Have been to this McDonalds dozens of times over the last few years since it is the closest to home and the kids love McDonalds. I believe today was my absolute last time at this location. Drive Thru experience - They never offer ketchup or straws and you never realize until you get to your destination and have to go without. Inside experience - The drive thru gets prioritized, so the speed inside suffers greatly as a result. Service is not very good and they actually don’t care. For example, today I decided to go inside. My order included a happy meal and a couple coffees among other items. After I was given the food I had to wait for many minutes for my coffee while others who ordered coffee after me were somehow getting their coffee before me. Once I pointed this out, I overheard a couple of employees taking about me under their breath saying something like “who cares... make him wait”. Brought it to the managers attention as well who did not do anything to compensate for the situation. When I finally got my coffee and got home... I realized that they forgot to give me the milk with the happy meal :( I’m just a family man trying to get some food home for my kids. I should have to endure this type of drama/inconvenience to overpay for food that is not that nutritious. Will pass on this location moving forward.

This must be a franchise location because I cannot believe a corporate location would tolerate such consistently poor service and even worse food quality. The surly service alone is a turn-off. Worse, and more significant, is the food quality. It's late so I asked for a fillet 'o fish made fresh and was willing to wait. It was clear from the tough, leathery texture of the fish patty that they re-fried a previously cooked patty that was left in the warming tray instead of a fresh one. It was disgusting and no amount of tartar sauce could cover that up. Furthermore, the greasy room-temp fries confirmed that the night crew not only does not care, but explicitly refuses basic customer requests for fresh food. This is not the first time the food quality was lacking, but after being served garbage yet again I will not be back. Avoid this location. It's worth the 10 minute drive to the Dundas St location, or any other location frankly.

More disappointing than ever. The food tastes okay, the familiar flavour of McDonald's, but without any of the old freshness remaining and no care at all in its assembly. I never imagined, in all my life, that it was possible to actually make a burger patty that thin. I mean I used construction paper thicker than that when I was in kindergarten!?! The service was the usual, inattentive and dismissive sort I've begun to expect from most restaurants. The restaurant itself was mainly clean, but with no one seemingly tasked to keep the tables cleaned after patrons leave it can be a challenge to find a table that isn't covered in crumbs, grease, water/soda, and sometimes trash. I don't mind the new decor after the renovation, seems like a ton of space being wasted though.

I went through the drive through at 10:58 and I asked for a sausage mcgriddle. They tried to upsell me the sausage and egg mcgriddle instead and when I mentioned I wanted it without the egg, the supervisor jumps on to say they couldn't do it - they only have the one with the egg and the cannot remove the egg. When I asked why they said it was because it was now lunch time....even though I was physically seeing their breakfast menu and it was still a minute to 11am lol. Either these employees need more training and supervision or McDonald's simply does not want business. Either way I won't be going back there, wast of time.

This is my favourite location to go to. My order has never been wrong, the staff is usually friendly and the service is pretty quick. (I have another location that is closer to me, but I'd rather travel farther than go there.)

Too many kids here from School. I could not have felt less welcome. McDonald’s was offering one dollar ice cream cones but when I got to the cashier I was told, I could not order it at the cash. I had to use the app. Now this is how you make customers feel unwelcome. I couldn’t get on the website in the store because their Internet was apparently down. They still would not offer the one dollar cone.

I'm really disappointed with the service in the morning during the weekdays. They messed up my order after I asked them to make sure it was correct. Even this morning they messed up my order again. I'm happy with the food and service any other day but the morning. Staff needs to fix up.

For a McDonald's, my experience was amazing. The food was average McDonald's quality. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the tables and floors were very clean. There is a large parking lot, close bus access, and a drive-through.

Store is nice and spacious. Clean and well maintained. I had no problems with my order and surprisingly got it within 2 mins. It was very quick. However, there was barely any gravy on the poutine. I didn't enjoy it. Food packaging was nicely done.

This McDonald's rarely ever gives you the food through the window. This wouldn't be such a pain if they parking lot were actually set up for cars to wait but it's not, so instead they park cars in the oncoming lane.. It's a nightmare.

There was a kid at the counter. Yes, a school boy. He was playing around in the kitchen. He threw the receipt. It is not the way to treat a customer. We cannot blame kids. I don't know what's he doing there. Responsible customer service will not allow any of these activity.

Extremely well trained staff. Very polite and very attentive! Also the place very clean, including the washrooms. It is nice to take our children to that place! Well done, and see you soon. Alda

Ice cream machine was working! Delicious and creamy as always. We tried to redeem a bunch of codes from the McDonald’s app but they took a really long time since they couldn’t figure out a lot of technical stuff so it took really long just to get two soft serves. More

Open and well decorated McDonald's, feels welcoming all the time. Staff was very friendly and nice. Shout out to Havnit who took the order, mentioned all the deals as I was totally confused what to order, great job and very nice service. More

I went in for just a coffee but left with an Egg Mcmuffin too all for $4.20. Both were hot and fresh. My Order Taker even returned my " good morning". The store was bright and clean.

I ordered 3 dbl cheesburgers with EXTRA pickels, EXTRA onion, EXTRA mustard. ALL of them had NO pickels at all, NO extra onion and mustard. Thank you for at least not spitting in them, or, who knows...

Not all Macdonald’s are the same. It’s the specific store management that matters. And this branch is one of the best with friendly staff and fast service. The restaurant is very clean.

Ordered a chocolate sunday and 2 vanilla swirls guy taking money didnt say a word when we drove up 2nd window we were haned a upside down cone in a cup...thats it
