Went to do a Pre-Plannig arrangement for a loved who’s death was approaching. On the day of the appointment it took the gentleman almost 2 hours to take down the information required, only for it not to be saved in the system properly. He took down the info once again and assured us he would finish setting up the file so we wouldn’t have to wait any longer. I asked what where the next steps, he assured that if we decided to go with their services we would just need to call them and let them know the name of the person on file, they would arrange pick up and then set up an appointment to proceed with funeral arrangements. The day my family member passed away, we called the funeral home for arrange for pick up- nobody knew what we were talking about and said there was no one under that name on file. For such a fragile moment that you’re going through at a time of a loved one’s death, you rely on the funeral home to be there for you - specially when you’ve gone to do a Pre-Planning arrangement. So disappointing. Turns out, there’s way better services somewhere else for much affordable prices. Things do happen for a reason, after all.

A few months ago my family and I were at Heritage to arrange for my mothers Celebration of Life. My mom didn't want a funeral or anything expensive. Anne was excellent at understanding this and helping arrange to celebrate my moms life. We had a gathering of friends at Heritage with Food and coffee for a lot less than other funeral homes quotes us. I didn't feel pressured into a religious service or felt that Anne was trying to sell me anything. She had lots of good ideas of how to plan this for my mom and the cards she made were outstanding!

So amazing. Can’t say enough great things from the moment we spoke right thru to the service and burial. They are genuine, compassionate and really care. Faculty is beautiful inside and staff very attentive. Dad’s service was perfect!!! Thanks Heritage for making a sad situation better and for all the extra touches you made. Highly recommend!!

Excellent place. I had my mom's funeral here and it was a great experience. I was very happy with it.
