MedKit has been a life saver for me throughout the week. Because of medkit I don’t have to think about what I’m going to eat every day but I also won’t resort to eating fast or expensive take out. MedKits meals are not only delicious but they provide macros so it is so easy to stay on track with being healthy. I didn't really understand how it worked at first because they only deliver on sunday, but then I decided to order a few meals and give them a try. Let me tell you, WORTH THE WAIT! Food is so good. I'm on 10 meals a week now. Saves me so much time and I feel like i'm doing my body justice
