Really Rudy customer service, she was busy with a lady talking about her holiday and I was waiting, there was no sign she is going to finish, so I went to do my shopping, returning back, I was about to get in to the shop, she noticed I was coming back than she closed the shelter on me. Really disappointed. Really arrogant

Been with Medibank for 10 years. Recently decided to change my health insurer What a nightmare, As if the debacle with my tax statements wasn't enough. It took 7 weeks for my transfer certificate to arrive and had to beg for it. Their call centre is obviously poorly staffed as it takes ages to take to a human

I've been waiting for nearly 2 hours still couldn't get service, because the peoples in front of me were still talking talking talking........with the staffs, no sign of finish but I have to leave for my other appointment, really disappointed.

I visited this place to change from OSHC insurance to OVHC. The employee name is Lisa, she is lovely kind. I was going to compare with Buffa but I decided easily because of her. Lisa is the best employee♡

I was 10 min early they open 930. Then before 930 they say in meeting and open at 10. In there was 3 ladies one then just before 10 they say wait 5 minutes. No not don't wait anymore.

It's very friendly place ,was worried before came there because the reviews were so negative. But they are actually friendly, approachable, and patient.

Try calling them they don't give you the right information you looking for but when you talk too someone yes they are very nice
