I highly recommend! Excellent customer service not only with this branch but also with their online (that includes the WhatsApp) and delivery services. I see the undoubted professionalism in this company. First, I called the DCC branch and the (perhaps) the pharmacist there took time to explain to me the difference between the gel and cream type of the product I wanted to buy. Since I found a good promo on their app, I ordered online instead and reached out to their WhatsApp customer service to ensure that I get my order on time since I maybe traveling out of UAE. They reply really quickly. Add to that the very polite delivery guy who called me ahead of time to inform me that he is already on his way squeezing himself through the traffic and may just be a few minutes late - really commendable!
