Tijdens de behandelingen heb ik meerdere keren aangegeven dat het erg pijnlijk was, maar er werd continu gezegd dat dit normaal was. De dag na de behandeling had ik nog steeds pijn en het contact met de kliniek verliep erg moeizaam. Na meerdere pogingen om contact te leggen, kreeg ik uiteindelijk een aanbod om de helft van de prijs te betalen als tegemoetkoming. Toen ik aangaf te willen stoppen met de behandelingen, kreeg ik een aanbod voor een gratis volgende behandeling. Dit heb ik afgewezen, omdat ik wilde stoppen met de behandelingen bij hen. Nu ik bij een nieuwe laserkliniek zit, heb ik ontdekt dat de vorige kliniek veel dingen niet volgens protocol deed (eerst wist ik niet beter). Ze droegen geen oogbescherming en ik kreeg enkel oogbescherming tijdens het laseren van mijn oksels, terwijl de flitsen toch in mijn gezichtsveld kwamen. Bovendien heb ik een flyer van hun salon ontvangen met een aanbieding voor onbeperkt laseren voor een vast bedrag. Dit is schandalig, want mijn buren hebben deze flyer niet ontvangen en deze was niet geadresseerd, wat betekent dat deze persoonlijk bij mijn thuisadres is gebracht. Ik raad deze laserkliniek ten zeerste af. Er wordt niet onprofessioneel gewerkt en de veiligheidsvoorschriften worden niet nageleefd.

I have been going to this salon for almost a year now and I am very happy with the staff and with results. Sonia is very friendly, professional, she has a lot of knowledge about laser hair removal and she knows to explain it well and give really good advice. From my first appointment I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. The results were already visible after the first session and now I do not have hair anymore om my armpits and bikini, the diode laser worked very well. I will continue to come to this salon to do my legs as well and I recommend it to anyone who needs laser hair removal. Result are amazing and staff and atmosphere are great.

I have now done laser hair removal at Wax and Laser Studio Medusa for about a year. I have had 10 sessions on my legs, and 6 sessions each for armpits and brazilian. The diode ice laser and the master technician Sonia have been fantastic, very professional and excellent results. Definitely recommend this service if you are tired of waxing and/or shaving all the time.

I had my first session for permanent hair removal here two weeks ago and I had a great experience! Sonia makes you feel very comfortable and explains everything very well. I immediately noticed a difference after one session, my hairs grow back slower and thinner and I've also noticed patches where they have disappeared! Will definitely be going back:)

The salon is always clean, smells nice and Sonia is just the best. Her other employees are also great, she knows how to pick good employees and teach them to treat their clients in a nice manner. I do my laser hair removal there, I haven’t finished the treatments yet, but I am already seeing results, so I’d recommend this place to anyone!
