dear mgmt of megalanes if u can see this for the past few days my family members has left a bad reviews abt ur staff. Im one of the fam members who will also condemned abt ur rude lady staff with blonde hair. on 18/3/23 at 6pm ur lady staff with blonde hair are terribly rude & no respect to others!!! not even apologize to my family on her wrongdoing!! pls be reasonable to customer!! she is really damn rude to my family!! if there is miscommunication or misunderstanding on the reservation she shouldnt be so sarcastic & terribly rude to the customers!! such a regret for us to come here & this will be our 1st & last for us to come to this bowling centre!! pls educate ur blonde lady staff on how to handle a customer!! personally i dont need u to apologize to each 1 of us but what i want to know what r u going to do with the blonde hair staff who r truly no respect to others. on 21st March '23 @ 2.34pm Mr Zul Mazlan (GM) Megalanes have called me up to apologize on behalf of megalanes. On behalf of my family I truly appreciate his curtesy for being professional in apologizing. We surely will visit ur bowling centre in near future.

On 18th March 2023 at 6pm, i came here with my family . But we were really disappointed with the customer service, the woman staff ( she wore grey jacket) was very RUDE. keeping saying "awak nak main kan awak tunggu". mmgla purpose kita dtg sini nak main bowling. tapi ayat dia cara dia betul2 buat org naik angin. she can politely ask us to wait. the guy staff okay je tetiba dia dtg keluar dari office tak tanya apa terus nak argue dgn kami. hentam kami satu family. SHE DONT EVEN ASK BOOKING ATAS NAMA SIAPA? dont ask anything. we dont mind waiting pun sebenarnya tapi serious the staff was rude and POINTED OUT HER FINGER TO US. will never come and never recommend to anyone walaupun the price per game is cheap. such a bad experience for us haha.

Terrible customer service. The lanes are really hot too, expect to be sweating after a game or two. Expect to have your lanes taken from you with you knowing. They will sell your lane before you finish your game if you don’t add a lot more before hand. Every bowling alley I’ve been to always waits for the player to finish, this bowling alley will not wait for you and will tell you to leave because all the lanes are full and they sold your lane away. I’ve only played 3 games and it was barely an hour despite me having a booking. The staffs gave me weird looks when I asked to add more games. Would have been nice if they asked if I planned to play more or not before selling it off.

Teruk gile ….next time jangan buka untuk customer yang nak main just buka untuk kroni dan event saja .. orang yang sama saje setiap malam isnin - jumaat time pukul 8- closing sampai dah bayar parking bagai … ade lane kosong tapi reserved katanye tapi takde orang main dah sejam tunggu membazir tak buka untuk public Teruk betul perangai macam … reminder endah parade bowling hanya untuk event saja dan orang orang sama saja main …. Owner tolong take note kes mcm ni ….. OWNER kalau lagi okay u email sye balik …4 kali sye datang setiap kali macam ni sampai dah main pon ade banyak betul gangguan disebabkan event yang biase biase saja

18/3/2023 6pm. Pekerja perempuan dgn rambut blonde sangat biadap. Tak tahu cerita tapi keluar mcm boss and tunjuk berlagak tau cerita. Sambil ckp sambil tunjuk tunjuk jari kt muka customer. SANGAT SANGAT BIADAP!! Lepas dah terbukti salah, takde minta maaf malah ckp “kalau nak main, kena tunggu”. Nak pilih pekerja biar la beradab. Walaupun ada miscommunication, boleh minta maaf if dah salah. Ni nk tegakkan benang yg basah. Patut la ada yg komen staf kurang ajar. Betul la tu. Kalau tak reti cakap elok elok dgn customer, boleh duduk je dekat dalam tak perlu jaga di kaunter. Kalau boleh kasi 0 star, dh lama kasi.

datang haritu, ada staff perempuan rude nak gila, kerja menunding jari dekat family i macam dia lah terpaling betul. dengan muka berlagaknya we ask nicely then awak patut reply in a nice way lah. bukannya reply kurang ajar. siap kata nak setel luar lah, tapi tak keluar pun. pastu bagi alasan tak booking tiber kata booking nama abu. wth dalam family takde nama abu pun tak logik langsung. teruk sangat service

Taknak cakap banyak, selalu main sebelum ni ok je. Sorry to say tapi semalam 18th March seorang staff perempuan very rude dengan family kami. As customer, kami tak patut dilayan macam tu. staff tuding2 jari dekat muka customer. benda boleh cakap elok elok. customer mana tak melenting lagi2 bila datang dari jauh family kami semua. Harap case macam ni takkan berulang & happen to others.

Unfriendly Customer Service.. Not Welcoming Customer. Unpolitely Talk To Customer. Didnt Show Any Respect When We Ask For Any Empty Lane To Play. Obviously So Many Lane Open That Time 8:20pm ( Cannot Even Play 1 Set Match). Go There With Huge Respect And Positive Vibe But The Staff Already Show Disrespect To Customer. Not Even Worth For 5/4/3/2 Star. 1 Star Also Not Worth Its.

When reached it seems that an event has just ended so we waited, seeing that there were empty lanes. The person at the cashier was very rude, before we even made queries they put out the "Lanes Full" sign, ignoring us as if we're not there. But there were empty lanes! Hello?? And it was only 2pm on a Sunday. Very bad. Not recommended. If I could give zero star rating I would.

I think the management should make good use of their social media platform to notify their customers on the on-going events/booking to avoid people going over but not getting an opportunity to play. Do consider that as my friends/family and I have wasted so much time going over and returning without playing.

This bowling place is absolutely fantastic. Great staff with excellent attitudes. They oil the lanes frequently, shoes are new, balls are always arranged nicely according to weight and color, no noisy music. Best alley in klang valley. Keep up the good work!

Had a mini tournament organise by the office. The lanes were available for advance booking. Rates are reasonable ie rm6.00 before 5pm and rm7.00 after. Staff are super friendly and the service are pretty good. Foods are available from the … Lagi

I believe there are so many people complaint about the shoes.. please dont charge customer for these kind of lousy shoes. Koyak sana sini. Definitely will keep on follow the progress.. Management please solve this issue.

Nak but event pertandingan bowling, jangan buat dekat sini. Management dan service sangat teruk dan tak bertanggungjawab. Carilah tempat lain untuk buat event pertandingan bowling. Buat sakit hati je kalau dekat sini.

Visited the bowling alley to support my friend's son represent Perak for the person with disabilities bowling tournament organised by Persatuan Tenpin Bowling Wilayah Persekutuan. The bowling alley are well kept.

Great bowling center run by people who really understand and care for the sport. The staff are friendly and the lanes are well maintained and oiled. One of the cheapest in KL for sure so 5/5 for value.

This shopping mall half alive. Not many shops open, and mostly are Chinese friendly. The thing keep this place alive mybe the entertainment part such as bowling.

Good bowling place. The charges are RM9 per game on weekends and public holidays. Shoes rental RM2. Socks for purchase RM5. The mall is almost empty.
