Great service, they made outside dining for us possible and brought a table outside for us. Cyprus Meze (or meat meze called at other restaurants) is a big recommendation with a lot of different local foods, especially the ravioli filled with cheese and topped with honey and sesame seeds are unique.

Wir haben uns für 2 Personen die Meze (Fleisch) bestellt und legen diese jedem Fleischliebhaber ans Herz. Angefangen mit den Vorspeisen wie Salat, roter Beete, Oliven, Brot, Tzaziki, Hummus, gegrilltes Brot; folgten zügig leckere Halloumi, gegrillte Champignons. Nach und nach kommt diverses Fleisch wie Würstchen, Schweinespiesse, Geflügel etc. Alles sehr lecker, noch lange nicht alles aufgezählt und wir hätte uns gerne einen wieder leeren, hungrigen Magen gewünscht um es direkt noch einmal genießen zu können. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

10.2023// We enjoyed our dishes; the Sheftalia dish was unbelievable, sweet and juicy, not salty, the sea bream fresh , perfectly seasoned, and, yes, it’s the second place in Cyprus where we eat much better than the written reviews. I do not understand why . They have a few tables outside, on the side of the sidewalk and the street is not so busy during the week in the evening time, so it was ok.

Would NOT recommend this place. We were attracted by the good looks of the restaurant and the menu. However, it did definitely not meet our expectations. We ordered meze but most of the dishes had no flavor, the salad dressing was very sour and most other dishes were way too fatty. Unfortunately the service could not make up for the bad food. It was a quiet evening, but we still had a lot of trouble getting attention of the waiter and they did not ask once if we needed anything or about our opinion of the food.

Came there at 13 pm and were the only clients there. Took 2 sea breams and one calamari dish. Fish was good as well as pitta and a couple of meme dishes but my calamari tasted funny and on top of that there were rotten salad leaves in the salad served as a side dish. The fries were over fried, were as crunchy as crisps... after all, I had to return the plate to the kitchen. The staff apologized and didn't charge us so no problem here. Pleasant environment.

We asked to a local shop owner which restaurant she recommended to try local food and she pointed us to this tavern. Being Monday at noon we were the only customers. The food was perfect: pork kebab and a tuna salad, with local red wine. We enjoyed everything to the last bite

Wspaniale jedzenie wszystko świeże i smaczne, bardzo duże porcje oraz bardzo miła obsługa. Ceny także bardzo przystępne np: sałatka Grecja z dużym kawałkiem fety!!! I do tego cieplutkie chlebki koszt 9 euro. Polecam bardzo:) człowiek wychodzi po takiej kolacji najedzony i zadowolony.

We got here looking for authentic cyprus meze. It was delicious and a stunning amount of food - absolutely worth the price (18€ per person). We sadly couldn't eat it all, it was just so much food. But we tasted every single dish and each was so tasty. It was exactly what we needed after nearly 5 hours of sightseeing by foot. The host is nice and friendly and tries to explain every dish in english to his foreign guests. I wish we could have more time in Cyprus to also try his fish meze.

They serve fries with everything, which is a little disappointing. The food feels like a tourist trap. The waitress was so nice and humble, but her manager kept bossing her around and flicking his fingers which ruins the mood a bit. So we felt bad for her.

Loved it! The rain caught us and we hid and had lunch here! Interior reminds me of old medieval ravern :) the staff are very welcoming! The food is delicious. We had grilled meat assorti and a grilled chicken salad, all the meat was juicy! Great place. Will totally visit again for a lunch

Zamówiliśmy 2x Megaro zestaw Fish - przeogromna ilość jedzenia jak na 2 osoby. Ogólnie wszystko Bardzo smaczne, choć mamy zastrzeżenia do ośmiorniczek (gumowaty, nie jadalny wręcz), oraz za dużo potraw było przygotowanych a fryturze (my preferujemy raczej grill)

Ресторан понравился. Выдержан в старинном стиле. Обслуживание вежливое. Еда вкусная. Порции огромные. Пожалели с женой, что заказали отдельные блюда.Брали мусаку и свинину в вине. К мусаке был салат, к свинине картофель и салат. Свинина была немного передержана в вине. Был эффект опьянения :) Детям взали спагетти одно на двоих. Они не смогли осилить :) Цены по сравнению с другими заведениями вокруг довольно низкие.

What a great place to eat! We were a large group and we sat immediately. The service was prompt and courteous! I ate grilled Sea Brim for 12€ and I loved how fresh it tasted. Don't be deterred by the road (almost no cars go by at night). It was also very beautiful inside. Everything looked clean and beautiful.

I have visited better Tavernas, for sure. But the food was pretty good. Kalamari and pork were good. The salad was so and so. Bottled Beer wasn't good. But the whole place has an atmosphere and the owner is very nice.

I went there without any expectations, it was just a close by restaurant, but oh i was suprised. Ordered "Fresh Fish", which was a Sea Bream. I can say that it was one of the best fishes i've eaten for over a week eating in diffrent restaurants. Fries added to meal also well done + fresh cucumber and tomato. 5/5

Очень понравилась таверна! Еда была вкусная, рыбка свежая. Хорошее обслуживание, гостеприимный персонал. Меню очень разнообразное, много мясных и рыбных блюд. Цены невысокие. Рыба дорада с гарниром стоит 14€, мясное ассорти на гриле 16€ Все понравилось!

Wir kamen durch Zufall hier vorbei und hatten Brasse und Klefteki. Der Fisch war ganz solide, die Beilagen waren nicht gut. Das Brot war verbrannt, die Pommes extrem labberig. Das Fleisch war geschmacklich gut, leider waren manche Stücke sehr trocken.

Если заказываете осьминога, будьте готовы к огромной порции м картофелем фри и овощами. Всё вкусно. Ресторан находится в старой части города. Видимо семейные традиции и бизнес есть кому продолжать. Приятное место. Официанту женщине отдельный респект.

Cozy place with traditional atmosphere and music, main food was good but the salad needed more dressing and the calamari was more flourish than normal. Kleftiko was really good though. Price is very reasonable as well and service was also on time.

Хороший ресторан с морской едой. Быстрое обслуживание. Принимают оплату картой. Осминог подаётся с гарниром в виде картофеля фри и овощами. В качестве комплимента приносят белые поджаренные хлебца с оливковым маслом.

We took meze for 20€ per person which we thpught its expensive and mix grill. At the end we couldnt eat everything. If you wanna have authentic cyprian experience I suggest this restaurant. Food is very delicious.

We were only clients in the tavern. Dishes were good but nothing special. We got the starters with main dishes. Music was too loud but staff was nice and tried to make our time in their restaurant very pleasant.

Was looking for a place to try kleftiko, and i chose great place, very authentic true traditional food! Love this place!

Excellent tavern. We had Kleftiko (lamb haxe) and lamb kebab. Both were delicious. And prices were moderate for the food.
