I was the only person at this location for the entire hour and a half that I was there. I got a bad feeling from the staff after they told me things were wrong with my vehicle. This was the first oil change that we had received since getting a lot of work done to the car, and the recommendations they were making did not seem right. We took our car to Nissan(manufacturer) to be inspected by their Master Mechanic and they did not find the same issues that Meineke did, in fact, they said the car looked fine(besides issues that we already knew existed). I had them double check things like the radiator and brakes that Meineke had told me had issues, and again the master Nissan mechanics did not find any issues. Either the master mechanics at the manufacturer dealership for this car don't know anything about Nissans, or the people at Meineke were straight up lying to me. I'm still concerned that they may have sabotaged my car in a subtle or undetectable way that will create an issue over time. I legitimately worry about this now that I know that they were lying about the issues to begin with. When I find out someone is lying, it creates a whole new layer of concern. I'm going to make sure that I tell as many people as possible about my experience, and not just the location that I went to, but Meineke overall I hold responsible for dishonest business practices.

I recently had an encounter with this establishment that regrettably left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I initially scheduled an appointment online for an oil change for my specific car model and year. To ensure everything was in order, I followed up with a phone call to validate their ability to service my vehicle. The individual I spoke with confirmed they could indeed handle the job. However, the experience took a turn for the worse on the day of the appointment. Despite there seeming to be no cars in the service queue, I was informed they didn't have time to attend to my vehicle and asked to return early the following business day. Upon returning the next day, I was met with a surprising revelation. I was told, somewhat shockingly, that they don't actually perform oil changes on my specific car model. This could have been communicated to me during the three separate opportunities they had: when I scheduled the appointment online and provided my car's make and model, during my confirmation call, or even when I was turned away the first day. Unfortunately, this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I find it hard to recommend this place to others. The whole ordeal was far from the standard I expect when entrusting my vehicle’s care to professionals.

I dropped off my vehicle at Meineke because I read all the great reviews online. I made an appointment for first thing in the morning and dropped it off and told them exactly what was wrong with the vehicle and what work I needed to be done. they told me that their mechanic wasn't in yet and when he got there he would look at it. They called me back and told me that they needed to do a tune-up before they can get started on my problems. Later on that day when I went to pick it up I noticed that the car was running exactly how it was when I dropped it off. They charged me $600 to replace spark plugs that didn't even need to be replaced. the issues that I had dropped the car off for in the first place weren't even addressed. Everything was done through the receptionist and I never even got to speak to the mechanic. This is what's wrong with these corporate auto repair shops. It's like going to a doctor and the nurse giving you your prognosis. I will never deal with a shop that doesn't let me speak to the mechanic. The only positive thing about my experience was that it was done in a timely manner. But I mean come on how long does it take to change six spark plugs.

I made an online appointment for the same day at 4:00 pm. A light came on in my vehicle and I deemed it important. Received not one, but three confirmation texts of my appointment. I go in 10 minutes to 4:00 pm and the employee (Did not get his name) at the front desk looks at me like I have three heads when I tell him that I have an appointment for an oil change. He starts ranting that he "doesn't know why they do that" and "he can't get me in" and "why would they do that". I tell him that I work in the parking lot, so I am not waiting for my vehicle so he agrees that he can honor the appointment as long as I pick up before 6:00. I agree, but then he quickly changes his mind saying his only guy is working on a two hour job. I work in the parking lot, but would drive across town if there were only two mechanics so that I don't have to come here again. He was so incredibly inconsiderate and worst customer service that I have received in a long time. The front desk should be aware of their appointments and reach out to the customer beforehand if it cannot be fulfilled.

These guys are awesome! The last 2 days have been hell for me and my car and Mark really made me feel at ease. He and the mechanics really try to make you comfortable with the repairs they make. They are honest and very trustworthy. I needed a new fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel injectors cleaned and new spark plugs. They were able to get my car back up and running. They also do not try to sell you things you don't really need. I will be taking my car to them from now on. I'm extremely grateful for their understanding hearts and their kind disposition. If you need an oil change, minor repairs, or even major repairs, go see Mark at Meineke on West Lake Mead. Thry will get you back on the road and not rip a hole through your pockets. Poor professionalism, had an oil change appointment scheduled for 3:00 on my lunch break and was told it would be 2.5+ hrs before my car would be worked on and had to call my fiancé home to take my car, drop me back off at work and pick me up just to avoid canceling my trip out of town. Got a hold of him so he could be there by the time they quoted. Then called to be told unless we could bring my car by 4:00, their tech who left at 4:30 couldn’t do it. Made no sense because 2 and a half hours from 3 would’ve been past 4:30 anyway, so what’s the deal ?? Wasn’t even offered an apology on the phone, only a thank you for giving them a heads up I couldn’t make it in their unrealistic time frame. Now I have to cancel my plans out of town for sure and eat the hotel and travel fees that are non refundable. Still no oil change. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

I went into this place thinking it was a good idea. Even though they told me 2 of my 4 C02 Sensors were bad, which I already knew from former inspection. They quoted me a mountain. I paid it anyway. Not even 24 hours later, the check engine light goes off again. I went back to the same shop because this one was close to my work. When I walked in there, not a customer in sight. Not a single car in the bay. I respectfully told the man, I was instructed to bring the car back if the light turned on again. He did not offer any help. It was clear he was not busy. You would think for an over priced exchange that he would give the light of day, but no. I plan on having someone else inspect my vehicle. Needless to say, if you have anything replaced from this shop, make sure you request the “replaced” parts. The other two very well could be bad, but I don’t trust them.

Completely untrustworthy! Do not go to this location!!!!! Warning!!!!! Pep Boys and Firestone are right down the street. I am not sure what’s going on with this location, I have never had a experience like this one at this company before. The location at Blue Diamond and Valley View is excellent and used them for many years. I bought my car there to have have my oil change and tires rotated. I pick up my car drive it home and TWO CENTER CAPS are missing. They were completely dismissive of me and did not care to solve the issue. It cost me $100 to have them replaced. Also, when the dealership inspected the other center caps they were ALL PUT ON WRONG. If they cannot manage to rotate tires correctly; I cringe at the thought of the type of quality and integrity that goes into their brake job or engine repairs. Save yourself the heartache and go next door.

Tried to get an oil change and was told to make an appointment. Made an appointment and showed up at the scheduled time and was told it would take at least 2 hours for the service. When I inquired about the time they said that an appointment isn’t an appointment but it’s a place in line. They also said that if they have a job that costs more money then that will be the priority first. I told them that another car isn’t my concern and that there was a reason I made an appointment and that it should be honored. I was then told by the rude and aggressive employee that they would not service my vehicle. If you want to deal with rude people that have no respect for a customer than this is the shop for you. The employee stated several times that this is not a jiffy lube… maybe he could learn something from them

Brought my car in to have the rear brakes serviced, after picking my car up I noticed a service light but figured one of my tires may be low. As I continued to drive I received an alert that my wheel tire pressure sensor was missing. Nothing was wrong with my sensors or tires so I assumed maybe they forgot to put it back in my tire or maybe damaged it. So I called down spoke to Bill the manager. They were completely rude and said they never touched my tires and furthermore I couldn’t prove they broke it and that no one was going to fix it. I spent $3010 fixing my rear brakes with them. This is not the service or professionalism I would expect after spending so much so be aware if you choose to allow them to work on your vehicle.

Sadly this is my first experience with Meineke. 1st: I don't understand why you make an appointment a week ahead of time and it's the same as if you don't have one and it might be a few hours before your car is done. 2nd: I've truly never had anything done where the business doesn't call you and let you know your car is ready. I was sent the inspection report within 45 minutes of dropping it off and 5 hours later I'm calling wondering where my car is. And I just get of course it's done.When I called to make the appointment I felt they weren't that helpful, but chalked it up to being busy. It seems they did a good job. So I'm giving 3 stars. But I'm so frustrated that I won't use any meineke again.

Came in for an oil change and they let me know I had a few important issues that needed to be addressed that had been mentioned to me previously, but still had time before I had to fix them. They explained what each one was and what once was something I could delay, now was something that needed to be addressed. I'm grateful the gentleman helped me to understand each issue and the customer service and kindness was exceptional! These guy are very professional with a personal touch. I am thankful my car issues have been fixed and that stress is off my shoulders! I will definitely be back and direct others to them as well. This is a trustworthy place! Praise God for good service and caring people.

Mark was very nice & the man who drove me home b/c my car was going to take longer to be repaired was great as well. I just regret not speaking up about the cost to repair my car which was almost $1900. I also wish I'd been there for them to walk me thru but I couldn't b/c I had no ride. In retrospect I would have probably waited to replace the tires. Mark said one had a tear so bad u cld see wires but I saw the tear in my tire (drove with it since 12/17/21) & I saw it as cosmetic. I had just bought 2 NEW tires 7/2021. Anyway, they were very nice but I feel I was potentially taken advantage of in price. Then again? I'm not a mechanic! Next time tho? I'm getting a 2nd opinion.

Great staff and service. Over the years I have come here several times and have always been treated very well by the staff here. The first time I came in was with a couple of engine and a/c issues, I wanted to have fixed before trading the car in for a new one. They gave me solid advice that saved me a lot of money that I would have never gotten back from a dealership. From helping out with a flat battery, to a flat tire these guys have always gone above and beyond. Just brought them in a pre-owned car we just bought, they did a full inspection and replaced the back brakes. The staff here is amazing, and will be coming back here for any of our maintenance needs.

I used this company for break repair. I had serious issues with my breaks and fortunately they were able to help me and my breaks work great but at quite the cost. I don't know much about cars but feel like the service could have been improved. Benefits: - Breaks work great now Issues: - Initially given 2-3 hour timeframe (waited in lobby all afternoon). service was finished after two full days. - very costly - was not given quality customer service. did not receive phone call indicating extent of repairs or timing. - Competitors indicated lower prices - Groupon was not accepted which was insult to injury given the timing (this prevented a three star review)

Replaced alternator on 9/3/22. Upon pickup Driver electric seat had been damaged. Started car again on 9/7/22 had to return to Meineke for another alternator. No pride in their work!!! Beware!!!! Got car back 9/8/22 refused to provide any paperwork and seat still the same. Was told to bring it back Again for seat to be repaired. They did not fix! Asked about battery (purchased recently) and was told it was charged and fine. Sure hope no more alternator problems! Still concerned... DTA 9/12/22 Drove to Henderson 20 miles from home and something electrical occurred bells dinging, locks up n down, lights dimming, freaky! Had car towed home this time! HELP!

A wonderful group of mechanics and staff leadership at this shop; all of whom were very polite, patient and accommodating. They explained everything to me (which I ran by my mechanic son in Massachusetts), and without a pressured sales pitch, the Meineke folks convinced me to follow their advice, seconded my son’s long-distance agreement. I came in after a storm with flooding in the Vegas area. I’m new to Las Vegas and didn’t know where to turn when I discovered this plastic sheeting wrapped around my front axle. River was so great about being enthusiastic to help me have my Honda CRV put up on the rack to see what was going on. Come to find out my boot was compromised and needed replacing. He was able to find the part and get the repairs done the same day!! I really felt my concerns were met both by River and the manager Mark at the Lake Mead location. I made an appointment days ago for 10:30 this morning. I even received a text reminder. I show up a few minutes early only to be told that the lube guy just went to lunch and I shouldn't have just made the appointment. I told him I made it days ago. He said he couldn't take his guy off lunch which I understand but check for appointments first...seriously! So I would have to wait for him to finish lunch then the oil change. I made the appointment so I didn't have to wait so long. I won't be returning! Oh, and not even an "I'm sorry "...horrible customer service!

I usually take my car here for oil changes and they always fit me in and get the job done in a timely manner. The staff is friendly and welcoming! I recently had some additional work done here and they recommended 2 services that needed to be done and took the time to show me/explain. I don't feel like I was ripped off- I'm usually very hesitant after hearing about all the horror stories of mechanics in general, but this company and it's staff seem honest and trustworthy. I had a Groupon for an oil change a while ago (you have to wait a day for it to register in their system), and all the workers I interacted with were friendly and helpful! They explained the day wait, made me a profile and new appointment that same visit. Mark and Zach were really helpful. They gave us a great price on the work and the work they did was outstanding. They do get really busy, so you may want to schedule an appointment. We had brakes, Rotors and an oil change done. The people working their are really helpful and kind. If you go on their website they have some great discounts. The inspection they do is free and they’ll make sure you know what it’s going to cost before they start the work.

I was visiting Vegas this week and my AC went out. I had done some normal trouble shooting and knew this was more than just a freon top off. It was an expensive repair as AC replacement tends to be. However when doing my research after the fact I feel they treated me fairly even knowing I was desperate for service. I’ll be driving the car cross country this week. That will be the real test. Great customer service!! They always get my oil changes done in a timely manner. Recently, they changed my serpentine belt. The gentleman said he just got a new tool for it and was excited to use it. Again, another great experience with Tony and his group. I just bought a used car from a dealership and I immediately took it up to Tony and the crew to have them check it out . Turned out that I had a bad left front axle that was leaking grease for sometime so I got to take it back to the dealership and they fixed it would save me well over $500. Few months ago i HAD to take my car there again because it the closest to my house and I was having issues with the car that needed immediate attention. My air conditioning wasn’t working properly so I took my car in. River performed the intake of my information and it was a wonderful experience. It only took a couple hours to perform a check off the system and repair it! The shop is very clean, the personnel is very professional and the work seems very reliable and the prices are fair.

Went for oil change…special was off…then miraculously, my one year old tires needed replacing and I needed a new CV axel for a total of $1,000! Not bad for a routine oil change that was advertised as $29.00 all over the radio, that was $69.00. Told me they were starting the work on the axel before even approached. Hell no! Never again!

So I made an appointment for the following day and they said they were too busy again after I made 2 appointments two days in a row, so I finally brought it in and dropped it off for a whole day for a simple oil change.

I take my car here simply because its the closest thing to my house and every thing they have done to my car they had to redo. The last repair i had to get was on my window because it wouldnt roll up which would be the 3rd time they had to fix in about a year and a half and its having problems not even a week later.
