I had the pleasure of being treated by Lisa Meister, a gifted physio therapist that managed to bring me ease in just that one session, generously suggesting exercises that would assist to prevent further pain (without pressure to book a follow up appointment). She made the time to get to know me during the course of treatment. I found her to be efficient, caring and very effective. I especially appreciated that she took the time to liase with my personal trainer to assist in the development of a workout plan that would cause the least amount of pain and prevent further injury to me. I would highly recommend her!

Pierre and his team and awesome! They are very knowledgable and they take the time to explain your issues to you. Pierre resolved the cause of my lower back pain instead of treating the symptoms like other physios did, which meant I no longer have to do regular visits to the physio and I have not had any issues in almost 1 year!
