Huge thanks to Dee Jay and Melbourne Eastern Taxis! A group of 4 of us were attending a wedding in Sherbrooke and staying around 20 mins away. The day before the wedding, our transport fell through and I reached out to Melb Eastern Taxis to book our trip home. Dee Jay called me a couple of hours after I made the booking online to provide a quote and confirm our trip details. He was friendly, informative, and patient, and I sent through a deposit. We confirmed the booking and the next evening received an ETA from Dee Jay when he was on his way to pick us up from the venue. The taxi was clean and looked great, Dee Jay was lovely to talk to and very knowledgeable about the area. He drove very safely in difficult conditions (fog/rain/night time on winding roads) and we got home happily and safely! Again, massive thanks to Dee Jay, I will be recommending your service to my friends and will definitely use Melb Eastern Taxis again when I’m next in the area!

I needed a transfer from my hotel in Lilydale to an event at Riverstone Estate so I called Melbourne Eastern Taxis and spoke to Daljeet. He was very helpful and professional and booked the times for my transfers. I made a part payment in advance to secure the booking. Daljeet arrived a little early for the booking and got me to the venue and back on time and with no hassles. He was very friendly and a pleasure to ride with. The wedding venue was quite remote so I was nervous about getting there and back but had no issues at all. I would recommend this service if you are in the area and would like peace of mind around your journey and a professional service. Thanks again!

I have used these guys for years. When I was doing FIFO and had 4am pickups, the guys were always there early and always at the airport waiting for me on my way home. I found all the drivers polite, courteous and reliable with nothing being to much trouble. We needed a cab last night and these guys were my go to. Even remembered me after 2 years of not using a cab. They were out the front 10-15min before our pickup time. I thoroughly recommend these guys and anyone that gives them less than 5 stars, I’d suggest these legends aren’t the problem. Well done and keep up the amazing service guys. I care for a middle aged gentleman with dementia, we usually have a car to take him out as his routine and about but today we didn't. So last minute I called up this taxi service (Melbourne Eastern Taxis) to see if they could help us. We had driver Adam Laz and he went above and beyond for us. Brilliant experience, amazing driver, can't thank Sam enough for taking me to my short notice appointment. The most professional yet friendly and personal place I've ever found. Usually getting in the car with a stranger is high anxiety for me, but Sam was so wonderful and quickly made me feel safe and comfortable. I had my in training assistance dog with me who is still very new to things, only just starting her training, and he was great about her coming. Highly reccomend these guys.

Very impressed with the service we received. I had pre booked months before the pick up date to have my elderly mother picked up from a wedding in Warburton. I was contacted the day before to confirm the details. On the pick up night the driver was on time, polite & efficient. It was a great relief to me that my mother was safely taken care of.

The automated message received was, booking successful, please confirm before your pick up time by calling (number) Called the following morning on the number to be told ‘call 13cabs’ by the person at the end of the line… - pretty poor service
