Let me start by sharing about the positive things : -beautiful garden, great breakfast, nice staff, good service. I really appreciated the promptness of the staff (Angela and John) to find a solution to the issue. The room service was good, and the cooks at the restaurant are doing nice dishes. Things to improve : -cleanness : a person should crosscheck the work in charge of it. The seat, weardraw, bed sheets were not clean. Some bedsheets need to be replaced. -room : I selected this hotel to avoid the noise of the town, but with the music coming from the bar it is almost impossible. A system should be found to avoid such noise. -service : a bottle of water should be provided at least once day after the room has been cleaned.

Very friendly and excellent service. There are salon, sauna, steam and massage. And I enjoy it a lot especially the sauna with the herbs. It’s very green and just right across the martyr, it’s good to walk around In late afternoon. People are just very friendly. There is no hot water in my room so they change a better room for me and try to help out as much as possible. It was rainy so I did not sit in the restaurant for the live music at night. But I can hear from the room. There are shops and boda at the entrance so easy for transportation. The maingate is on the right side if you are using google map. Good option if you are looking for hospitality host and lively night.

The hotel is good, but the music is too loud and extends late into the night. If you want a quiet place. This may not be the place of choice. They have great service with a Sauna & Spa.

The stay is comfortable, the staffs are friendly and polite. They have good food, the rooms are neat and queries were attended to by the management staffs on priority, overall a pleasant experience. They have good live band performances in the evenings and night, for those looking to explore night life wouldn’t have to explore outside.

Love Meley Impala hotel. Rooms : well done , comfortable and affordable by type and category. Service : always on point Location : right off the munyonyo by pass round about really quick to access right off the main road. I love the ambiance , food and theme nights ,sauna and steam also available , pricing is moderate and manageable for all occasions.

Great looking place, lovely band but.... I'm being generous with the 3 stars. Took ages to get any attention from staff, probably because it's Eid, the service was terrible and rude. The food took two hours to be served and not all of it was tasty. We came to eat as a family, we wound up eating in batches. Here's a plate of the extremely dry hard fries (crunchy would have been acceptable).

More than an hour driving there from town centre. Tool 30 minutes to geta room. No desk, no towel, not even a bottle of water. Noisy restaurant with terrible music. Rooms have nit seen a lick of paint in years. Pity, as it has the potential to be awesome.

This place is really cool, it has some good compounds for outdoor activities, has trees, soft music providing a good ambience for meetings. Though the parking is limited, it still offers good service.... It is outside the noisy city of Kampala therefore making it a good place for a getaway.

Just a stone throw away from the best road facility the country has ever had-Entebbe Express highway! It is serene for those having to deal with the anxiety that comes with Jetlag!

Very nice place, confortables rooms, the personnel is super kind. On the same area is the hotel, a spa and restaurant, you can sleep, have massages and eat. On weekends it is full of people due to the pub, but it is nice. And they have an amazing garden.

Their breakfast was on point. It's right next to a church but we didn't hear any noise. The beds are nice and comfortable, the prices are very affordable, there have a sauna and steam. Beautiful garden quick and friendly staff.. will definitely go back

Good spot to visit especially during these COVID times. cheap and affordable prices for all services. Given its closeness to the express highway (Entebbe) and the safe packing space both within the premises and outside.
