It is neat ,no frills spa. Not a fancy place by any standards. Rooms were spacious with simple decor. I went for a facial and oil massage. It was good but nothing extraordinary. What disappointed me was the fact that they don't give you a hair wash after the oil massage. I went home looking like I had had a swim in an oil well!! When I told them that everywhere else they give a hair wash either as part of the service or separately, I was told that it was a 'spa' so they don't give a hair wash. Oryza, my most favourite place is a spa too and they don't let you go home with oil dripping down your face!!

My spa experience was absolutely incredible, all thanks to her! From the moment we met, it felt like catching up with an old friend. Tete's warm smile and genuine interest in my well-being set the tone for the day. During the treatment, her skilled hands worked magic, melting away my stress and tension. The entire experience was so relaxing that I lost track of time! The only downside was that it had to end eventually. Tete's hospitality and service truly made my day, and I'm already planning my next visit to bask in her wonderful care. She's an absolute treasure, and the spa is lucky to have her!

This was a find, Thanks to the other Google reviewers for sharing their postive experience. I too had a great experience. From seeing the sign on the wall to entering the venue. A lovely ambiance. Greeted by the friendly receptionist and he explained the various options. I opted for a Ballinaes massage and the therapist Omi was very professional and the massage was perfect. The room is amazaingly clean and the music is smoothing. This is a wonderful place and a must visit if you are in Whitefield and if you are looking for a relaxing therapy. Full 5 stars all the way.

Very rarely does an experience literally over impress me. Meraki Spa is a rare one. They have designed customer focus from the start of the journey. The rooms are big and clean. The Aroma and the soothing decor transports you instantly to state of calmness. The therapists are professional and provides an exceptional service along with Nelson who is informative with details from the customer service. What waits to see, is how long will they sustain this quality and what all will the Bengali Founder of Meraki add on to improve it.

One of the finest spas in Bangalore and especially in the Whitefield area. The Ambience, staff, environment and everything is excellent. Had a really good experience at Meraki. They have a wide range of massages, facials and body polished. If you want to relax and rejuvenate after a long week at work or after an intense workout, their rejuvenating massages and spas are the right way to go. It is not extremely pricey but it’s worth the service. The masseuses are very kind and the entire vibe is serene. They also serve you green tea at the end of the massage!

I’m blown away by how amazing everything was at this spa. Right from the warm reception staff , clean therapy rooms , good quality oils , in room steam and above all , some outstanding masseuses . I have been a regular for last few years and they have consistently delivered a great experience. High point is amazing massage by Omi and others therapists. I will definitely be coming again and bringing friends!

The ambience is good, but massage is okayish, it felt like it was rushed, before fully finishing it they turned on the lights and steam, masseuse was going out of the room again and again during massage. I think they had back to back appointments due to which the entire experience was so rushed and not at all relaxing. Would suggest to have a min 30-40 mins gap in between two appointments.

I did not have a pleasant experience at this branch. The therapist didnt really know how to do deep tissue massage. She kept pouring excess oil on me. She oiled my hair without checking with me if i want to dry hair massage. Oil on my face too. They dont seem to have trained staff at this branch. I used to like Meraki. Not going back.

One of the best Massage by Julie, one comes for massage to relax, relief, pamper must try Julie she is having god gifted hands i was suffering from back and shoulder pain now it is very much reduced, she knows where to press how to break knots. Ambience and everything is perfect here.

The best till date. Though first time, I can think of being a regular here. Spa is not only about the massage, which is excellent by the way, but the entire relaxation. They are patient. You never felt rushed. Therapist is there to take care of you. It was lovely!

Did not like the massage therapist. Me and my friend had terrible back pain and body pain after Swedish massage. Only thing we liked was steam bath rest we suffered more than relax.
