There's no responsibility on part of the staff..the 9:01am ( 30/4/2022)train to city was running 9 min late and there wasn't any updates on it.i was walking up and down trying to look for a staff inside thr office room ..spent the entire 10 minutes without a sign of any one inside.how ridiculous!! I bet they had been told regarding the whereabouts of the train. If we are informed on time , we could always organise an alternative rather than endless panicking. Ridiculous and I wonder why they act with such impunity!!

If your still a fan of paper tickets you might as well forget it as there is no one to assist you at the station (as the employee at the station wanders off somewhere) The eftpos terminal on the ticket machine does not work (and hasn't been working in months)

Great station that is clean and helpful and friendly staff. This area has definitely seen a population boom and will continue to do so. More services should be available to cater to the population boom.

Merrylands railway station is located on the Main South line, serving the Sydney suburb of Merrylands. It is served by Sydney Trains T2 Inner West & Leppington and T5 Cumberland line services.

Never see such a station. 2 Exeloo toilets out of station never have toilet papers but sometimes there is soap! It's a disaster specially during covid which washing is a most to do thing.

Merrylands is a great place where I can find peace. I like it because there is a park named holroyd gardens and halal food can be found easily as there is a number of Muslims live there.

Good service though train station was overgrown with increasing population numbers. Station in need of major expansion as it is becoming increasingly overcrowded.

While rushing to catch train I used my bank card (mobile phone) to tap and the machine doesn’t accept this card I missed my train Annoying !!!!

It’s just a train station, what else could you want? Many, many years ago trains were always running late but they have improved now.

One of the worst stations trains are constantly cancelled you end up waiting over 1hour + for a service into central
