I would like to share the experience of visiting the hospital today morning. The time which i spent in hospital went vain. Firstly the hospital staff doesn't have the enough knowledge on what they are working, they says LFT test means it a kidney test not just this I see multiple things which went wrong, I just wondering how they are helping patients to get cure when they do no know have basic knowledge. People should visiting this hospital they should keep in mind what treatment they are getting Unless you will get treatment for what actually should not! Please make sure each and every thing going to this hospital . My ears are working properly i think you mind is not in a state to accept the mistake what your staff does , you have understand what problems patients are facing, i think if your mind is totally with mud due to that you are not in position to accept the mistakes.

I visited this hospital just to take a second opinion initially because of a foot issue.But after visiting hospital and talking with Dr.Ramesh Mamidala sir I felt good.The way he treated was good and with supportive words for recovery. Based on my above consultation, I had visited again for my family members for a consultation to Dr.Vasantha madam..she made my family members comfortable and they were able to tell all their problems. Coming to treatment no new tests were given..Also advised with less medication. Thankyou madam. p Finally with such a nice hospital with good treatment @nagole..Thanks to the duo DOCTORS couple

The Hospital has plusses.A friendly doctor who hasn't prescribed medical tests just for the heck.of it..Lift, ramp to take care of the old. They gave concession of 10 percent in the medicines bought as sr.citizen. ofcourse, i have to state that i am a sr.citizen( thou onecan make out from the prescription). The reception assistant is not attentive. Wrote my name and mobile number incorrectly, later of course, rectified.They are not professional in their approach. A fee of ₹ 300 is valid for only one visit. I feel the fee be for three consultations with in 10 days, as is the practice.

We are very much thankful to Dr. Ramesh sir and Dr. Vasantha mam. We got THE BEST services for my 6yrs old son elbow fracture. Thanking you entire staff ( Doctors, sisters, lab tech, radiology, front end, pharmacy, physio) to made my child comfortable and help in quick recovery. My child never scared or nervous to visit the hospital or for checkups. We became confident after the first visit only as Dr Ramesh is very soft spoken and patient centric during our course of treatment, he is the BEST Orthopedic surgeon we have ever visited.

Not pleased with the kind of response the staff have been providing. Not sure if the management are aware of this or not. Personally I feel the staff needs to be educated about the importance of this profession. Particularly I am disappointed with the lab services which is absolutely not up to the mark. Excessive delays in providing the reports and unacceptable excuses if questioned. Overall exp: Very bad

Dr. Ramesh mamidala garu , has helped my sister K.Pavani Srilakshmi, to come out of the dangerous situation with the treatment. I never felt that I left my sister in a hospital. Very bad experience with orthopedic doctor Ramesh mamidala, doctor is hard commercial, we have been to all major HOSPITALS (APOLLO/KIMS/RAINBOW & prestigious govt hospitals) and we understand the charges for a wrist pain, srikara & ankura hospitals have charged us only OP fee where they asked for 2000+OP extra

I booked appointment for Dr Ramesh in practofor eveng 6 pm when I went doctor not available It was rescheduled for next day and again I went for doctor in hospital they said doctor not available If they are not available inform the patients early so they can make changes for their convenience

Not good services. Dr also not available most of time. Dr prescribed the test to perform and report took two days time. Once we arrived again Dr was not present. After that when we came to Dr to show reports. Hospital is asking consultation fees. Very bad experience.
