This place is very clean, because the garment-folding tables are being wiped off and the floors are being swept and mopped multiple times throughout the day. The washing machines are always in excellent, operative condition, they actually get your clothes clean; for your comforters, blankets and heavy loads, MetroMat has these big, like-new washers that work really well; and on each visit, I always see an employee vacuuming out the filters to the dryers, both the large dryers and small. The bathroom is kept immaculate and smelling good, well-stocked with paper towels and toilet paper and hand-washing soap. If a problem arises, whether small or great, unlike most laundry mats I've visited in the past, MetroMat is staffed with fun people, somebody to approach with your issue and they'll fix it, no problem, they're good people and flexible; they'll even do your laundry for you for a set fee - talk to Tippy, she's awesome and fun to interact with and always smiling at you and showing big love to all her customers! MetroMat is a great place to do your laundry (and child-friendly too); plenty places are nearby to shop, eat, or pass your time while waiting on your laundry to wash and dry. Everyone in-the-know is taking full advantage of MetroMat's outstanding facilities, so during peak hours it can get really busy in there and crowded, which is the only drawback - so come early and you'll be in and out of there in no time!

I was in a pinch had a lot to do on my 2 days off and laundry was not in the cards.So I called up Kippy (sorry bad with names if wrong) at Metro Matt where I usually do my own laundry but like I was full of errands anyways I asked about here clean and fold service she explained didn't get the chance to drop off till 4:30pm she gladly accepted very professional,very friendly had me fill out form stating she would have done bye Sametime tomorrow.Next day she text me at 3:00pm picked my clean and nicely folded clothes and of course was approached with a smile.About $5 more then if I would have done it so very reasonable and very much appreciated her great service.A returning customer on both ends myself doing it or her great attitude and professional service.Thanks Again!! Great place. Went on Saturday morning around 10am and it wasn’t too busy. Had to wait maybe 5 minutes for a dryer to be available but that’s not bad at all! The Super Load machines are amazing, I love knocking all my laundry out in an hour and a half. Everything was clean, the ladies who work there are really nice and had a near constant cycle of wiping down. Surfaces, sweeping/mopping, and just making sure things were ready for the next person. They are coin operated AND you can download the PayRange app to pay for the machines. I did the app and it worked flawlessly. The strip mall this place is in is a little sketchy but I didn’t feel threatened or anything, just kinda scruffy characters.

My first and so far only visit here was last weekend, and I was taking my laundry to be washed, dried and folded by them. This laundry mat is nothing like any laundry mat I've been to! It is so clean and well kept, I was actually left with no words to tell my 13 year old son how this is not the normal condition of most laundry mats. The ladies who helped me carry in my nearly 80 lbs of laundry were funny, kind and very helpful. My laundry was clean, fresh and neatly folded, and I'm happy to say that they will be doing all if my laundry for the foreseeable future.

Absolutely the best laundromat I have ever been to. The ladies in charge are friendly, helpful, and hard working. This was my first visit but it will definitely not be my last. Every single machine was clean, well serviced & operable. The price varied depending on the machine, and the dryers were fantastic! Nothing got burned & the vents were all clean. It is very obvious that this family takes excellent care of their business AND their patrons. I will recommend this establishment to anyone needing their service.

Metro Mat is hands down the best laundry mat I've ever been to!! It's clean, comfortable and the best part, they'll do it all for you if you want. I didn't know what to expect after dropping off my first load but I've been back 3 times and about to make it 4. Kippy and her crew do a great job with my clothes! They're brighter, less wrinkled and they smell great! My mom's old white robe that I wear like a lab coat came out amazing! Made me cry it looks so good, Thanks Kippy!! I highly recommend

This was a wonderfully clean Laundromat. I used there drop off service and the gals there were super knowledgeable on how to, what to, get my clothes clean and stain free. 24hr turn around service, I was so happy when they had my stuff done early and got back same day. Very friendly and really took care of my garments with prefect fo k ds and put my hanging garment on the hanger and just was a very pleasing experience for a single working guy. WELL DONE LADIES!

This establishment is always clean. There is a presence of management readily seen. I have had to use laundromats during transition from old home to new and I won't go anywhere else but the 2 MetroMat locations. I have walked into other laundromats and walked right back out because they are not clean. Good job to management for CARING about our needs. We even get to hang with Chopper, Nicole's special pooch. If you need to use a laundromat, give MetroMat a try!

A good experience! Great new, big, affordable washers, big hot dryers, big folding tables, clean facility, very friendly and helpful owner and attendant, a clean bathroom, lots of parking - what else can you ask for?! Dropped off my clothes yesterday around 5PM with Nichole and picked them up today with Kippy. I don't know if these sisters are the owners or not but they are awesome. If they aren't the owners, they are the type of employees every owner dreams of; nice, helpful and fast. I work on the road and it is great when a laundry mat offers this service. Then I'm not stuck doing laundry when I should be working.

I use to be a loyal Custermers till today! I was rinsing something out in the bathroom and some girl knocked on my door demanding me to hurry up. She asked me if I was washing I said yes but to hurry up in the bathroom. She was very rude. So I came to Portland eco wash instead! Plus its better. Cheaper too. Located on div across from pizza Barron next to taco time. Great vacation location

very nice staff.. very happy with how fast these machines worked. great for the big loads I usually have to bring in. I'm never judged, hassled, or disrespected at this laundromat which I very much appreciate :) only been treated with respect by the employees and for that I am greatful. they are very accommodating which is also nice. the machines are always both clean and efficient

This was the cleanest laundromat I've ever been to. From the the washers to the bathroom, I was impressed! It also seemed well priced. The person working there (I think the owner?), was very polite and incredibly helpful to others, opening doors for others, friendly and even helped a lady to her car with her laundry. This is the only laundromat I will be going to from now on.

There was a lady here today that I believe owns the place. Very friendly and helpful! I took away 1 star, just because they only take quarters and not cards, otherwise the place was very, very clean and I love the ceiling fans. Lots of space to sit and wait, and located in a strip mall that would be easy to kill 40 minutes in, while you wait for your clothes to be washed.

Very clean, safe and well kept. Attendant friendly and helpful and available and informed me 3 extra large washing machines were purchased and will be installed soon. Best part is prices; extremely affordable, best I've seen yet. Dryers could be more plentiful, but the other customers were so respectful and nice I didn't mind waiting a few for a dryer

This is the ONLY laundry mat that gives you the feeling of being around friends with the added bonus of feeling safe. It feels like you are home. It may be a small place but Kippy gives it that extra special touch just by being there to help you. Kippy keeps everything clean and sanitary and she is always willing to help you.

The fat white lady who was sitting in the office playing on her phone was very rude when I asked her why the quarter machine was off and refused to give me quarters until I showed her my laundry which was still in my vehicle. I'm a disabled vet and shouldn't have to prove to somebody that I need to do my laundry.

Would give no stars if I could. Never been treated so rudely at a laundromat by the manager. She continued to say rude things under her breath about us while we tried to finish drying our laundry and she was vacuuming out the dryer lint traps. Will not be coming back to this laundromat ever again.

Has two change machines soap machine, multiple sizes for washers for which prices start at 2.25$ Dryers work really well and are 25 cents per 7ish minutes. I never need to put more than 3 or 4 quarters even with towels and jeans! There's always someone there to help. Best laundromat ever.

I have been coming here for over 4 years. I would travel from Longview when I lived there just to do my laundry here. It is super clean, awesome attendees, the owner SUPER NICE and is always willing to listen, and I have always felt safe doing my laundry there.

As a general rule we like this laundromat. Not usually too busy everything in working order. Last Sunday was the exception. It was packed change machines out of order at first but even then the manager came in promptly to fix issues.

Not usually busy. Staff is friendly. One set of washers is 2.25 to wash the other slightly larger ones are 4.25 which is kinda steep. The dryers are 7 mins per 25c. I come here when the machines are tied up at ny apartments
