Metropolitan Courthouse in Los angeles, I went to traffic court in Dept M63- latinaaaa blond pregnant clerk gave us all a court compliance slip For steps on how to pay your ticket and what to do next, and i had a few questions and she just walks away while i am asking her a question! I had to finally yell at her to ask her what is her problem why is she is being rrrrude and walks away when i am asking her a question and she says call the # on the document. okay lady, so i call the number when i get home and the lady who answered the phone says ' the clerk was supposed to give you a list of traffic schools" so here is a message to the clerk: how about you actually do your job correctly and get rid of your attitude. you are lucky to have that job. anyone would be glad to take your place.. ALSO, outside of dept M63 it smelled like urine. I changed my bench a few times and could still smell it. Please, invest in a cleaning crew

It was very fast. Yes there is long lines, but you can schedule an appointment the day before you go to court and can even reschedule the time on the day you're going to a later time up to 4pm. There was 50 people in the line to speak to clerk, and then there's a window with 1 person in line for the appointments. So fast! The parking they trick you charging you $4 for only 15 mins. That's crazy! But if you make an appointment you could actually make it back in time. Even another person who was in the parking lot came up to me while I trying to find some change has offered me his all day pass how cool is that? After wards when I got out, I paid the all day ticket to someone else who was pulling in while he was looking for change. Also I went to take care of 1 ticket but ended up taking care of my other one for April on the same day.

PLEASE hire people who at least look like they care about their job. Came on Nov 12 2019 at 9am to the clerks window 17, and was not much help at all, she was unable to answer may questions, you can barley hear And she wouldn’t speak up, the girl gave us no type of information on our ticket. The goal seems to be get us in and out as fast as possible Without doing their complete job. Now I’m here waiting on the phone but it takes 20min-1hour to speak to anybody. Don’t come to this courthouse unless you want to encounter rude employees and trash EVERYWHERE outside of the court.

They do a poor job of working with disabled people who need to be excused from service. Some of their employees are incredibly rude. My disabled family member was told by the staff member, “I don’t need this aggravation.” It’s a lot harder to be disabled than aggravated on your job, where you receive a paycheck. I am sorely disappointed by the overwhelming lack of empathy that comes from this court system. It seems like they just want to punish poor people by making them pay fines.

The Metropolitan Courthouse in Downtown LA impressed us with its efficient and helpful service. We visited seeking information about a red light ticket for a car my Dad no longer owned. The staff, especially the clerk, swiftly scheduled a court date, ensuring a smooth process that had us in and out in just 15 minutes. Great experience!

The reason why I’m giving one star is because zero isn’t an option. I assisted my disabled family member in calling regarding being permanently excused for jury duty (because he is still continuously being summoned despite the countless doctor’s notes we’ve sent in) and the service we received was horrific.

Not too bad of a place considering. Parking available on site. The female deputy in the office was very helpful. They could use some food or drinks for sale.

Terrible you can never get a live person just a stupid automated phone message that doesn't help if you have an actual issue

Never open the windows at 8. Last time it was 15 minutes. And this time I’m waiting for 35 minutes. What’s going on??
