I called out of state to get my mother help. She was leaving a domestic abuse situation. Jennifer the dispatcher was so pleasant and helpful. She checked on my mother, my sister and I (in all different zipcodes) asking about her safety. Brandon was her hero being patient getting into her apartment complex. Finally he rescued her. He carried her bags, and made sure she was safe with a photo to my sister and I that she was inside the hotel and that she was checked in. He continued to contact my sister and i about my mothers safety. Jennifer called all of us at separate times to make sure she arrived safely. I can't say enough how wonderful this company is. We all have tears in our eyes because they were so kind. Jennifer and Brandon aka Crenshaw are true blessings.

Didn't show. And when I finally got him to call me back I couldn't understand his 'thug life' vocabulary and speech impediment. I was late, my friend was late our lunch got thrown out all because he wants to be big pimpin' ? I haven't called since. Either should you!

Called at 2:07 pm for service to wonderland mall. No show by 2:35. Called and dispatcher had no idea where driver was. Said they would check and call me right back. At 2:54 I received a text message asking me if I still needed a ride! Worst service ever!!!

Extremely happy. They were so helpful and nice and went beyond to make sure I didn’t stress when I made a reservation for my son to be picked up on base at 4 am and to be taken to the airport to come home. I would highly recommend them.

My girlfriend and I were stranded downtown and metropolitan taxi came to the rescue late at night going home from a festival.. thank you guys very much!
