This is the second time my clothes have been sent back to me ruined. The cleaners did not say a word. Items were placed in a separate bag terribly ruined with no mention of damage and no remorse when I called to inquire as to how and why this was not mentioned to me. $600 worth of materials have been ruined using the wash and fold service here. I have repeatedly received items of other people that I politely brought back and dog items were washed with mine as well. There are bleach stains all over my lightly colored laundry as well as black material all over my lightly colored laundry. The black particles are covering my clothes as these photos were taken after lent rolling for two hours. Lack of attention, common sense, and laziness to separate colors. Horrible experience. I keep reaching out and no one is contacting me back in regard to this issue.

I went to this location to use their wash and fold service. I dropped off my clothes Saturday and was told they’d be ready Tuesday. I took clothes hangers and requested that my polo shirts be hung instead of folded. The attendants Confirmed and explicitly said that pants they fold and don’t hang but would hang my shirts. I also took two dog beds to be cleared. At $3.99 each I assumed that meant washing and drying. I just came from picking up my order. The dog beds were supposedly just left to air dry. It means my princess can’t use her bed for another day or two. The polo shirts I had requested hung - including a couple of Rag and Bone polos - were folded. This means I will either have to iron or fold them. This isn’t what i paid for or requested. Therefore, this laundry won’t see m y return business.

Es un lugar ideal para nómadas o viajeros, cambias billetes de un dólar por monedas de 1/4 y puedes poner lavadoras y secadoras. También dan el servicio completo de tintorería o de lavado, secado y doblado por libras. Las chicas son súper amables y puedes comprar el jabón en la tienda.

These people are SO nice! Their work is really really GOOD, and they are reliable, under-promise, over-deliver. It is a genuine pleasure to drop clothes there for a wash/dry/fold! Have not had even a hiccup in service! the staff are for the most part bi-lingual, but smile ! ! !

I was skeptical at first about going to a laundromat just because I have never been to this location but came to this location and I’m very pleased. Customer service is top notch no complaints there and prices are great.
