I've been going to Clinic for about 2 months now and sadly to say, I have yet to see a Doctor "Duffy." I see a guy in a white coat walking around, looking aimlessly at the patients who are waiting in the waiting room. I have requested to see a real Doctor, not the doctor's assistant to no avail. I don't much like the fact that my request is being ignored... I'm not satisfied seeing the assistant, she is a poor communicator, leaving me in the dark, ordering tests without explaining the purpose to me. ALSO, when I request a certain medication, that I know works for me, I get something that I know, isn't working for me?? It is my body and I need to know what's going on. Also, the Clinic is making all patients walking through the door pee in the jar. Why I ask? It is a new thing, so they say... So if I come in, needing antibiotics, I gotta pee in the jar first? Excuse me, but I think not! All in all, I am not satisfied with the service, and in process of finding a real Doctor instead of a DOCTOR IN THE BOX!!
