Took in a painting with cracked glass to repair and they did an excellent job replacing the glass and making it look as good as new! It took about 5 days for the job to be completed and it was a very reasonable price. The staff was great to work with and very pleasant. Recommend this location!

I always find what I need at Michael's. Today I needed help finding a mat for a picture I was framing, and I also needed gift bags and muffin cups. I was directed to each, found them quickly, and went home satisfied. Five stars for Michael's!

Not sure why a lot of stores in general in California just don't seem to have stuff. This is a decent sized store but there was no cord for like macrame or like hemp bracelets anything like that. A lot of the beads were gone already.

Independently owned therefore they will not take any item back purchased from the website. They will also not honor website prices. Any other store Michaels store in the county will do so let’s give them their business instead.

The store manager "Cynthia" super ugly and judgemental when tried to return without a receipt. Being loud and rude as to why I don't have a receipt. So ugly. I hope she gets more training... Making a good store look ugly....

No live cashiers. 100% self checkout. No thanks. Of course the only person working there is to help everyone struggling to ring up their own stuff. I have a feeling this store won't last much longer. I would never go back.

Super friendly staff, well-organized. It's more of a crafts store than an arts store, so not where I'd go for art supplies, but a great place to get iron-on transfers, embroidery supplies, etc.

The employees were super helpful with us looking for something odd and specific. They didn't have it but tried their best to help us out by offering an alternative option.

This mission valley store is the best one in my opinion. It is also the cleanest and neatest store with a better layout than the other nearby locations.
