I don’t know how this rude store is still in business. The workers are rude and the owner/manager worse. Must flow from the top. Don’t ask a question and expect an answer. The workers don’t know and the owner/manager doubles down. Too many other options. Wouldn’t be caught dead in there. WAS a repeat customer.

Associates follow you around the store i feel so uncomfortable each time i go. Even when you say you do not need assistance theyll stand in the aisle and watch you as if youre a thief. Horrible feeling, maybe have someone watch the cameras instead of having employees follow customers.

I found a transaction that was not authorized by me. The owner or employee should verify the card physically and not let the person pin in the card info without the correct pin. Or it could be an inside job. a failed transaction of 38.01. PLUS I DO NOT LIVE IN BROOKLYN.

The employees were friendly and greeted me upon entering. They asked if I needed assistance and even asked the woman who presented a credit card for ID. Refreshing… I don’t remember the last time someone asked for my ID withe a credit card.

as soon as you walk into the store the cashier calls one of the workers to follow you around. i was trying to find something and the worker was just standing there watching me. she didn’t even offer to help, she just watched me.

Stay away from this place. A total ripoff. Went for first time to get braiding hair. Got one thing wasn't what package said took ot back to exchange. Only had the 1 length. As for something similar the price doubled.

Very helpful, knew exactly what the store contained and where to find it on the shelves, A lot of affordable stamped on prices , Positive energy when walking through the door and talking to an employee.

Terrible, they watch your every move. The workers there also have bad attitudes. You can feel the pressure of them breathing down your neck as youre trying to shop.
